本发明涉及一种桥梁高性能清水混凝土,它主要由水泥、粉煤灰、粗集料、细集料、纳米二氧化硅、苯丙乳液、减水剂和水组成,各组分掺量为:水泥300~450kg/m3;粉煤灰50~100kg/m3;粗集料1038~1004kg/m3;细集料692~726kg/m3;纳米二氧化硅5~10g/m3;减水剂3.5~4.5kg/m3;水130~150kg/m3;所述苯丙乳液的质量为水泥和粉煤灰总质量的6%-12%。本发明所述的桥梁高性能清水混凝土能有效的解决因粉煤灰在桥梁清水混凝土中分布不均匀而引起色差问题,制备得到的桥梁清水混凝土色泽均一、工作性能优良,而且还具有良好的镜面效果。

[0002] 清水混凝土作为绿色混凝土,因兼具自然和谐的质感和良好的社会与经济价值, 越来越被建筑行业所重视,近年来被广泛的运用于机场、码头等大型建筑上。随着我国国民 经济实力的增强,桥梁建设不仅满足通行功能的需要,同时满足观赏和环境协调的需要,使 用高性能清水混凝土是现代建筑发展的必然趋势。粉煤灰是桥梁高性能清水混凝土的重要 组成部分,能够改善桥梁清水混凝土的工作性能、体积稳定性、耐久性和经济性,使混凝土 具有易浇筑、振捣时不离析、结构密实、水化热低、抗裂性好等特点,但是由于其密度与水泥 浆体存在差异,容易在振捣过程中上浮,导致在桥梁清水混凝土中分布不均匀而引起色差。

[0014] (1)按上述配比,称取各原料组分水泥、粉煤灰、粗集料、细集料、纳米二氧化硅、苯 丙乳液、减水剂和水备用;
[0015] (2)减水剂、纳米二氧化硅和苯丙乳液混合均匀后得到外加剂;
[0016] (3)将水泥、粉煤灰、粗集料和细集料混合后干拌均匀,干拌均匀后加水拌合,搅拌 30-50秒后,得到拌合物1 ;
[0017] (4)将步骤(2)得到的外加剂用少量水(步骤(3)和(4)中两次加水的总和为步骤 (1)水的量)稀释混匀后,加入到步骤(3)得到的拌合物1中继续搅拌1~2min,得到拌合 好的混凝土;
[0018] (5)将拌合好的混凝土浇筑入模后用振动棒振捣至浮浆,至并无明显气泡冒出为 止,得到桥梁高性能清水混凝土 (成品)。
[0019] 本发明所述减水剂为具有高减水率(减水率大于20%)、低含气量(2. 0%以下)和高 保塑性(初始坍落度200mm时,Ih坍落度损失低于20mm)的聚羧酸减水剂。
[0020] 优选地,本发明选用中国专利《一种制备清水混凝土的聚羧酸减水剂》、专利公开 号为:103359972A中所记载的聚羧酸减水剂。该聚羧酸减水剂为丙烯酸/甲基烯丙基聚 乙二醇醚共聚物,主链含有羧酸基和甲基,侧链为环氧乙烷(EO)与环氧丙烷(PO)无规共聚 物,侧链链长控制为90个环氧聚合度,并控制侧链接枝密度为9. 90%,聚羧酸减水剂分子量 在30000-50000之间,将低引气型聚羧酸减水剂复配缓凝保塑、气泡调节等功能组分,制备 出清水混凝土专用的聚羧酸减水剂,该聚羧酸减水剂与水泥具有良好的适应性,同时具备 高减水率、高保塑、低含气量等特点。
[0021] 本发明所述纳米二氧化硅可类似于矿物掺合料发挥填充作用,当掺量较大时,由 于内表面积增大,水泥浆体粘度逐渐增大。研究表明,当纳米粉体的掺量较大时,纳米二氧 化硅的掺量和团聚情况对水泥浆体的流变性能有明显影响,掺入纳米二氧化硅粒子将导致 水泥需水量急剧增大,并能促进水泥浆体的凝结,这是由于纳米二氧化硅内表面积随掺量 进一步增大吸附自由水的能力急剧增大所致。此外,纳米二氧化硅分子可形成絮凝体,当二 氧化硅的絮凝体胶凝胶化时,可导致水泥颗粒团聚在一起,团聚颗粒粒径明显小于水泥颗 粒,其对水泥颗粒具有较好的微集料效应,由于纳米二氧化硅团聚颗粒的填充作用,从而导 致水泥浆稠度急剧增大。纳米二氧化硅的增稠效果可以增加新拌材料的抗分散能力和匀质 性,防止材料分层、离析和泌水,当新拌混凝土的砂衆的旋转粘度值在1900~2100mpa. s时 可以有效的抑制粉煤灰的上浮,从而制备出色泽均匀的高性能桥梁清水混凝土。
[0022] 本发明所述苯丙乳液与胶凝材料之间可以形成离子键形式的化学作用,尤其在苯 丙乳液中有聚电解质的情况下可通过离子键形成化学相互作用,当苯丙乳液及硅酸盐水泥 与水在一起搅拌时,它们之间会发生相互作用,在苯丙乳液颗粒与水泥水化产物之间产生 离子键型的化学结合,这种化学结合形成了联结强度。这种化学结合即为苯丙乳液成膜过 程,实际上也是苯丙乳液颗粒在水泥水化产物颗粒表面形成化合物的过程。即当苯丙乳液 掺入混凝土后,在水泥混凝土搅拌过程中其颗粒失水开始堆积,逐渐硬化,聚在一起形成苯 丙乳液膜,该苯丙乳液膜可以使清水混凝土具有良好的镜面效果。
[0023] 粉煤灰作为桥梁高性能清水混凝土不可缺少的组成,但是粉煤灰的活性终归要低 于水泥,在普通混凝土中掺入大量的粉煤灰,混凝土早期水化速度减慢,早期强度明显降 低。本发明首次使用混凝土表面的3d上下表面浆体显微硬度差平均值来表征粉煤灰在清 水混凝土中分布的均匀性,当3d上下表面显微硬度差的平均值小于20HV时,表明粉煤灰在 混凝土中分布较均匀。

[0025] 本发明通过使用高减水率、低含气量、高保塑型的减水剂及掺加纳米二氧化硅控 制新拌混凝土的粘度来改善混凝土的工作性能和粉煤灰分布的匀质性,能有效的解决因粉 煤灰在桥梁清水混凝土中分布不均匀而引起色差问题,制备得到的桥梁清水混凝土色泽均 一;同时使用苯丙乳液,使之在水泥水化物表面固化形成苯丙乳液膜,该苯丙乳液膜可以为 桥梁清水混凝土带来良好的镜面效果。

[0033] 上述桥梁高性能清水混凝土的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:首先NC-I型纳米二 氧化硅、聚羧酸减水剂和苯丙乳液拌合得到外加剂,然后将粗集料、细集料、水泥和粉煤灰 干拌均匀后,取一半量的水加入后拌合30s,得到拌合物1 ;将拌合得到的外加剂和另一半 量的水混合均勾,加入到拌合物1中,继续搅拌Imin后饶筑入模,用振捣棒振捣,振捣至浮 浆且无明显气泡后即可(约30s),得到桥梁高性能清水混凝土(成品)。
[0034] 依据GB10247-1988《粘度测试方法》,测试新拌混凝土的粘度,根据GB/ T50080-2002《普通混凝土拌合物性能试验方法标准》,测试新拌混凝土的含气量、扩展度和 坍落度。进行坍落度试验同时,应观察混凝土拌合物的粘聚性、保水性和含砂情况等,以便 全面地评价混凝土拌合物的工作性。根据GB/T4340. 1-1999《金属维势硬度试验方法》测 定混凝土三天显微硬度值。

8. 权利要求1-7中所述的任意一种桥梁高性能清水混凝土的制备方法,其特征在于包 括如下步骤: (1) 按各组分掺量为:水泥300~450kg/m3,粉煤灰50~100kg/m3,粗集料1038~ 1004kg/m3,细集料692~726kg/m3,纳米二氧化娃5~10g/m3,减水剂3. 5~4. 5kg/m3,水 130~150kg/m3,所述苯丙乳液的质量为水泥和粉煤灰总质量的6%-12%,称取各原料组分水 泥、粉煤灰、粗集料、细集料、纳米二氧化硅、苯丙乳液、减水剂和水备用; (2) 将减水剂、纳米二氧化硅和苯丙乳液混合均匀后得到外加剂; (3) 将水泥、粉煤灰、粗集料和细集料混合后干拌均匀,干拌均匀后加水拌合,搅拌 30~50秒后,得到拌合物1 ; (4) 将步骤(2)得到的外加剂加水稀释混合均匀后,加入到步骤(3)得到的拌合物1中 继续搅拌1~2min,得到拌合好的混凝土; (5) 将拌合好的混凝土浇筑入模后用振动棒振捣至浮浆,至并无明显气泡冒出为止,得 到桥梁高性能清水混凝土。
