Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automatic control, in particular to a stroke protection system of industrial travelling equipment.
Background
In an industrial plant, there are usually many traveling devices running on rails, such as large traveling cranes, moving large cars, coal piling cars, rotatable belt conveyors, etc., which are indispensable for production. Due to production requirements, people sometimes walk on the tracks of the traveling equipment, including maintainers, operators and the like, so that personnel injury accidents often occur. Although some factories make a lot of management regulations to avoid personnel injury accidents, personnel still walk without complying with the regulations due to various reasons, the injury accidents happen frequently, and no device capable of protecting the safety of the personnel is provided to avoid the accidents. Meanwhile, sometimes the traveling apparatus must be stopped when traveling to a certain position, otherwise the apparatus may be damaged. Therefore, in order to protect the running equipment and the personnel on the track, an intelligent protection system is needed to avoid various accidents.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a stroke protection system of industrial travelling equipment, which can automatically detect personnel or objects on a travelling track and timely control the travelling equipment to stop so as to avoid accidents.
The invention relates to a stroke protection system of industrial advancing equipment, wherein a wireless detection device is arranged in a range where at least one side of an advancing track of the advancing equipment is matched with the advancing equipment, and the wireless detection device is connected with a contactor for controlling the advancing equipment to advance through a wireless receiving device. The wireless detection device can adopt various existing detection equipment, when the wireless detection device detects that the obstacle such as a person or an object exists on the travelling track, the wireless detection device disconnects the contactor for controlling the travelling equipment to travel through the signal through the wireless receiving device, so that the travelling equipment stops running until the obstacle is removed and then runs.
Furthermore, the number of the wireless detection devices is 2 on the same side of the traveling track at intervals, for example, the wireless detection devices can be respectively arranged at 0.5 meter and 1 meter in the vertical direction of the traveling track. The 2 wireless detection devices can take different measures according to different positions of the traveling device, for example, after the wireless detection device detects that a person or an object and other obstacles exist on the traveling track, when the traveling device travels to the detection range of the first wireless detection device at the position of 1 meter, the first wireless detection device can give a prompt, and when the traveling device travels to the detection range of the second wireless detection device at the position of 0.5 meter, the second wireless detection device switches off a contactor for controlling the traveling device to travel, so that the traveling device stops running, and the danger is avoided.
Further, the wireless detection device is connected with an alarm device, and the alarm device can comprise an acoustic alarm or an acousto-optic alarm. The barrier on the travelling track can be timely removed by reminding related personnel through the alarm device.
In an alternative mode, the wireless detection device is a photoelectric detector. The photoelectric detector is a common wireless detection device at present, and has the advantages of high sensitivity, mature technology, low cost and the like.
Preferably, the two sides of the advancing track are respectively provided with the wireless detection devices, so that the obstacles on the two sides of the advancing track can be detected, and the outgoing line detection blind area is avoided.
Optionally, the wireless detection device is arranged on the anti-collision columns on two sides of the travelling track, and a support and other devices are not required to be arranged independently.
Further, a control loop of the traveling device is connected with the control switch through an auxiliary point of the intermediate relay. The control switch is usually arranged in a control cabinet of the operation room, and when the barrier on the travelling track is removed, the travelling equipment can be restarted directly through the control switch in the operation room, so that the operation room is convenient and fast.
The stroke protection system of the industrial travelling equipment can automatically detect the personnel or objects on the travelling track and timely control the travelling equipment to stop, thereby effectively avoiding accidents and protecting the safety of the personnel.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples. This should not be understood as limiting the scope of the above-described subject matter of the present invention to the following examples. Various substitutions and alterations according to the general knowledge and conventional practice in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the present invention without departing from the technical spirit of the present invention as described above.
Drawings
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a stroke protection system of an industrial traveling apparatus according to the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of the control circuit of fig. 1.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, in the travel protection system for industrial travel equipment according to the present invention, 2 photoelectric detector type wireless detection devices are provided in the range of the impact pillars 2 on both sides of the travel track 1 of the travel equipment 4 corresponding to the travel equipment 4, the wireless detection devices are provided in parallel at intervals in the direction perpendicular to the impact pillars 2 and the travel track 1, and are provided at a distance of 0.5 meter from the travel track 1 and at a distance of 1 meter from the travel track 1, respectively, wherein a second position switch SQ2 is provided in a second wireless detection device 32 provided at a distance of 0.5 meter, and a first position switch SQ1 is provided in a first wireless detection device 31 provided at a distance of 1 meter. The wireless detection device is connected with a contactor for controlling the traveling equipment 4 to travel through a wireless receiving device. Meanwhile, the wireless detection device is also connected with the sound and light alarm equipment, and related personnel can be timely prompted to remove the obstacles on the advancing track 1 through the sound and light alarm equipment.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the control circuit of the traveling apparatus 4 is also connected to the control switch through the auxiliary point of the intermediate relay. When the wireless detection device of the photoelectric detector type detects that the obstacle such as a person or an object exists on the traveling track 1, and the traveling equipment 4 travels to the detection range of the first wireless detection device 31 which is 1 m away from the traveling track 1, the first position switch SQ1 of the first wireless detection device 31 controls the first relay KM1 to suck, and then an alarm is sent by the audible and visual alarm device to prompt the relevant person to remove the obstacle. When the traveling apparatus 4 travels to the detection range of the second wireless detection device 32 which is 0.5 m from the traveling rail 1, the second position switch SQ2 of the second wireless detection device 32 opens the contactor for controlling the traveling apparatus 4 to travel through the second relay KM2, so that the traveling apparatus 4 stops operating, thereby avoiding danger. After the barrier is removed, the traveling equipment 4 is restarted to resume running through the control switch arranged in the control cabinet of the operation room.
