背景技术
众所周知,许多可灌装食品,例如果汁、UHT(超高温处理的)牛奶、红酒、番茄酱等,以灭菌过的包装材料制成的包装销售。
这种类型的包装的典型例子是被称为无菌利乐砖(Tetra Brik Aseptic,注册商标)的用于液体或可灌装食品的平行六面体形的包装,该包装是通过对层压的条带包装材料进行折叠并密封制成的。
包装材料具有多层结构,该多层结构基本上包括提供刚度和强度的基底层,该基底层可以包括纤维材料(例如,纸或矿物填充的聚丙烯材料)层,以及覆盖在该基底层的两个侧面上的多个热密封塑料材料层压层(例如,聚乙烯膜)。
在用于长期储存产品(例如UHT牛奶)的无菌包装的情况下,包装材料还包括气体阻隔材料层,例如,铝箔或乙基乙烯醇(EVOH)膜,该气体阻隔材料层被叠加在热密封塑料材料层上,并且进而被另一热密封塑料材料层覆盖,该另一热密封塑料材料层形成包装的最终接触食品的内表面。

-模制站,其将多个开启装置注射模制到卷材上并且对应于卷材的相应的预层压孔。
特别地,模制站包括多个第一模具和多个第二模具。
第一模具被布置在卷材的第一侧上,而第二模具被布置在卷材的与第一侧相反的第二侧上。
每对第一模具和相应的第二模具可在以下位置之间移动:
-开放配置,其中它们与卷材间隔开并且因此不干扰卷材;和
-闭合配置,其中它们与卷材的相应的第一和第二侧协作并且限定封闭的模制空腔,模制材料被注入其中以模制相应的开启装置。
更精确地,当第一模具和相应的第二模具处于开放配置时,卷材前移。
当卷材停止时,每对第一模具和相应的第二模具与卷材中的相应孔对准。
在该阶段,每对第一模具和第二模具从开放配置移动到闭合配置,并且将模制材料注入模制腔中并固化以模制开启装置。
模制材料固化所需的时间量决定了包装材料卷材停止的时间量,其中孔与设置在闭合配置中的对应的第一模具和第二模具对准。
结果,模制材料固化所需的时间量决定了整个包装机的输出率。
在工业中需要尽可能减少在施加开启装置期间卷材停止的时间量,以相应地增加包装机的生产率。

重要的是指出,预先形成的开启装置4在未示出的站中的单元1的上游并且在它们被施加在卷材3上之前形成。
在所示的实施方式中,孔2是穿透的。

壳体51在退回位置和定位位置之间的运动以及活塞52在缩回位置、部分伸出的位置和完全伸出的位置之间的运动同步于卷材3沿路径P的运动以及与排除装置30在相应的静止位置和操作位置之间的运动。
具体地,当卷材3前移并且壳体51处于退回位置并且活塞52处于部分伸出的位置(图4)时,排出装置30从静止位置移动到操作位置,以便于端部54吸住最下面的预先形成的开启装置4。
此外,当卷材3停止时,壳体51处于定位位置,活塞52处于缩回位置(图5)。

在活塞52已经将预先形成的开启装置4插入孔2内并且已经回到部分伸出的位置之后,超声波发生器81和砧座82从相应的静止位置移动到相应的操作位置。
当超声波发生器81布置在操作位置(图8、图10和图11)时,表面89邻接卷材3的侧面3b并且帽7容纳在腔90内。
当超声波发生器81从静止位置移动到操作位置时,其略微朝向砧座82推动预先形成的开启装置4和卷材3。在该步骤期间,预先形成的开启装置4保持在腔90的外部,如图7所示。
当超声波发生器81和砧座82两者都处于操作位置时,头部86被激活并且预先形成的开启装置4被密封到卷材3。
在预先形成的开启装置4已经被密封到卷材3之后,卷材3再次前移。
或者,站15可包括相应的感应加热装置,而不是相应的超声波发生器81和砧座82。
在使用中,电动机10沿着路径P并平行于方向X使具有孔2的卷材3逐步地前移并停止。
下面参考仅一个预先形成的开启装置4、相应的仅一个元件29、仅一个定位装置50和仅一个站15来描述单元1的操作。
更详细地,升降机21从箱20吸取预先形成的开启装置4并将开启装置传送到料斗22。
预先形成的开启装置4然后在重力作用下沿着泻物架26并且取决于滑架28的沿着方向X的位置在一个泻物架27a、27b、27c上移动。
预先形成的开启装置4通过排序装置23停止在相关泻物架27a、27b、27c的延伸部37内,并且随后在重力作用下落入元件29内部以形成队列24。
特别地,当预先形成的开启装置4落入通道45内时,轴线A平行于方向Y。
当预先形成的开启装置4处于队列24的最下面时,其被布置在通道45的出口48处。
队列24的最下面的开启装置4的凸缘5面向定位装置50,并且处于排出装置30的沿着方向Y前进的相对侧上。
队列24的最下面的开启装置4的帽7面向排出装置30的杆34,并且处于定位装置50的沿着方向Y前进的相对侧上。

因此,活塞52与预先形成的开启装置4一起穿过通道79并将预先形成的开启装置4插入孔2中。
然后,如图7所示,活塞52返回到部分伸出的位置,并且壳体51围绕轴线F旋转直到其返回到退回位置。因此,定位装置50再次平行于方向Y,并且端部54现在与队列24的新的最下面的预先形成的开启装置4的凸缘5接触。
此外,电动机102使砧座82沿着方向Y从静止位置移动到操作位置。
在操作位置,砧座82阻塞通道79并与开启装置的凸缘5协作。
同时,超声波发生器81从静止位置移动到操作位置。
作为超声波发生器81的运动的结果,密封表面89接触预先形成的开启装置4的帽7。
超声波发生器81朝向操作位置的进一步运动向上朝向砧座82并且平行于方向Z推动预先形成的开启装置4和卷材3。
结果,预先形成的开启装置4的颈部6和帽7进入腔90,帽7与环91的壁92协作,并且密封表面89接触卷材3的侧面3b。
更精确地,帽7使环91的壁92变形,以便产生相对于超声波发生器81的头部86的轴线B成不同角度的部分93、94(图13和图14)。
以这种方式,环91有效地使预先形成的开启装置4的轴线A与头部86的轴线B居中。
在该阶段,超声波发生器81被激活并且头部86振荡,以便在孔2处将预先形成的开启装置4密封到卷材3。
一旦密封已经完成,超声波发生器81和砧座82回到相应的静止位置,如图9所示。
电动机10再次使卷材3前移,以便在站15下方布置新的孔2,并且根据图2的构造重复单元1的循环。
根据前面的描述,单元1和根据本发明的方法的优点将是清楚的。
特别地,站15在相应的孔2处将预先形成的开启装置4密封到卷材3。
以这种方式,不同于在本发明的背景部分中描述的已知解决方案,站15在它们将预先形成的开启装置4密封到卷材3上时不形成预先形成的开启装置4。
结果,将预先形成的开启装置4密封到卷材3所需的时间量不再取决于形成预先形成的开启装置4所需的时间量,例如,用于在注射模制预先形成的开启装置4的情况下固化模制材料所需的时间量。
因此,预先形成的开启装置4施加到卷材3的速率相对于已知解决方案有所增加。
超声波发生器81的突起96有效地将预先形成的开启装置4的熔融聚乙烯压入卷材3的孔2中。因此,熔融聚乙烯覆盖卷材3的由于形成孔2而已经暴露的纸材料。
以这种方式,当卷材3在超过80摄氏度的在过氧化氢溶液与水的浴中前移时,孔2的纸材料由熔融聚乙烯保护,水浸泡纸材料的风险显著降低。
此外,由弹性体材料制成的环91有效地将预先形成的开启装置4居中在相应的超声波发生器81的腔90内部,而不将超声波振动传递到帽7,因此也不影响将预先形成的开启装置4密封到卷材3。
环91是锥形的并且在卷材3的相对侧上逐渐变细。
以这种方式,环91和相关帽7之间的接触面积特别小。
最后,定位装置50用于从元件29的出口48抽出预先形成的开启装置4,并且用于将预先形成的开启装置4插入到卷材3的相应的孔2内部。
显然,可以对单元1和该方法进行改变,而不背离所附权利要求书所限定的保护范围。
特别地,站15可以包括相应的感应加热装置,而不是相应的超声波发生器81和砧座82。
此外,超声波发生器80可以用于在包装通过进一步的密封封闭之前将开启装置密封到打开的包装。

Claims (14)

1.一种用于将至少一个预先形成的开启装置(4)施加到包装材料卷材(3)的孔(2)上的单元(1),其包括:
-前移机构(10),其用于使所述卷材(3)沿着路径(P)前移;和

所述步骤ii)包括以下步骤:
iii)使超声波发生器(81)沿着第一方向(Z)并且在第一静止位置和第一操作位置之间移动,在所述第一静止位置处所述超声波发生器(81)与所述卷材(3)间隔开,在所述第一操作位置处所述超声波发生器(81)与所述卷材(3)的第一侧面(3a)配合并且被激活以将所述预先形成的开启装置(4)密封到所述卷材(3)上;和
iv)使砧座(82)沿横向于所述第一方向(Z)的第二方向(Y)并且在第二静止位置和第二操作位置之间移动,在所述第二静止位置处所述砧座(82)与所述卷材(3)间隔开,在所述第二操作位置处所述砧座(82)对所述卷材(3)的在所述孔(2)处的第二侧面(3b)施加反压力,所述第二侧面(3b)与所述卷材(3)的所述第一侧面(3a)相对。
13.根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述超声波发生器(81)和所述砧座(82)同时到达所述第一操作位置和所述第二操作位置。
14.如权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
v)将所述预先形成的开启装置(4)供给到进料装置(25)的出口(48);
vi)从所述出口(48)抽出所述预先形成的开启装置(4);以及
vii)当所述超声波发生器(81)和所述砧座(82)分别处于所述第一静止位置和第二静止位置时,将所述预先形成的开启装置(4)定位在所述卷材(3)的所述孔(2)内部;
所述步骤vi)和vii)由相同的定位装置(50)执行。
