一种混凝土用混合砂拌合料,所述拌合料由以下重量份数的原材料组成:过100~120目筛细砂100~120份;过60~80目筛中粗砂80~100份;过10~20目粗砂30~50份;氧化硅颗粒10~20份。本发明制备得到的混凝土拌合料吸水少,易搅拌混合,与混凝土的其他原料搭配简单,得到的混凝土性能优良。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其是涉及一种混凝土用混合砂拌合料。
背景技术
我国细砂资源丰富,长江流域、嘉陵江水系、黄河中下游、珠江流域及西北地区均存在着大量的特细砂资源。细砂配制的混凝土的强度等级较高,但由于细砂具有含泥量高、比表面积大、颗粒级配差等特性,致使拌合的混凝土与中砂拌合的混凝土相比有用水量大、流动性差、浇筑的结构易出现裂缝等特征。这些缺点使特细砂只能限制在干硬性混凝土工程结构上。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请人提供了一种混凝土用混合砂拌合料。本发明制备得到的混凝土拌合料具有流动性好、和易性好、结构裂缝少、可泵性强等优点。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种混凝土用混合砂拌合料,所述拌合料由以下重量份数的原材料组成:
过100~120目筛细砂100~120份;
过60~80目筛中粗砂80~100份;
过10~20目筛粗砂30~50份;
氧化硅颗粒10~20份。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明通过对不同颗粒度大小的砂子进行配比,克服了特细砂流动性差的缺点,得到的拌合料吸水少,易搅拌混合,与混凝土的其他原料搭配简单,得到的混凝土性能优良。

过120目筛细砂100份;
过80目筛中粗砂80份;
过20目筛粗砂30份;

过100目筛细砂120份;
过60目筛中粗砂100份;
过10目筛粗砂50份;
