Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于例如开关器件等的固定组件,它包括在待连接的第一构件(21)上的阴元件(10)和在待连接的第二构件(18)上的阳元件(12)。根据本发明,阳元件是细长的并有弹性,其端部(14)具有至少一个锁定面(15),阴元件(10)包括至少一个锁定台肩(11)和阴元件通道的对应扩口凹槽(19),以使阳元件(12)之端部(14)的锁定面(15)进入锁定肩(11)的后部而借助于扭转/解除扭转运动来锁定就位。

Description

用于开关器件等的快速固定组件
本发明涉及用于诸如根据权利要求1的前序部分的开关器件的固定组件。
通常,例如主要通过由螺钉和对应件(counter piece)上匹配的内螺母形成的螺钉连接来将构件彼此相接。也可使用螺栓连接,其中螺母是单独分开的或者带螺纹的插件与已位于铸模中的对应件整体铸成。另外,还可使用自动攻丝螺钉。
使用例如快动作扁簧夹可以形成快速固定,其中待固定的构件夹在扁簧夹中。在本领域还已知的是将塑料夹子设计成在底面的帮助下与啮合面弹簧锁合。
上述技术有很多缺点。螺钉连接由于太费时间而不适于批量生产。而且,为了实现合适的紧密固定而要求精确的公差,因为太松会使构件分离而太紧又会使螺钉的转矩过大。
弹簧和塑料夹固定方法都有使固定处于连续的弯曲应力作用之下的缺点,因为悬臂型的夹子腿处于张力作用,这从长远看会导致弹簧/弹性材料疲劳。当构件受到分离的推力时,夹子很容易松开。在要求固定时,弹簧或塑料夹子太容易张开。虽然通过在啮合连接的啮合面上使用陡角度能改善塑料夹子的夹紧,但这种几乎垂直的角度产生端隙的缺点。
构件也可通过超声焊接来连接,这需要求大量的机器投资。而且,这种连接方法要求待连接的表面尽可能平坦和清洁。由于焊接质量变化,不能足够准确地估计焊接强度。另外,适于超声焊的材料种类有限。
本发明的目的是克服上述固定技术的缺点,并且提供一种适用于例如开关器件的完全新颖的固定组件。
本发明的目的通过连接阴元件(female element)和阳元件(maleelement)形成固定组件而获得的,其中阳元件是柔性舌簧状柄部件,它适于在锁定步骤过程中绕其纵轴扭转,然后在锁定步骤完成后返回无应力的状态。
更具体地,本发明固定组件的特征如权利要求1的特征部分所述。
本发明提供了显著的优点。
当锁合时,阳元件的腿没有扭转/弯曲应力。假设对称的柄钩的数目是两个,阳元件的腿将在使构件彼此分开的推力作用下独自承受张应力的作用。即使在自攻丝固定组件中,端隙的所需量接近于零。本发明的组件还尤其适用于其中构件必须彼此可靠固定的固定应用中。固定构件不需要附件且可以用在密封场合。设有本发明固定组件的构件易于组装,且在需要时可以制成难以打开的类型。为了有助于释放步骤,为用手指打开连接所设计的空间可以如所需的那么大。构件可以保持可靠固定,而不需在啮合面上使用额外的锁定边。如果固定柄钩由弹性材料制成,本发明的组件还适于固定金属构件。最后,从外观可检查固定的紧固性。
下面参照附图借助于示范性实施例更详细地介绍本发明,在附图中:
图1a~1b表示现有技术的固定方案;
图2a~2b表示现有技术的另一固定方案;
图3a~3j是本发明固定方案的不同投影图;
图4是根据本发明适于释放固定组件的开启装置;
图5表示含有本发明固定组件的开关器件的封盖和主体结构的透视图;
图6表示设有本发明的阴元件但没有插入阳元件的开关器件的主体部分的后视图;
图7表示插入了阳固定元件后的图6方案。
参照图1a,其中的实施方案具有与待安装的构件2分开的普通扁簧夹1。在图1b中示出夹子1用来固定构件2。如后面的图所示,当安装就位时夹子1承受连续的弯曲应力。
参照图2a,其中显示了塑料主体件4和对应件3,基于对应件3的带钩的悬臂柄5和带钩之柄5的预加载张力6形成了普通的固定组件。图2b的方案需要一端隙7。这是由于固定组件的可靠锁定要求固定柄5顶部的锁定角α大于零,因此构件的插入需要端隙7。然而,这种端隙降低了固定的刚度。
参照图3a,在其中所示的根据本发明的组件中,阴元件10被设计得与待固定的另一构件成为一体,在此该构件是主体件21。在所示的实施方案中,阴元件10包括一窄而长的通道。阴元件10的宽高比一般约为1∶3至1∶5,优选的约为1∶4。在通道的相对侧,如图中所示,形成阴元件10通道的顶部和底部内壁角的是锁定台肩11,由此如图3f和3d所示,通道的对应扩口凹槽19形成在与所述锁定台肩相对的侧面。图3d表示的是沿图3a的线A-A的剖面图。扩口凹槽19的宽度约等于阴元件10中通道的基本宽度。作为阳固定元件,图3b所示的固定柄12在固定步骤中被插入阴固定元件10中,由此阳固定柄的腿的端部14被锁定台肩11的引导面20扭转,由此固定柄的端部14以图3j的方式被导入通道的扩口凹槽19中。当固定柄12到达图3b所示的最后锁定位置时,柄的锁定面15将以可靠方式锁定在肩11的后面,并且柄12的腿可以如图3i所示释放扭转返回到无应力状态。无应力状态尤其可在具有两个锁定台肩11和两个锁定面15的设计中获得。如从图中可见,柄端部14的外围尺寸与阴元件10的内部尺寸基本相等。应注意的是图3i和图3j表示从图3h的方向D获得的投影图。而且,图3h是沿图3i的方向C-C的剖面图。在图3c中,阴元件中没有沿图3a的方向E插入的阳元件。在图3b和3j中示出了斜边16,它有助于经阴元件10的通道插入固定柄12的端部14。本发明功能的前提是固定柄12的腿13具有足够的弹性以提供所需的扭转作用。为确保固定腿12的强度,塞块17被设计得宽于弹性腿的断面13。塞块17与待连接的构件之一连在一起,在这里待连接的构件是开关器件的封盖18。在需要时,可通过使锁定台肩11和固定柄的锁定面15形成一个大于零的角度α来确保锁定。然而,该角度对完成本发明的功能来说并不是强制性的。
参照图4,示出了包括指形表面23和轴24的解锁工具22,开启力施加在该指形表面上,该轴24端部设有一解锁端头25。解锁工具22首先插入通道;因此解锁端头25在固定柄12之端部14的两侧对准,然后旋转和推动工具22,由此固定柄12的端部14经由通道扩口凹槽19从锁定空间向外引导穿过锁定台肩11。参照图5,固定腿12的数目可以是例如4个。在图示实施方案中,固定柄12永久地固定在开关器件的封盖18上,而阴元件10相应地位于主体件21上。固定柄12的端部14在锁定空间内与主件构件21的后表面大致同高度地延伸。
参考图6,其中表示了主体件21的后视图。在图示结构中,锁定台肩11和在台肩处形成的通道扩口凹槽19都在阴元件10中清晰可见。
在图7中,固定柄被插入就位,可以看到固定柄的端部14。固定柄的端部14与主体件21的后表面大致处于同一高度。
除了图示的四个固定柄12之外,可以使用两个固定柄或其它适当数目的固定组件。本发明功能的必要特征在于对固定柄的端部14进行扭转和释放扭转的锁定运动,这使得柄的腿在锁定位置上处于无应力状态,因此,对于含有圆形剖面的腿的固定柄而言,如果固定柄的腿的材料允许扭转动作的话,也可以采用扁腿之外的其它剖面形状。因此,只要柄的腿具有足够的柔韧性,具有环形剖面的腿也是可行的。
根据本发明,阳元件12可以与主体件21成一整体,这样,阳元件10与封盖元件18成一整体。
在未背离本发明范围的条件下,每个组件中锁定台肩11的数目可以只是一个,由此只需要一个通道扩口凹槽19。
在本发明的一般实施例中,固定在一起的构件不会再被拆开,这样在此公开的固定方法是一个最佳方案。当在一个房屋结构中使用很多本发明的固定组件时,如果不使用特殊的工具将很难拆开房屋,因为各固定组件必须同时解锁。当然,可以为此开发一种专用工具。
根据本发明的组件优选地用热塑性聚合物制作,但热固性聚合物和金属也可用作该组件的材料。

Claims (4)

1.一种用在例如开关器件等等中的固定组件,它包括在待连接的第一构件(21)中的阴元件(10)和在待连接的第二构件(18)中的阳元件(12),其特征在于,
阳元件(12)是细长的并有弹性,其端部(14)至少设有一个锁定面(15),和
阴元件(10)包括至少一个锁定台肩(11)和与阴元件通道相应的扩口凹槽(19),以便使阳元件(12)之端部(14)的锁定面(15)进入锁定肩(11)的后部而借助于扭转/解除扭转动作来锁定就位。
2.根据权利要求1的固定组件,其特征在于所述阴元件(10)为窄而细长的槽状通道。
3.根据以上任一项权利要求的固定组件,其特征在于每个锁定台肩(11)上有一引导面(20),以用于引导固定柄的端部(14)作扭转运动。
4.根据权利要求1或2的固定组件,其特征在于,固定柄的端部(14)有斜面(6),以助于固定柄的滑动。
