本发明公开了一种淀粉乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯复合发泡剂耐磨鞋底材料,按重量份计包括:乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯100,淀粉30‑50,聚酰亚胺树脂10‑30,乙烯‑丙烯酸共聚物10‑30,石墨烯纤维5‑10,无机填料0‑30,甘油增塑剂4‑12,碳化钨‑钴硬质合金颗粒2‑5。本发明所述的鞋底材料,在制备成鞋底之后,其密度最小为0.099‑0.114g/cm3,拉伸强度达到24kg/cm2,回弹性超过54%,撕裂强度超过27kg/cm,能够增加耐磨性能的同时,提升轻量化。

技术领域
本发明涉及鞋底材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种淀粉乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯复合发泡剂耐磨鞋底材料。
背景技术
鞋底的构造相当复杂,就广义而言,可包括外底、中底与鞋跟等所有构成底部的材料。依狭义来说,则仅指外底而言,一般鞋底材料共通的特性应具备耐磨、耐水,耐油、耐热、耐压、耐冲击、弹性好、容易适合脚型、定型后不易变型、保温、易吸收湿气等,同时更要配合中底,在走路换脚时有刹车作用不致于滑倒及易于停步等各项条件。鞋底用料的种类很多,可分为天然类底料和合成类底料两种。天然类底料包括天然底革、竹、木材等,合成类底料包括橡胶、塑料、橡塑合用材料、再生革、弹性硬纸板等。
由于材料的发展,鞋子的使用寿命越来越长,如何保证鞋底耐磨,不变形,是本领域面临的技术难题之一。现有技术一般是在鞋底材料中加入各种金属合金,然后在硫化工艺中掺杂加入耐磨合金颗粒。合金颗粒虽然增加鞋底的耐磨性能,但其重量较大,与鞋子轻量化的目标相违背,因此其应用受到较大的限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种淀粉乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯复合发泡剂耐磨鞋底材料,能够提高材料的性能,能够增加耐磨性能的同时,提升轻量化。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种淀粉乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯复合发泡剂耐磨鞋底材料,按重量份计包括
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯 100
淀粉 30-50
聚酰亚胺树脂 10-30
乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物 10-30
石墨烯纤维 5-10
无机填料 0-30
甘油增塑剂 4-12
碳化钨-钴硬质合金颗粒 2-5。
本发明采用部分淀粉部分替换掉原先的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯,增加了其生物降解能力,利于保护环境,同时又减少了成本。
但由于淀粉的物理性质会导致鞋底材料的性能下降,因此本发明必须将石墨烯纤维加入,与淀粉协同使用,来增加其拉伸强度和撕裂强度。同时,由于掺杂了石墨烯和碳化钨-钴硬质合金颗粒,因此其耐磨性得到提高,轻量化也得以实现。
本发明所述的鞋底材料,在制备成鞋底之后,其密度最小为0.099-0.114g/cm3,拉伸强度达到24kg/cm2,回弹性超过54%,撕裂强度超过27kg/cm。
