Description

用于运行带至少一个电蓄能器的车辆的辅助系统的方法
技术领域
本发明基于用于运行带至少一个电蓄能器的车辆的辅助系统的方法。
背景技术
由现有技术已知若干用于车辆的辅助系统的方法,这些辅助系统在紧急情况下触发紧急呼叫以及转达车辆的位置。
因此DE102012207152公开了用于在存在电化学的蓄能器的安全临界的状态时触发至少一个安全功能的方法和装置以及电化学的蓄能器系统。
US2013/0260192公开了用于在监视到的电池组包内部的压力变化的基础上检测经密封的电池组包内部的热事件的系统。
DE102011078444公开了带主控制单元和能量源控制单元的充电控制装置,以及紧急情况教授系统。
发明内容
公知的现有技术的缺陷在于,借助传感器识别车辆的紧急情况,触发紧急呼叫且将车辆的位置转达给紧急呼叫中心,但不执行对车辆的位置的评估,以便例如在紧急情况之前导入若干措施。
发明优势
带有独立权利要求的表征性特征的按本发明的做法则与此相应具有这样的优势,即,为了运行带至少一个电蓄能器的车辆的辅助系统而借助至少一个第一传感器检测车辆的电蓄能器的温度,借助检测到的电蓄能器的温度通过控制器识别电蓄能器的运行状态,确定车辆的位置,和/或尤其借助至少一个第二传感器检测车辆的运行参数,以及将运行状态转达给车辆的辅助系统,且当车辆的位置处在能预先设定的地理区域内时,在电蓄能器的异常的运行状态的情况下由辅助系统产生至少一个信号。
本发明的进一步的有利的实施方式是从属权利要求的主题。
在一个有利的实施方式中,所述区域包括安全临界的周边环境,如隧道、地下停车场、加油站和/或化工厂。
在另一个有利的实施方式中,所述区域包括多个分区,因而例如根据与目标的距离在安全临界的周边环境内采取不同的措施。
除了车辆的位置确定外,也有利地检测车辆的行驶方向和瞬时速度,因而例如在第二传感器故障的情况下由最后的位置、行驶方向和/或瞬时速度求出车辆的假定的位置。
信号有利地触发了用于减小车辆速度的力矩干预,由此减小了车辆的速度。
信号有利地借助制动干预触发了对车辆的制动,因此车辆的驾驶员注意到了电蓄能器的异常的运行状态或在注意到车辆的行驶动力学的稳定极限的情况下执行紧急制动。制动干预例如通过车辆的堵车辅助系统或跟行辅助系统执行,该辅助系统接收信号。
在异常的运行状态下,通过对车辆借助力矩干预和/或紧急制动的制动,防止了车辆驶入安全临界的周边环境之一和/或在所述安全临界的周边环境内继续行驶,例如车辆在识别到电蓄能器过热时,通过及时停住车辆被阻止了驶入隧道或加油站,由此防止了隧道内电蓄能器可能的燃烧。
信号有利地触发了电蓄能器与车辆的传动系的分离,由此例如保险地防止了通过回收再生的充电过程。
信号有利地触发了车辆的伴随驱动功率减小的紧急运行,例如车辆仅还用只通过增程器提供的功率行驶,
因而防止了加载所述电蓄能器。
所述信号有利地触发了车辆的警报闪光装置的接通,由此使其它的交通参与者注意到了该车辆的可能的危险状况。
所述信号有利地触发了向紧急呼叫中心的紧急呼叫,由此提早向救援力量报警以及通过救援力量的及时抵达导入合适的对策。
信号有利地触发对车辆的驾驶员的视觉的、声学的和/或触觉的警告,由此使这个驾驶员注意到异常的运行状态以及可以独立地采取措施或可以改变和/或中止已经导入的措施。
当由于电蓄能器的异常的运行状态而通过所述信号防止车辆的传动系重新启动时,针对改变和/或中止已导入的措施的应用情形才例如出现,但车辆的位置则处在第一安全临界的区域内,例如当识别到电蓄能器在加油站充电过程期间过热时。通过措施的中止以及传动系的重新启动,车辆的驾驶员能将车辆从安全临界的区域驶出,但此时同时通过按本发明的方法在从第一安全临界的区域过渡到第二安全临界的区域中时,例如以短的距离跟随在所述加油站的隧道后面时,同时产生了一个信号,由此例如实现力矩干预。
所述信号有利地防止了车辆的驱动系统的重新启动,只要电蓄能器处在异常的运行状态中和/或车辆的位置处在预先设定的地理区域内,由此防止了例如由于驾驶员的更换而无意间开始运行。
地理的区域例如通过导航地图在有关针对带至少一个电蓄能器的车辆的安全临界区域的信息方面的拓展(例如通过相对于现有的导航地图的重叠地图和/或通过借助地理坐标对安全临界的区域的定义)被预先设定。
有利地例如借助CAN总线、Flexray总线、Most总线和/或Lin总线连线地和/或例如借助蓝牙、UMTS、LTE和/或WLAN无线地完成对温度、运行状态和/或信号的转达。
有利地通过卫星支持的和/或无线电网络支持的方法,借助车辆的控制器、车辆的导航系统和/或借助驾驶员的智能手机来进行车辆的位置确定。
所述辅助系统包括至少一个用于执行按本发明的方法的控制器,其中,有利的是,第一传感器检测车辆的电蓄能器的温度,并且第二传感器检测车辆的位置和/或运行参数。
该运行参数有利地包括车辆的速度、车轮转速、通过车辆的驾驶员提出的力矩要求、电蓄能器的充电电流或放电电流、外部温度、转向角和/或车辆的横向加速度。
按本发明的方法有利地使用在有至少一个锂离子电池组、锂硫电池组和/或锂空气电池组的车辆中。

具体实施方式
相同的附图标记在所有附图中都表示相同的装置组件。
图1示出了用于运行带至少一个电蓄能器的车辆的辅助系统的按本发明的方法的一个实施方式的流程图。在步骤S1中例如在车辆启动时启动该方法。
在步骤S2中,借助至少一个传感器,例如借助温度传感器检测车辆的电蓄能器的温度。所检测到的温度被连线地和/或无线地转达给控制器,例如转达给车辆的控制器和/或智能手机。
所检测到的温度有利地通过所述传感器或控制器防跳转,以便减小多个可能的误警报。
在步骤S3中,例如在执行电蓄能器的充电过程或放电过程时,借助电蓄能器的所检测到的温度,通过控制器识别到电蓄能器的运行状态,即,电蓄能器在正常的运行状态中运行,或电蓄能器处在异常的临界的运行状态中。
当电蓄能器的温度超过了200℃的已确定的阈值且因此有很大概率引起电蓄能器的燃烧时,例如存在异常的运行状态。
在步骤S4中,借助卫星支持的和/或无线电网络支持的方法,借助车辆的控制器、车辆的导航系统和/或借助驾驶员的智能手机,确定车辆的位置。
在另一个实施方式中,检测车辆的至少一个运行参数,例如车辆的速度。
在步骤S5中,将识别到的运行状态被连线地转达给辅助系统,例如借助车辆的CAN总线将消息转达给辅助系统,和/或例如无线地转达给辅助系统,例如借助短程无线电将经加密的消息转达给辅助系统。
在步骤S6中,通过辅助系统检查电蓄能器是否具有异常的运行状态且车辆的位置是否处在能够预先设定的地理区域内,以及在步骤S6中产生一个信号。当电蓄能器没有异常的运行状态和/或位置处在预先设定的地理区域之外时,在步骤S2中继续进行所述方法。
一旦车辆被停车,在车辆停车之后结束在充电桩上的充电过程和/或在预先被确定的时段之后,那么在步骤S7中结束方法。
在备选的实施方式中,当已停车的车辆的位置处在能够预先设定的地理区域内时,该方法继续连续地循环重复,因而一旦存在例如由于电蓄能器在充电过程期间的过热引起的异常的运行状态,那么即使在已停车的车辆中也触发紧急呼叫。
图2示出了带至少一个电蓄能器2的车辆的辅助系统1。传感器3检测电蓄能器2的温度且将这个温度连线地和/或无线地转达给控制器,例如车辆的控制器和/或智能手机。控制器4识别到了电蓄能器2的运行状态且将这个运行状态转达给车辆的辅助系统5。当通过传感器7检测到的车辆的位置处在能够预先设定的地理区域之内时,辅助系统5产生一个信号,例如辅助系统将电子的消息发送给车辆的紧急制动系统6。
在另一个实施方式中,通过所述信号触发对于车辆的驾驶员的视觉的、声学的和/或触觉的提示,因而驾驶员可以采取合适的措施。

Claims (17)

1.用于运行具有至少一个电蓄能器的车辆的辅助系统的方法,该方法包括下列步骤:
- 借助至少一个第一传感器检测车辆的电蓄能器的温度,
- 借助所检测到的电蓄能器的温度,通过控制器识别该电蓄能器的运行状态,
- 进行车辆的位置确定,
- 将所述运行状态转达给所述车辆的所述辅助系统,
其中,当车辆的位置处在能够预先设定的地理的区域内时,在电蓄能器的异常的运行状态情况中通过所述辅助系统产生至少一个信号,
其中,只要所述电蓄能器处在异常的运行状态中并且所述车辆的所述位置处在能够预先设定的地理区域内,则所述信号阻碍所述车辆的驱动系统的重新启动。
2.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信号触发用于减小车辆的速度的力矩干预。
3.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信号触发借助制动干预对所述车辆的制动。
4.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信号触发所述电蓄能器与所述车辆的传动系的分离。
5.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信号触发所述车辆伴随驱动功率减小的紧急运行。
6.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信号触发所述车辆的警报闪光装置的接通。
7.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信号触发向紧急呼叫中心的紧急呼叫。
8.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信号触发对车辆的驾驶员的视觉的、声学的和/或触觉的警告。
9.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信号被连线地和/或无线地转达。
10.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,通过卫星支持的和/或无线电网络支持的方法,借助车辆的控制器、车辆的导航系统和/或借助驾驶员的智能手机来实现车辆的位置确定。
11.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:检测所述车辆的运行参数。
12.按照权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述运行参数包括车辆的速度、车轮转速、通过车辆的驾驶员进行的力矩要求、电蓄能器的充电电流或放电电流、外部温度、转向角和/或车辆的横向加速度。
13.按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,借助至少一个第二传感器确定所述车辆的位置。
14.按照权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,借助至少一个第二传感器检测所述车辆的运行参数。
15.辅助系统,其带有至少一个用于执行按照权利要求1至13中任一项所述的方法的控制器,其特征在于,至少一个第一传感器检测车辆的电蓄能器的温度以及至少一个第二传感器检测车辆的位置。
16.按照权利要求15所述的辅助系统,其特征在于,所述至少一个第二传感器检测所述车辆的运行参数。
17.按照权利要求1至14中任一项所述的方法在带有至少一个锂离子电池组、锂硫电池组和/或锂空气电池组的车辆中的应用。
