Abstract

本发明提供了一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂,主要原料为玉米淀粉、氧化石墨烯、淀粉酶、瓜尔胶、硅藻土、竹原纤维、β‑环糊精和水,该胶黏剂不含甲醛,对人体无害。其中加入竹原纤维和β‑环糊精不但有增强胶黏剂强度的作用,而且竹原纤维还具备一定的抗菌、抑菌、防虫作用,故制备的家具有一定的防酶、防蛀效果。

一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏剂领域,特别地,涉及一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
木材加工业对胶黏剂的需求量很大,每年消费的胶黏剂占总胶黏剂量的60%左右,市场上的木材用胶黏剂主要是“三醛胶”(脲醛胶、酚醛胶、三聚氰胺-甲醛胶),其中尤以脲醛胶为主。脲醛树脂具有生产工艺简单、原料价格低廉、初粘度大、胶合强度较高、无色透明以及不污染木材制品的特点,其用量曾占木材加工业总用胶量的80%左右。但采用“三醛胶”制备胶合板,在生产和使用过程中都会有甲醛放出,胶合板中甲醛的释放期可长达3~15年,从而导致新建住房室内空气甲醛长期超标,对居民身体造成健康伤害。很多厂家通过采用甲醛掩蔽、吸附、封闭等手段,使甲醛的释放量到E2(≤5.0mg/L)、E1(≤1.5mg/L)级的标准或勉强达到E0(≤0.5mg/L)级标准,然而在条件具备时,这部分甲醛依然会挥发。
如何采用农作物为主要原料制备不含甲醛的木材用高质量胶黏剂已经成分胶黏剂行业的研究热点。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂及其制备方法,以解决技术问题。
一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂,包括以下成分:玉米淀粉、氧化石墨烯、淀粉酶、瓜尔胶、硅藻土、竹原纤维、β-环糊精和水。
优选的,所述的家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
玉米淀粉 20-30%
氧化石墨烯 0.02-0.05%
淀粉酶 2-5%
瓜尔胶 2-5%
硅藻土 3-8%
竹原纤维 0.5-1%
分散剂 0.1-0.3%
β-环糊精 3-10%
水 余量。
优选的,所述的淀粉酶为酸性α-淀粉酶。
优选的,所述的分散剂为科宁水性润湿剂Hydropalat 875。
一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、先将淀粉用水调成浓度35-45%的溶液,在60-70℃下超声处理15-20min,超声频率为20-30kHz,超声功率为120-150w,过滤;
B、加入酸性α-淀粉酶并调节pH值为4.0-4.5,酶解25-35min;
C、调节pH值为7.0-7.5,加入分散剂、氧化石墨烯和β-环糊精,搅拌15-25min;
D、加入剩余原料,搅拌45-60min,即可。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂,主要原料为玉米淀粉、氧化石墨烯、淀粉酶、瓜尔胶、硅藻土、竹原纤维、β-环糊精和水,该胶黏剂不含甲醛,对人体无害。其中加入竹原纤维和β-环糊精不但有增强胶黏剂强度的作用,而且竹原纤维还具备一定的抗菌、抑菌、防虫作用,故制备的家具有一定的防酶、防蛀效果;加入氧化石墨烯后胶黏剂的强度显著提高。
除了上面所描述的目的、特征和优点之外,本发明还有其它的目的、特征和优点。下面将对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以根据权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例1
一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
玉米淀粉 25%
氧化石墨烯 0.04%
酸性α-淀粉酶 3%
瓜尔胶 4%
硅藻土 6%
竹原纤维 0.7%
科宁 Hydropalat 875 0.2%
β-环糊精 7%
水 余量。
一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、先将淀粉用水调成浓度40%的溶液,在65℃下超声处理17min,超声频率为25kHz,超声功率为125w,过滤;
B、加入酸性α-淀粉酶并调节pH值为4.0-4.5,酶解30min;
C、调节pH值为7.0-7.5,加入分散剂、氧化石墨烯和β-环糊精,搅拌30min;
D、加入剩余原料,搅拌55min,即可。
实施例2
一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
玉米淀粉 20%
氧化石墨烯 0.05%
酸性α-淀粉酶 5%
瓜尔胶 2%
硅藻土 8%
竹原纤维 0.5%
科宁 Hydropalat 875 0.3%
β-环糊精 10%
水 余量。
一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、先将淀粉用水调成浓度35%的溶液,在70℃下超声处理15min,超声频率为30kHz,超声功率为120w,过滤;
B、加入酸性α-淀粉酶并调节pH值为4.0-4.5,酶解35min;
C、调节pH值为7.0-7.5,加入分散剂、氧化石墨烯和β-环糊精,搅拌15min;
D、加入剩余原料,搅拌60min,即可。
实施例3
一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
玉米淀粉 30%
氧化石墨烯 0.02%
酸性α-淀粉酶 2%
瓜尔胶 5%
硅藻土 3%
竹原纤维 1%
科宁 Hydropalat 875 0.1%
β-环糊精 3%
水 余量。
一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、先将淀粉用水调成浓度45%的溶液,在60℃下超声处理20min,超声频率为20kHz,超声功率为150w,过滤;
B、加入酸性α-淀粉酶并调节pH值为4.0-4.5,酶解25min;
C、调节pH值为7.0-7.5,加入分散剂、氧化石墨烯和β-环糊精,搅拌25min;
D、加入剩余原料,搅拌45min,即可。
对比实施例1,将实施例1中的氧化石墨烯去除,其余制备条件不变。
以下对实施例1-3和对比实施例1的家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂进行物性检测,得到如下数据:
本发明的家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂各项物性均明显高于国家标准的要求,可广泛应用于各类家具生产过程中,且生产的家具具有一定的防蛀效果。

1.一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括以下成分:玉米淀粉、氧化石墨烯、淀粉酶、瓜尔胶、硅藻土、竹原纤维、β-环糊精和水。
2.如权利要求1所述的家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
玉米淀粉 20-30%
氧化石墨烯 0.02-0.05%
淀粉酶 2-5%
瓜尔胶 2-5%
硅藻土 3-8%
竹原纤维 0.5-1%
分散剂 0.1-0.3%
β-环糊精 3-10%
水 余量。
3.如权利要求1所述的家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述的淀粉酶为酸性α-淀粉酶。
4.如权利要求1所述的家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为科宁水性润湿剂Hydropalat 875。
5.如权利要求2所述的家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
玉米淀粉 25%
氧化石墨烯 0.04%
酸性α-淀粉酶 3%
瓜尔胶 4%
硅藻土 6%
竹原纤维 0.7%
科宁 Hydropalat 875 0.2%
β-环糊精 7%
水 余量。
6.一种家具用高强度无甲醛胶黏剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
