Abstract

本发明公开了一种二段式解锁机构,其包括:设于第一载体上的连接扣,设于第二载体上的定位柱,可绕所述定位柱旋转的连接杆,所述连接杆的一端部设有与所述连接扣卡接的连接扣孔,连接杆另一端部设有一解锁按钮,所述解锁按钮的端部设有一横向的卡槽,以及一旋转按钮;其中,当第一载体与第二载体对接时,连接杆绕定位柱旋转,以使所述连接扣孔卡入连接扣,并且旋转所述旋转按钮,致旋转按钮的端帽旋入所述卡槽,使第一载体和第二载体锁紧连接。本发明的二段式解锁机构,通过定位柱与连接杆的旋转配合,以及旋转按钮与解锁按钮的配合,实现插头和插座的快速锁止与解锁,其结构较为简单,操作便捷,锁止可靠。

技术领域
本发明涉及锁紧装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种二段式解锁机构。
背景技术
电连接器领域中,对连接器的安全性有很高的要求。比如在汽车充电,由于大电压大电流接触,一方面要防止电火花电弧产生,保证安全,另一方面也需要保证在充电过程中的稳固可靠,因此需要一种快速安全可靠的锁紧机构。但是,现有的锁紧连接器,结构复杂,操作不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种二段式解锁机构,其解决了目前锁紧机构结构复杂,操作不便的技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明所提出的技术方案为:
本发明的一种二段式解锁机构,其包括:设于第一载体上的连接扣,设于第二载体上的定位柱,可绕所述定位柱旋转的连接杆,所述连接杆的一端部设有与所述连接扣卡接的连接扣孔,连接杆另一端部设有一解锁按钮,所述解锁按钮的端部设有一横向的卡槽,以及一旋转按钮;其中,当第一载体与第二载体对接时,连接杆绕定位柱旋转,以使所述连接扣孔卡入连接扣,并且旋转所述旋转按钮,致旋转按钮的端帽旋入所述卡槽,使第一载体和第二载体锁紧连接。
其中,所述的定位柱上还设有一扭簧,所述扭簧的一弹性端卡接于第二载体,另一弹性端抵顶所述连接杆,以使连接扣孔所在连接杆的端部具备朝向第一载体的弹性恢复力。
其中,所述的旋转按钮包括:旋转轴,以及由所述旋转轴上端部横向延伸出的一条形端帽,旋转所述旋转轴,以使条形端帽旋入或旋出所述的解锁按钮的端部的卡槽实现解锁或闭锁。
其中,所述的第一载体为插座,第二载体为插头。
本发明的二段式解锁机构,通过定位柱与连接杆的旋转配合,以及旋转按钮与解锁按钮的配合,实现插头和插座的快速锁止与解锁,其结构较为简单,操作便捷,锁止可靠。

具体实施方式
以下参考附图,对本发明予以进一步地详尽阐述。
请参阅附图1至附图4,在本实施例中,该二段式解锁机构,其包括:设于第一载体10上的连接扣1,设于第二载体20上的定位柱4,可绕所述定位柱4旋转的连接杆3,所述连接杆3的一端部设有与所述连接扣1卡接的连接扣孔2,连接杆3另一端部设有一解锁按钮6,所述解锁按钮6的端部设有一横向的卡槽61,以及一旋转按钮7。其中,当第一载体10与第二载体20对接时,连接杆3绕定位柱4旋转,以使所述连接扣孔2卡入连接扣1,并且旋转所述旋转按钮7,致旋转按钮7的端帽旋入所述卡槽61,使第一载体10和第二载体20锁紧连接。
其中,为了实现,在第一载体10和第二载体20对接时,连接扣孔2自动快速卡入连接扣1,所述的定位柱4上还设有一扭簧5,所述扭簧5的一弹性端卡接于第二载体20,另一弹性端抵顶所述连接杆3,以使连接扣孔2所在连接杆3的端部具备朝向第一载体10的弹性恢复力。更具体的,所述的连接扣1的截面为三角形,定位柱4上套装有所述扭簧5,扭簧外还套设有连接杆3,连接杆3上设有与所述定位柱4相匹配的连接孔。当连接扣孔2卡入所述连接扣1上时,扭簧5处于被压缩状态。
上述解锁按钮6为连接固定于连接杆3端部的按钮,可手动按压该解锁按钮6,使连接杆3绕着定位柱4为支点旋转。
进一步的,所述的旋转按钮7包括:旋转轴8,以及由所述旋转轴8上端部横向延伸出的一条形端帽81,旋转所述旋转轴8,以使条形端帽81旋入或旋出所述的解锁按钮6的端部的卡槽61实现解锁或闭锁。
在本实施例中,所述的第一载体10为插座,第二载体20为插头,上述的第一载体和第二载体相互交换位置也是可以的。
请再次参阅附图1至附图4,以下描述该二段式解锁机构的解锁和闭锁过程:如附图1所示,当连接杆3在扭簧5的作用力下,插头与插座对接,连接扣孔2快速卡入连接扣1上,同时旋转旋转按钮7以使条形端帽81旋入旋转按钮7上的卡槽61,实现闭锁锁紧状态。
如附图2所示,首先转动旋转按钮7,以使条形端帽81旋出卡槽61,实现一段解锁过程。
如附图3所示,在如附图2所示的一段解锁之后,按箭头方向下压解锁按钮6,以使连接杆3绕着定位柱4为支点旋转,最终使连接扣孔2脱离连接扣1,实现二段解锁。
如附图4所示,在如附图3所示的二段解锁之后,横向拉动第二载体20,以使第一载体10与第二载体20脱离,最终实现解锁过程。
本实施例中的二段式解锁机构,通过定位柱与连接杆的旋转配合,以及旋转按钮与解锁按钮的配合,实现插头和插座的快速锁止与解锁,其结构较为简单,操作便捷,锁止可靠。

1.一种二段式解锁机构,其特征在于,包括:设于第一载体上的连接扣,设于第二载体上的定位柱,可绕所述定位柱旋转的连接杆,所述连接杆的一端部设有与所述连接扣卡接的连接扣孔,连接杆另一端部设有一解锁按钮,所述解锁按钮的端部设有一横向的卡槽,以及一旋转按钮;其中,当第一载体与第二载体对接时,连接杆绕定位柱旋转,以使所述连接扣孔卡入连接扣,并且旋转所述旋转按钮,致旋转按钮的端帽旋入所述卡槽,使第一载体和第二载体锁紧连接;所述的旋转按钮包括:旋转轴,以及由所述旋转轴上端部横向延伸出的一条形端帽,旋转所述旋转轴,以使条形端帽旋入或旋出所述的解锁按钮的端部的卡槽实现解锁或闭锁,所述的定位柱上还设有一扭簧,所述扭簧的一弹性端卡接于第二载体,另一弹性端抵顶所述连接杆,以使连接扣孔所在连接杆的端部具备朝向第一载体的弹性恢复力,所述的第一载体为插座,第二载体为插头。
