Abstract

一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂,属于燃料油添加剂技术领域。其包括以下重量百分比的原料:环戊二烯三羰基锰2~6%、异辛酸盐15~25%、环烷酸铈7~12%、2,6‑二叔丁基对甲酚1~3%、表面活性剂10~23%、溶剂余量。本发明的添加剂能够迅速改变水分子缔合状态,和重油完全融合,在重油的燃烧过程中,在催化成分的作用下,改变原子的反应势能,从而能显著改善重油的燃烧效率,节能率高达35~50%。

技术领域
本发明属于燃料油添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂。
背景技术
自然资源的日渐枯竭,自人类大规模的开发石油产品开始,节能项目也随之开始。随着人类历史的发展和科技的进步,石油产品之附属产品“重油”也称为“渣油”也已经成为主要燃料油使用。而石油产品或石油附属产品作为燃料油使用是一种不可能二次回收或利用的能源。
市场经济的作用下,国内外沿海运输业的蓬勃发展造成对石油产品的需求越来越大,价格越来越高,大部分运输业主为节省运输成本,把船舶原来的柴油发动机改成柴油重油可同时使用的发动机。虽然运输公司对降低运输成本做了很大的努力,但效果都不是很理想。就国家目前而言,能做到节能5%以上就属国家重大项目。
另外,现有技术中也有一些重油添加剂,通过使用这种添加剂可以消除所描述的重质燃料的不利性能。这些添加剂虽然在一定程度上起到了改善燃油燃烧性能的作用,但存在节能减排效果不明显的缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的在于设计提供一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂的技术方案。
所述的一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂,其特征在于包括以下重量百分比的原料:
环戊二烯三羰基锰 2~6%
异辛酸盐 15~25%
环烷酸铈 7~12%
2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚 1~3%
表面活性剂 10~23%
溶剂 余量
所述的溶剂为混合二甲苯或煤油,所述的混合二甲苯由邻二甲苯、对二甲苯和间二甲苯按重量比1:2~4:3~5混合得到。
所述的一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂,其特征在于包括以下重量百分比的原料:
环戊二烯三羰基锰 3~5%
异辛酸盐 18~22%
环烷酸铈 8~10%
2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚 2~3%
表面活性剂 12~18%
溶剂 余量。
所述的一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂,其特征在于所述的异辛酸盐由异辛酸铁、异辛酸锡和异辛酸钴按重量比1:2~3:4~6混合得到。
所述的一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂,其特征在于所述的表面活性剂由匀染剂O-25和吐温T-80按重量比2~4:1混合得到。
上述的一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂在重油燃料中应用时,可根据需要调整添加的比例,将重油与添加剂混合均匀即可。
本发明的添加剂能够迅速改变水分子缔合状态,和重油完全融合,在重油的燃烧过程中,在催化成分的作用下,改变原子的反应势能,从而能显著改善重油的燃烧效率,节能率高达35~50%。并且能够有效分散重油中的重质成分,改善流动性能,防止沉淀物生成及在管道壁粘附;同时使用添加剂可以有效降低污染物的排放,降低SO2及CH排放,综合减排在40%以上;同时也降低烟度及烟色;另外,添加剂的加入还可以有效清洗油路管道,防止重油中杂质及燃烧过程中的尾气系统的腐蚀,对锅炉及发动机有显著的保护作用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来进一步说明本发明。
实施例1
取环戊二烯三羰基锰4kg、异辛酸盐20kg(异辛酸铁2.8kg、异辛酸锡6kg和异辛酸钴11.2kg)、环烷酸铈10kg、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2kg、表面活性剂15kg(匀染剂O-25 10kg和吐温T-80 5kg)、混合二甲苯49kg(邻二甲苯8kg、对二甲苯16kg和间二甲苯25kg)混合均匀,即得到一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂。
实施例2
取环戊二烯三羰基锰2kg、异辛酸盐15kg(异辛酸铁1.875kg、异辛酸锡3.75kg和异辛酸钴9.375kg)、环烷酸铈7kg、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1kg、表面活性剂10kg(匀染剂O-257.5kg和吐温T-80 2.5kg)、混合二甲苯65kg(邻二甲苯8.2kg、对二甲苯25kg和间二甲苯31.8kg)混合均匀,即得到一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂。
实施例3
取环戊二烯三羰基锰6kg、异辛酸盐25kg(异辛酸铁2.5kg、异辛酸锡7.5kg和异辛酸钴15kg)、环烷酸铈12kg、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚3kg、表面活性剂23kg(匀染剂O-25 12.8kg和吐温T-80 4.6kg)、混合二甲苯31kg(邻二甲苯3.6kg、对二甲苯11.4kg和间二甲苯16kg)混合均匀,即得到一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂。
实施例4
取环戊二烯三羰基锰3kg、异辛酸盐18kg(异辛酸铁1.8kg、异辛酸锡5.4kg和异辛酸钴10.8kg)、环烷酸铈8kg、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚2kg、表面活性剂12kg(匀染剂O-25 9.6kg和吐温T-80 2.4kg)、煤油57kg混合均匀,即得到一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂。
实施例5
取环戊二烯三羰基锰5kg、异辛酸盐22kg(异辛酸铁2.2kg、异辛酸锡6.6kg和异辛酸钴13.2kg)、环烷酸铈10kg、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚3kg、表面活性剂18kg(匀染剂O-2514.4kg和吐温T-80 3.6kg)、煤油58kg混合均匀,即得到一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂。
应用例1
分别取99.7kg 的重油加热到50℃,加入到搅拌机内,搅拌,分别取实施例1~5制备的添加剂0.1kg,加入到上述重油中,搅拌30~60 分钟后制备得到液体燃料。分别取液体燃料5g,放入AC300 热值项目检测仪中检测热值,并与为加入添加剂的重油比较,结果如表1所示:
由表1结果可知,添加本发明的添加剂的重油热值远远高于普通重油。
应用例2:添加本发明的重油在蒸汽锅炉中进行燃烧试验
锅炉额定功率:10T/h。
依据标准和方法:GB/T15320-2001 《节能产品评价导则》、GB/T13234-1991《创业节能计算方法》、GB/T10180-2003《工业锅炉热工性能试验规程》。
测定项目见表2,其中实施例1为24.9%水、0.1%实施例1得到的添加剂和75%重油混合得到的复合重油,实施例2为24.9%水、0.1%实施例2得到的添加剂和75%重油混合得到的复合重油,实施例3为24.9%水、0.1%实施例3得到的添加剂和75%重油混合得到的复合重油,实施例4为24.9%水、0.1%实施例4得到的添加剂和75%重油混合得到的复合重油,实施例5为24.9%水、0.1%实施例5得到的添加剂和75%重油混合得到的复合重油。

1.一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂,其特征在于由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
环戊二烯三羰基锰 2~6%
异辛酸盐 15~25%
环烷酸铈 7~12%
2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚 1~3%
表面活性剂 10~23%
溶剂 余量
所述的溶剂为混合二甲苯或煤油,所述的混合二甲苯由邻二甲苯、对二甲苯和间二甲苯按重量比1:2~4:3~5混合得到;所述的异辛酸盐由异辛酸铁、异辛酸锡和异辛酸钴按重量比1:2~3:4~6混合得到;所述的表面活性剂由匀染剂O-25和吐温T-80按重量比2~4:1混合得到。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种能改善重油燃烧性能的添加剂,其特征在于由以下重量百分比的原料组成:
环戊二烯三羰基锰 3~5%
异辛酸盐 18~22%
环烷酸铈 8~10%
2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚 2~3%
表面活性剂 12~18%
溶剂 余量。
