本发明提供一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具及其制备方法,涉及陶瓷制备领域,由重量份数计,主要包括以下原料:氧化锆60‑75份、氧化钪4‑8份、二硼化铬1‑5份、硅藻土3‑7份、氧化镁1‑7份、硼砂2‑4份、二硅化钽0.5‑3份、氧化钛0.12‑0.5份、硝酸镧0.02‑0.10份、氯化铈0.01‑0.5份、分散剂2‑5份、粘结剂0.2‑5份、氢氧化四甲胺0.2‑0.5份、二乙醇胺13‑17份和氨水23‑28份,所述原料还包括2‑6份氧化钇和3‑6份氧化铝。本发明提供的复合陶瓷刀具不仅具有硬度高、耐腐蚀性强、化学稳定性好、高耐磨性等特点,还克服了现有复合陶瓷刀具韧性及抗断裂性能差的问题。

Description

一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷刀具制备领域,具体地说是涉及一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具及其制备方法。
背景技术
陶瓷刀使用精密陶瓷高压研制而成,故称陶瓷刀。
随着新技术革命的发展,要求不断提高切削加工生产率和降低生产成本,特别是数控机床的发展,要求开发比硬质合金刀具切速更高、更耐磨的新型刀具。日前各种高强度、高硬度、耐腐蚀、耐磨和耐高温的难以切削的新材料日益增多。硬质合金刀具对其中不少新材料的加工难以胜任。另一方面,矿产资源正日益减少,价格上涨,导致硬质合金刀具生产成本增加。
复合陶瓷刀具有硬度高、耐腐蚀性强、化学稳定性好、高耐磨性等特点,外型美观、精致,刃口锋利无比,能切割钢铁等物质,能削出如纸一样薄的肉片;其耐磨性是金属刀的60倍。在现代工业和日用厨具中被广泛使用。
但现有复合陶瓷刀具的主要缺点就是抗弯强度及断裂性能差。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具及其制备方法。以解决现有复合陶瓷刀具韧性及抗断裂性能差的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具,由重量份数计,主要包括以下原料:氧化锆60-75份、氧化钪4-8份、二硼化铬1-5份、硅藻土3-7份、氧化镁1-7份、硼砂2-4份、二硅化钽0.5-3份、氧化钛0.12-0.5份、硝酸镧0.02-0.10份、氯化铈0.01-0.5份、分散剂2-5份、粘结剂0.2-5份、氢氧化四甲胺0.2-0.5份、二乙醇胺13-17份和氨水23-28份。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述原料还包括2-6份氧化钇和3-6份氧化铝;由四方氧化锆作基体,加入氧化钇作稳定剂,氧化铝的加入也有利于防止及减少氧化锆相转变时发生的体积收缩,能对氧化钇稳定氧化锆的四方晶相起协同效应,提高其稳定效果,同时也能提高陶瓷刀具的烧结的致密度,提高其抗弯折性能。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述分散剂为柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸钠、羟甲基纤维素或聚乙烯醇中的任意一种;分散剂能有效地防止了粒子的团聚,原料各组分可均匀分散于介质中,对提高陶瓷制品的抗断裂性能起着至关重要的作用。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施例中,所述粘结剂由硫酸镁、磷酸、硼酸组成,所述硫酸镁、磷酸、硼酸的重量比为7-9:3-1:1-10。
本发明提供了一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述氧化锆、所述氧化钇、所述氧化铝和所述分散剂加入所述二乙醇胺中,在45-50℃搅拌15-20min,得到凝胶;
(2)将所述凝胶置于所述氨水中浸泡后,在90-100℃烘干1-2h,再在920-950℃下煅烧处理5-9h,得到稳定的氧化锆粉体;
(3)按重量比称取所述氧化钪、所述二硼化铬、所述硅藻土、所述氧化镁、所述硼砂、所述二硅化钽、所述氧化钛、所述硝酸镧和所述氯化铈,将各组分加入足量去离子水中,搅拌混合;
(4)继续加入所述氢氧化四甲胺、所述稳定的氧化锆粉体和所述粘结剂,于25-35r/min球磨混合12-18h,获得混合料;
(5)将所述混合料在1150-1320℃煅烧5.5-8.5h;
(6)将煅烧后的物料研磨成粉末,并过300-500目筛,并预压制成型,得到生坯;
(7)进行等静压处理后,将所述生坯送入高温炉中进行烧结,烧结温度为1800-2000℃,烧结时间为12-15h,得到毛坯,将所述毛坯进行打磨、抛光、开刃,即得到高强度复合陶瓷刀具。
优选地,在本发明的较佳实施中,所述等静压处理压力为130-180MPa;经过等静压处理工艺,制得的陶瓷刀具强度很高,能提高陶瓷刀具的耐磨性。
本发明的有益效果:本发明采用所提供的高强度复合陶瓷刀具硅陶瓷不仅具有硬度高、耐腐蚀性强、化学稳定性好、高耐磨性等特点,还克服了现有复合陶瓷刀具韧性及抗断裂性能差的问题。本发明的制备方法中,由四方氧化锆作基体,以氧化钪、二硼化铬、二硅化钽等作辅料,通过加入氧化钇作稳定剂,氧化铝的加入也有利于防止及减少氧化锆相转变时发生的体积收缩,能对氧化钇稳定氧化锆的四方晶相起协同效应,提高其稳定效果,同时使制得的陶瓷刀具内部结构稳定,致密性高,抗弯强度高;加入分散剂能有效地防止粒子团聚,原料各组分可均匀分散于介质中,对提高陶瓷制品的抗断裂性能起着至关重要的作用;经过等静压处理工艺,制得的陶瓷刀具强度很高,其耐磨性是金属刀的60倍。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明所述技术方案作进一步的说明。
实施例1:
一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具,由重量份数计,主要包括以下原料:氧化锆60份、氧化钪4份、二硼化铬1份、硅藻土3份、氧化镁1份、硼砂2份、二硅化钽0.5份、氧化钛0.12份、硝酸镧0.02份、氯化铈0.01份、分散剂2份、粘结剂0.2份、氢氧化四甲胺0.2份、二乙醇胺13份和氨水23份。
原料还包括2份氧化钇和3份氧化铝;
分散剂为乙二胺四乙酸钠。
粘结剂由硫酸镁、磷酸、硼酸以7:3:1的重量比组成。
本发明提供了一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氧化锆、氧化钇、氧化铝和乙二胺四乙酸钠加入二乙醇胺中,在45℃搅拌15min,得到凝胶;
(2)将凝胶置于氨水中浸泡后,在90℃烘干1h,再在920℃下煅烧处理5h,得到稳定的氧化锆粉体;
(3)按重量比称取氧化钪、二硼化铬、硅藻土、氧化镁、硼砂、二硅化钽、氧化钛、硝酸镧和氯化铈,将各组分加入足量去离子水中,搅拌混合;
(4)继续加入氢氧化四甲胺、稳定的氧化锆粉体和由硫酸镁、磷酸、硼酸制备的粘结剂,于25r/min球磨混合12h,获得混合料;
(5)将所述混合料在1150℃煅烧8.5h;
(6)将煅烧后的物料研磨成粉末,并过300目筛,并预压制成型,得到生坯;
(7)进行等静压处理,压力为130MPa,将生坯送入高温炉中进行烧结,烧结温度为1800℃,烧结时间为15h,得到毛坯,将毛坯进行打磨、抛光、开刃,即得到高强度复合陶瓷刀具。
实施例2:
一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具,由重量份数计,主要包括以下原料:氧化锆75份、氧化钪8份、二硼化铬5份、硅藻土7份、氧化镁1-7份、硼砂4份、二硅化钽3份、氧化钛0.5份、硝酸镧0.10份、氯化铈0.5份、分散剂5份、粘结剂5份、氢氧化四甲胺0.5份、二乙醇胺17份和氨水28份。
原料还包括6份氧化钇和6份氧化铝;
分散剂为羟甲基纤维素。
粘结剂由硫酸镁、磷酸、硼酸以9:1:10的重量比组成。
本发明提供了一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氧化锆、氧化钇、氧化铝和羟甲基纤维素加入二乙醇胺中,在50℃搅拌20min,得到凝胶;
(2)将凝胶置于氨水中浸泡后,在100℃烘干2h,再在950℃下煅烧处理9h,得到稳定的氧化锆粉体;
(3)按重量比称取氧化钪、二硼化铬、硅藻土、氧化镁、硼砂、二硅化钽、氧化钛、硝酸镧和氯化铈,将各组分加入足量去离子水中,搅拌混合;
(4)继续加入氢氧化四甲胺、稳定的氧化锆粉体和由硫酸镁、磷酸、硼酸制备的粘结剂,于35r/min球磨混合18h,获得混合料;
(5)将所述混合料在1320℃煅烧5.5h;
(6)将煅烧后的物料研磨成粉末,并过500目筛,并预压制成型,得到生坯;
(7)进行等静压处理,压力为180MPa,将生坯送入高温炉中进行烧结,烧结温度为2000℃,烧结时间为12h,得到毛坯,将毛坯进行打磨、抛光、开刃,即得到高强度复合陶瓷刀具。
实施例3:
一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具,由重量份数计,主要包括以下原料:氧化锆67份、氧化钪6份、二硼化铬3份、硅藻土5份、氧化镁4份、硼砂3份、二硅化钽1.7份、氧化钛0.31份、硝酸镧0.06份、氯化铈0.25份、分散剂3.5份、粘结剂2.6份、氢氧化四甲胺0.35份、二乙醇胺15份和氨水25份。
原料还包括4份氧化钇和4.5份氧化铝;
分散剂为聚乙烯醇中。
粘结剂由硫酸镁、磷酸、硼酸以8:2:5的重量比组成。
本发明提供了一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将氧化锆、氧化钇、氧化铝和聚乙烯醇加入二乙醇胺中,在47℃搅拌17min,得到凝胶;
(2)将凝胶置于氨水中浸泡后,在95℃烘干1.5h,再在930℃下煅烧处理7h,得到稳定的氧化锆粉体;
(3)按重量比称取氧化钪、二硼化铬、硅藻土、氧化镁、硼砂、二硅化钽、氧化钛、硝酸镧和氯化铈,将各组分加入足量去离子水中,搅拌混合;
(4)继续加入氢氧化四甲胺、稳定的氧化锆粉体和由硫酸镁、磷酸、硼酸制备的粘结剂,于30r/min球磨混合16h,获得混合料;
(5)将所述混合料在1240℃煅烧7h;
(6)将煅烧后的物料研磨成粉末,并过400目筛,并预压制成型,得到生坯;
(7)进行等静压处理,压力为155MPa,将生坯送入高温炉中进行烧结,烧结温度为1900℃,烧结时间为14h,得到毛坯,将毛坯进行打磨、抛光、开刃,即得到高强度复合陶瓷刀具。

从表1可看出,本发明制备的高强度复合陶瓷刀具均具有较好的抗弯强度和较高的断裂韧性。

Claims (6)

1.一种高强度复合陶瓷刀具,其特征在于,由重量份数计,主要包括以下原料:氧化锆60-75份、氧化钪4-8份、二硼化铬1-5份、硅藻土3-7份、氧化镁1-7份、硼砂2-4份、二硅化钽0.5-3份、氧化钛0.12-0.5份、硝酸镧0.02-0.10份、氯化铈0.01-0.5份、分散剂2-5份、粘结剂0.2-5份、氢氧化四甲胺0.2-0.5份、二乙醇胺13-17份和氨水23-28份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高强度复合陶瓷刀具,其特征在于:所述原料还包括2-6份氧化钇和3-6份氧化铝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度复合陶瓷刀具,其特征在于:所述分散剂为柠檬酸钠、乙二胺四乙酸钠、羟甲基纤维素或聚乙烯醇中的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度复合陶瓷刀具,其特征在于:所述粘结剂由硫酸镁、磷酸、硼酸组成,所述硫酸镁、磷酸、硼酸的重量比为7-9:3-1:1-10。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一项所述的高强度复合陶瓷刀具的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述氧化锆、所述氧化钇、所述氧化铝和所述分散剂加入所述二乙醇胺中,在45-50℃搅拌15-20min,得到凝胶;
(2)将所述凝胶置于所述氨水中浸泡后,在90-100℃烘干1-2h,再在920-950℃下煅烧处理5-9h,得到稳定的氧化锆粉体;
(3)按重量比称取所述氧化钪、所述二硼化铬、所述硅藻土、所述氧化镁、所述硼砂、所述二硅化钽、所述氧化钛、所述硝酸镧和所述氯化铈,将各组分加入足量去离子水中,搅拌混合;
(4)继续加入所述氢氧化四甲胺、所述稳定的氧化锆粉体和所述粘结剂,于25-35r/min球磨混合12-18h,获得混合料;
(5)将所述混合料在1150-1320℃煅烧5.5-8.5h;
(6)将煅烧后的物料研磨成粉末,并过300-500目筛,并预压制成型,得到生坯;
(7)进行等静压处理后,将所述生坯送入高温炉中进行烧结,烧结温度为1800-2000℃,烧结时间为12-15h,得到毛坯,将所述毛坯进行打磨、抛光、开刃,即得到高强度复合陶瓷刀具。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高强度复合陶瓷刀具制备方法,其特征在于:所述等静压处理压力为130-180MPa。
