Abstract

本发明公开了一种振动流化床干燥机，其包括鼓风机、振动流化床干燥机、引风机、旋风分离器以及管道，所述的鼓风机的出风囗通过管道与振动流化床干燥机的进风囗连接，所述的振动流化床干燥机的出风囗通过管道与旋风分离器的进风口连接，所述的旋风分离器的出风口通过管道与引风机的进风囗连接。冷却除尘装置设置在鼓风机进风口上。该机具有结构简单，不但能降低白砂糖温度，而且能减少白砂糖污染。

一种振动流化床干燥机
技术领域
本发明涉及分选设备技术领域，尤其是一种振动流化床干燥机。
背景技术
目前，公知的振动流化床干燥机的鼓风机进风口前未安装冷却和除尘装置，难以降低白砂糖的温度，另外，空气中的粉尘会污染白砂糖。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，针对上述问题，提出一种改进的振动流化床干燥机，不但能降低白砂糖温度，而且能减少白砂糖污染。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的基本构思是：在振动流化床干燥机的鼓风机进风口前设置冷却除尘装置。
作为实现本发明的基本构思的技术方案，其包括鼓风机、振动流化床干燥机、引风机、旋风分离器以及管道，所述的鼓风机的出风囗通过管道与振动流化床干燥机的进风囗连接，所述的振动流化床干燥机的出风囗通过管道与旋风分离器的进风口连接，所述的旋风分离器的出风口通过管道与引风机的进风囗连接。冷却除尘装置设置在鼓风机进风口上。
所述的冷却除尘装置由壳体、螺旋形弯紫铜管和过滤网所组成。
本发明的有益效果是：具有结构简单，不但能降低白砂糖温度，而且能减少白砂糖污染。

具体实施方式
参阅图1，冷却除尘装置1与鼓风机2进风口连接。冷却除尘装置包括壳体、螺旋形弯紫铜管以及过滤网，壳体由钢板制成，壳体上用电焊焊接进风口、出风口并在进风口上安装有过滤网，壳体内安装有螺旋形弯紫铜管，螺旋形弯紫铜管接入<20℃的冷水。鼓风机2的出风囗通过管道3与振动流化床干燥机4的进风囗连接，振动流化床干燥机4的出风囗通过管道3与旋风分离器5的进风口连接，旋风分离器5的出风口通过管道3与引风机6的进风囗连接。白砂糖通过振动流化床干燥机4的进料口进入振动流化床干燥机4内，白砂糖沿水平方向抛掷向前连续运动，空气经冷却除尘装置1冷却和除尘后经鼓风机2和管道3进入振动流化床干燥机4，冷风向上穿过振动流化床干燥机4和湿白糖进行干燥冷却，干燥冷却后的白砂糖由振动流化床干燥机4的排料口排岀。空气经旋风分离器5经引风机6排出。

1.一种振动流化床干燥机，其包括鼓风机（2）、振动流化床干燥机（4）、引风机（6）、旋风分离器（5）以及管道（3），所述的鼓风机（2）的出风囗通过管道（3）与振动流化床干燥机（4）的进风囗连接，所述的振动流化床干燥机（4）的出风囗通过管道（3）与旋风分离器（5）的进风口连接，所述的旋风分离器（5）的出风口通过管道（3）与引风机（6）的进风囗连接，其特征在于：冷却除尘装置（1）设置在鼓风机（2）进风口上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种振动流化床干燥机，其特征在于：所述的冷却除尘装置（1）由壳体、螺旋形弯紫铜管和过滤网所组成。
