技术领域
本发明属于电线电缆的护套技术领域,特指一种风力发电机专用电缆护套。
背景技术
风能作为一种清洁的可再生能源,越来越受到世界各国的重视。其蕴量巨大,全球的风能约为2.74×109MW,其中可利用的风能为2×107MW,比地球上可开发利用的水能总量还要大10倍。中国风能储量很大、分布面广,仅陆地上的风能总储量约32.26亿千瓦,其中可开发利用的风能储量约2.53亿千瓦,而海上的风能储量约7.5亿千瓦,总计约10亿千瓦,约相当于50座三峡电站的装置容量,按照国家规划,未来15年,全国风力发电装机容量将达到2000万至3000万千瓦。从近两年全球的风力发电的增长情况看,在未来几年的风力发电机可能以50%以上的速度增长,这些情况显示,风力发电有一个大力发展和推广的空间,与风电工程配套使用的风力发电机专用电缆存在着巨大的市场需求,特别是沿海岛屿、交通不便的边远山区、地广人稀的草原牧场、沙漠边疆,更是有巨大的发展空间。
风能发电工程在露天环境下进行,风机使用年限又要求很长,且要求电缆在低温环境下随风机频繁旋转,这就要求电缆护套在低温条件下具有稳定性好,抗开裂性能优,安全性能高,使电缆使用寿命周期长,护套所用的材料要求柔软性能好,耐高温、低温效果好等优点,普通的丁腈PVC护套材料所含的无机材料较多,而橡胶含量较少,造成断裂伸长率变小,容流指数低,从而使普通的丁腈PVC护套材料抗开裂性能较差,一般在-25℃的条件下就有开裂现象,稳定性不好,安全性能低,使电缆的使用寿命周期短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种稳定性好,抗开裂性能优,安全性能高,使电缆使用寿命周期长的风力发电机专用护套。

上述的稳定剂是由氰脲酸铅,上述的润滑剂是硬脂酸钡,上述的增塑剂是癸二酸二辛酯(DOS),上述的填充剂是高岭土,上述的促进剂是硬脂酸铅。
本发明相比现有技术突出的优点是:本发明由聚氯乙烯树脂和丁腈橡胶作为主要成分,改善了拉伸强度,定伸应力,抗撕裂性,耐热性和耐燃性,提高了耐油,耐燃油和耐化学药品性能,改善了压延加工性能,还提高了储存稳定性,使得本发明具有耐臭氧和耐天候老化性能,断裂伸长率变大,容流指数高,稳定性好,抗开裂性能优,一般在-50℃的条件下不会出现开裂现象,安全性能高,电缆的使用寿命周期长。

丁腈橡胶 10-18份;
增塑剂 52-62份;
活性碳酸钙 23-40份;
稳定剂 6-8份;
润滑剂 0.3-0.7份;
填充剂 1.0-3.0份;
促进剂 0.3-0.7份;
所述的稳定剂是由氰脲酸铅,所述的润滑剂是硬脂酸钡,所述的增塑剂是癸二酸二辛酯,所述的填充剂是高岭土,所述的促进剂是硬脂酸铅。
