本发明公开了一种聚氨酯耐磨鞋底材料,其包括:苯乙烯‑丁二烯共聚物SBS 100,聚氨酯30‑60,PS/BR 20‑60份,环烷油软化剂30‑70份,CaSt润滑剂2‑5,防老剂2‑5,碳化钨‑钴硬质合金颗粒2‑5,其中,所述PS:BR的质量比为100:30‑50。本发明的聚氨酯鞋底材料,能够增加耐磨性能的同时,提升轻量化,其邵氏硬度为52A,拉伸强度为7MPa,撕裂强度为31kN/m,其性能出色。

一种聚氨酯耐磨鞋底材料
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋底材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种聚氨酯耐磨鞋底材料。
背景技术
鞋底的构造相当复杂,就广义而言,可包括外底、中底与鞋跟等所有构成底部的材料。依狭义来说,则仅指外底而言,一般鞋底材料共通的特性应具备耐磨、耐水,耐油、耐热、耐压、耐冲击、弹性好、容易适合脚型、定型后不易变型、保温、易吸收湿气等,同时更要配合中底,在走路换脚时有刹车作用不致于滑倒及易于停步等各项条件。鞋底用料的种类很多,可分为天然类底料和合成类底料两种。天然类底料包括天然底革、竹、木材等,合成类底料包括橡胶、塑料、橡塑合用材料、再生革、弹性硬纸板等。
近年来,用硫化橡胶及PVC作为鞋底的倾向已经大为减少,聚氨酯及热塑性弹性体作为原材料大行其道。热塑性聚氨酯之所以能迅速推广应用,主要是因为其节能效果显著,加工工艺简单,其本身密度小,防滑且触感舒服。
SBS是苯乙烯和丁二烯的三嵌段共聚物,在结构上具有橡胶性软段B和塑料性硬段S,其在鞋底中有所应用,但因其耐磨性和耐热性均较差,鞋底对地面的抓着力大,鞋底磨损快,因此其应用推广收到限制。
由于材料的发展,鞋子的使用寿命越来越长,如何保证鞋底耐磨,不变形,是本领域面临的技术难题之一。现有技术一般是在鞋底材料中加入各种金属合金,然后在硫化工艺中掺杂加入耐磨合金颗粒。合金颗粒虽然增加鞋底的耐磨性能,但其重量较大,与鞋子轻量化的目标相违背,因此其应用受到较大的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种聚氨酯耐磨鞋底材料,能够增加耐磨性能的同时,提升轻量化,且材料的密度降低而断裂强度提高。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种聚氨酯耐磨鞋底材料,其包括:
苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物SBS 100
聚氨酯30-60
PS/BR 20-60份
环烷油软化剂30-70份
CaSt润滑剂2-5
防老剂2-5,
碳化钨-钴硬质合金颗粒2-5,其中,
所述PS:BR的质量比为100:30-50。
优选的,本发明所述的聚氨酯鞋底材料中,还含有石墨烯纤维5-15。
在加入石墨烯纤维之后,本发明所述的材料制备得到的鞋底中,其密度降低,而撕裂强度提升30%以上。同时,由于掺杂了石墨烯和碳化钨-钴硬质合金颗粒,因此其耐磨性得到提高,轻量化也得以实现。
本发明的聚氨酯耐磨鞋底材料,其邵氏硬度为52A,拉伸强度为7MPa,撕裂强度为31kN/m,其性能出色。

一种聚氨酯耐磨鞋底材料,其包括:
苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物SBS 100
聚氨酯30
PS/BR 20份
环烷油软化剂30份
CaSt润滑剂2
防老剂2,
碳化钨-钴硬质合金颗粒2,其中,
所述PS:BR的质量比为100:30。

一种聚氨酯耐磨鞋底材料,其包括:
苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物SBS 100
聚氨酯60
PS/BR 60份
环烷油软化剂70份
CaSt润滑剂5

石墨烯纤维10,
碳化钨-钴硬质合金颗粒2,其中,
所述PS:BR的质量比为100:30-50。
实施例1-2的聚氨酯鞋底材料,其邵氏硬度为52A,拉伸强度为7MPa,撕裂强度为31kN/m。
实施例3的聚氨酯鞋底材料,其耐磨性得到提高,轻量化也得以实现,其撕裂强度超过42kN/m。
