技术领域
本发明涉及一种天线线缆,具体说是一种高抗拉强度天线辐射线缆。
背景技术
在天线应用中,天线的辐射线缆通常采用铜绞线或钢丝绳,前者抗拉强度低、重量大、易拉断,后者导电性能差,可靠性和电性能不同兼顾。发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单,能兼顾高抗拉强度和高导电率的天线辐射线缆。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高抗拉强度天线辐射线缆,其特征在于:包括加强芯、导电辐射体和绝缘护套,加强芯外包裹导电辐射体,导电辐射体外包裹绝缘护套,所述加强芯为高强柔性纤维或金属丝绳,所述导电辐射体由良导体金属丝沿加强芯外编织而成。
本发明采用高强柔性纤维或金属丝绳作为加强芯,并在加强芯外围采用良导体金属丝编织呈导电辐射体,有效提高线缆的抗拉强度,同时兼顾高导电率,适用于各类天线中辐射线缆使用。

图1所示一种高抗拉强度天线辐射线缆包括加强芯1、导电辐射体2和绝缘护套3,加强芯外包裹导电辐射体,导电辐射体外包裹绝缘护套,所述加强芯为高强柔性纤维或金属丝绳,所述导电辐射体由良导体金属丝沿加强芯外编织而成。

1.一种高抗拉强度天线辐射线缆,其特征在于:包括加强芯、导电辐射体和绝缘护套,加强芯外包裹导电辐射体,导电辐射体外包裹绝缘护套,所述加强芯为高强柔性纤维或金属丝绳,所述导电辐射体由良导体金属丝沿加强芯外编织而成。
