本发明涉及一种防火涂料制备的方法。
背景技术
施用于可燃性基材表面,用以改变材料表面燃烧特性,阻滞火灾迅速蔓延;或施用于建筑构件上,用以提高构件的耐火极限的特种涂料,称防火涂料。防火涂料就是通过将涂料刷在那些易燃材料的表面,能提高材料的耐火能力,减缓火焰蔓延传播速度,或在一定时间内能阻止燃烧,这一类涂料称为防火涂料,或叫做阻燃涂料。现有的防火涂料防火性能差,稳定性不好。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有药物治标不治本,停药后易复发,切较重患者很难治愈,而使用的中药配方制备方法复杂,而且都是小分子化合物,渗透力、扩散力和溶解力都比较弱的缺陷,提供一种防火涂料制备的方法,从而解决上述问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种防火涂料制备的方法,按重量是分比用下述原料制成:樟脑15-20份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2-3份、双硬脂酸乙二醇酯5-7份、烷醇酰胺3-5份、水杨酸4-6份、苯甲酸5-7份、松油二环烃0.5-1份、樟脑烯0.2-1份、柠檬烃1.7-3份、丁香油酚1.5-3份、苦参提取液2-3份、红花提取液2-4份、生姜提取液3-4份、麻黄根提取液1-2份、黄芪提取液2-3份、五味子提取液3-4份、硫磺粉2-2.5份、制霉菌素1-3份、高锰酸钾2-4份、食盐2-4份和余量为浓度1%的医用碘伏。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,按重量是分比用下述原料制成:樟脑20份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2.7份、双硬脂酸乙二醇酯5.4份、烷醇酰胺4份、水杨酸4.3份、苯甲酸6.2份、松油二环烃0.8份、樟脑烯0.5份、柠檬烃2.8份、丁香油酚2.4份、苦参提取液2.6份、红花提取液3.4份、生姜提取液3.6份、麻黄根提取液1.6份、黄芪提取液2.2份、五味子提取液3.3份、硫磺粉2.3份、制霉菌素2.3份、高锰酸钾3.5份、食盐2.6份和余量为浓度1%的医用碘伏23.5份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,操作步骤为:首先加热研钵中研杵到60℃,在热研钵中放人适量新鲜的去除外皮的香樟树树皮,用2倍CTAB分离缓冲液研磨,可加些石英砂帮助研磨。把研碎的组织倒入试管管中,再用少量2倍CTAB缓冲液冲洗研钵,将冲洗液加到管中。将试管在60℃下加热一段时间,使之充分混合后进行降温,并通过离心分离,从中提取樟脑、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、双硬脂酸乙二醇酯、烷醇酰胺、苯甲酸、松油二环烃、樟脑烯、柠檬烃和丁香油酚分别放在不同器皿中,根据上述比例提取适量的物质至大试管中,再根据根据上述比例提取苦参、红花、生姜、麻黄根、黄芪和五味子的提取液若干,再添加适量的硫磺粉、水杨酸、制霉菌素、高锰酸钾、食盐和余量为浓度1%的医用碘伏,一起放入大试管,将其混合,再将溶液用柠檬酸调PH至6.0~6.8,将大试管密封放置。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明一种防火涂料制备的方法,厚涂型钢结构防火涂料的基本组成是:胶结料(硅酸盐水泥、氯氧化镁或无机高温黏结剂等)、骨料(膨胀蛭石、膨胀珍珠岩、硅酸铝纤维、矿棉、岩棉等)、化学助剂(改性剂、硬化剂、防水剂等)、水。钢结构防火涂料基料的硅酸盐水泥、氯氧化镁水泥和无机黏结剂,常用的无机黏结剂包括碱金属硅酸盐类以及磷酸盐类物质等。防火性能好,稳定性强。

具体的,本发明中的药物为小分子化合物,包括萜类,醇类,酚类化合物,具极强的抗菌、杀毒等功效。樟树所散发出的松油二环烃、樟脑烯、柠檬烃、丁香油酚等化学物质,耐水湿,具有很好的药用效果,可以减缓脚气的散发;还有净化有毒空气的能力,可以过滤出清新干净的空气,为治疗脚气提供舒适的环境。麻黄根提取液、黄芪提取液和五味子提取液的主要起到抑制人体汗腺的作用。硫磺粉、高锰酸钾、食盐和余量为浓度1%的医用碘伏主要起到杀菌消毒的作用;水杨酸作为浅表真菌感染药物;制霉菌素作为抗深部真菌感染药物;根据使用者的病理,适当添加真菌感染药物;苦参提取液、红花提取液和生姜提取液对人体具有活血的作用,迅速将本发明中的小分子化合物,迅速渗透、扩散和溶解到人体内。
本发明一种防火涂料制备的方法,厚涂型钢结构防火涂料的基本组成是:胶结料(硅酸盐水泥、氯氧化镁或无机高温黏结剂等)、骨料(膨胀蛭石、膨胀珍珠岩、硅酸铝纤维、矿棉、岩棉等)、化学助剂(改性剂、硬化剂、防水剂等)、水。钢结构防火涂料基料的硅酸盐水泥、氯氧化镁水泥和无机黏结剂,常用的无机黏结剂包括碱金属硅酸盐类以及磷酸盐类物质等。防火性能好,稳定性强。
