技术领域
本发明属于工程保温隔热领域,尤其涉及一种铝箔玻纤布及其制备方法。
背景技术
在国家“节能减排”国策推动下,各个领域对保温隔热、节能的要求越来越高。铝箔玻纤布拥有很好的反射性能,可以有效的解决热量传递过程中占主导的热辐射损失,节能效果显著。
目前一些常规的同类产品耐温性较低,一般是用聚乙烯热压复合,然后用作保温材料的贴面。在一些高温场合,例如高温蒸汽管道,对铝箔玻纤布的耐温性有很高的要求,常规的产品无法实现,同时常规产品的结构单一,成卷包装,不便于现场施工,尤其是保温管道的施工,现场保温工作量大,材料浪费多,包裹形式复杂而不牢固、在现场受潮易腐蚀、不透气导致保温材料中的湿气无法散出,保温质量得不到保证。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种铝箔玻纤布及其制备方法,旨在解决现有铝箔玻纤布耐温性差、防腐蚀性差、透气性差、不便于现场施工的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种铝箔玻纤布包括铝箔和玻纤布,该铝箔和玻纤布通过阻燃胶黏剂复合而成,铝箔表面镀有SiO2涂层,铝箔玻纤布中设有贯通铝箔、玻纤布、SiO2涂层的透气孔,铝箔玻纤布两端用玻璃纤维线缝制卡扣。
进一步,铝箔为压延单面光铝箔,该压延单面光铝箔的厚度为6.5~20um,玻纤布采用中碱玻纤布。
进一步,阻燃胶黏剂为水溶性胶,其质量组分为:苯乙烯10%~30%、交联剂0.3%~0.6%、丙烯酸酯35%~50%、乳化剂0.1%~1.5%、乙酸乙烯酯12%~20%、蒸馏水2%~5%,阻燃胶黏剂的用量为8 g/m2~30g/m2。
进一步,SiO2涂层的厚度为0.05 um~0.08um。
进一步,透气孔为方形阵列布置,孔径6mm,相邻透气孔的中心距为100mm。
进一步,两端设有两对卡扣,用玻璃纤维线缝制在铝箔玻纤布上,卡扣宽度为50mm。
进一步,铝箔玻纤布成品的宽度为0.5m,长度为管道保温外表面圆周长C的0.95倍再加50mm后取整。
进一步,根据原料配比的不同,铝箔玻纤布可分为普通型、耐中温型、耐高温型和耐超高温型。
普通型:铝箔8%~10%、玻纤布82%~86%、阻燃胶黏剂6%~8%、SiO2涂层0.3%~0.5%。
耐中温型:铝箔12%~15%、玻纤布78%~83%、阻燃胶黏剂8%~10%、SiO2涂层0.4%~0.6%。
耐高温型:铝箔13%~16%、玻纤布76%~80%、阻燃胶黏剂9%~11%、SiO2涂层0.5%~0.7%。
耐超高温型:铝箔15%~18%、玻纤布74%~78%、阻燃胶黏剂10%~12%、SiO2涂层0.6%~0.8%。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种铝箔玻纤布的制备方法,具体包括:
步骤一、采用洗涤法将玻纤布表面的残留物去除;
步骤二、采用热复合机将铝箔与玻纤布通过阻燃胶黏剂进行热复合,复合温度为180℃,复合速度控制在5~30m/min;
步骤三、在铝箔反射面高压电镀一层SiO2涂层;
步骤四、在铝箔玻纤布上进行打孔;
步骤五、按要求将铝箔玻纤布分切成指定的规格,用缝纫机将分切后的铝箔玻纤布两端通过玻璃纤维线缝制卡扣。
本发明的铝箔玻纤布,在提升了其本身特性的同时,将其定位成一种定制产品,长度、宽度根据不同项目的实际情况而定,独特的结构形式使得现场保温施工极其方便,节省了材料的使用量,也使得保温表面平整均匀,保温质量得到了保证,也提高了整体节能效果,社会经济效益显著。

下面结合附图对本发明的结构作详细的描述。

如图1所示:铝箔1的非光面与玻纤布2通过阻燃胶黏剂3复合,铝箔1光面镀有SiO2涂层4,铝箔玻纤布上阵列布置了直径6mm的透气孔5,铝箔1长度方向两端用玻璃纤维线7缝制了卡扣6。铝箔玻纤布的长度为管道保温外表面圆周长C的0.95倍再加50mm后取整。
图2为本发明所述铝箔玻纤布的宽度方向侧视图。
铝箔玻纤布的宽度为500mm,卡扣6宽度为50mm,卡扣6中心距铝箔玻纤布边缘的距离为100mm,卡扣6之间的中心距为300mm。
图3为本发明所述铝箔玻纤布在管道保温结构中使用示意图。
如图3所示:管道8规格为Φ530×10mm,管道输送蒸汽,介质温度为350℃,保温层9共4层,每层厚度为50mm,每一层管道保温层外包裹一层铝箔玻纤布,最外层包裹彩钢板14。
耐超高温型铝箔玻纤布10的长度L1:
3.142×(530+50×2)×0.95+50=1930.487mm
L1的取值为1930mm。
耐超高温型铝箔玻纤布11的长度L2:
3.142×(530+50×2+50×2)×0.95+50=2228.977mm
L2的取值为2230mm。
耐超高温型铝箔玻纤布12的长度L3:
3.142×(530+50×2+50×2+50×2)×0.95+50=2527.467mm
L3的取值为2530mm。
耐超高温型铝箔玻纤布13的长度L4:

L4的取值为2830mm。
因管道输送介质温度较高,管道运行时会发生热膨胀,铝箔玻纤布在包裹后,环向纵向预留搭接缝。卡扣6卡住后,铝箔玻纤布包裹在管道8上的纵缝搭接长度为50mm;相邻两块铝箔玻纤布之间的环缝搭接长度也为50mm。
管道长度较长、保温层数多、彩钢板施工不能立即跟上,为防止雨水进入保温层,卡扣6设置在圆周竖直方向45度范围内。
常规的同类反射产品,在包裹管道时一般采用的是成卷缠绕包裹,每个一定距离用铁丝捆扎,施工不方便、材料浪费大、铁丝捆紧后会造成其表面不平整、甚至出现缝隙,影响保温隔热效果。
具体实施案例:以20km长的DN500蒸汽管道为例,常规缠绕法的铝箔玻纤布施工周期大概要3个月左右,本发明的铝箔玻纤布施工周期仅需40天左右;常规铝箔玻纤布的用量约28万平米,本发明的铝箔玻纤布用量仅需21万平米,节省材料约25%;本发明的铝箔玻纤布在实际使用过程中,可将常规铝箔玻纤布保温结构的散热损失再减少5~10%。
本发明的铝箔玻纤布,在提升了其本身特性的同时,将其定位成一种定制产品,长度、宽度根据不同项目的实际情况而定,独特的结构形式使得现场保温施工极其方便,节省了材料的使用量,也使得保温表面平整均匀,保温质量得到了保证,也提高了整体节能效果,社会经济效益显著。

Claims (9)
1.一种铝箔玻纤布,其特征在于,所述铝箔玻纤布包括铝箔和玻纤布,该铝箔和玻纤布通过位于铝箔和玻纤布之间的阻燃胶黏剂复合在一起,铝箔表面镀有SiO2涂层,铝箔玻纤布中设有贯通铝箔、玻纤布、SiO2涂层的透气孔,铝箔玻纤布两端用玻璃纤维线缝制卡扣。
2.如权利要求1所述铝箔玻纤布,其特征在于,铝箔为压延单面光铝箔,该压延单面光铝箔的厚度为6.5~20um,玻纤布采用中碱玻纤布。
3.如权利要求1所述铝箔玻纤布,其特征在于,阻燃胶黏剂为水溶性胶,其质量组分为:苯乙烯10%~30%、交联剂0.3%~0.6%、丙烯酸酯35%~50%、乳化剂0.1%~1.5%、乙酸乙烯酯12%~20%、蒸馏水2%~5%,阻燃胶黏剂的用量为8 g/m2~30g/m2。
4.如权利要求1所述铝箔玻纤布,其特征在于,SiO2涂层的厚度为0.05 um~0.08um。
5.如权利要求1所述铝箔玻纤布,其特征在于,透气孔为方形阵列布置,孔径6mm,相邻透气孔的中心距为100mm。
6.如权利要求1所述铝箔玻纤布,其特征在于,铝箔玻纤布两端设有两对卡扣,用玻璃纤维线缝制在铝箔玻纤布上,卡扣宽度为50mm。
7.如权利要求1所述铝箔玻纤布,其特征在于,根据原料配比的不同,铝箔玻纤布可分为普通型、耐中温型、耐高温型和耐超高温型;
普通型:铝箔8%~10%、玻纤布82%~86%、阻燃胶黏剂6%~8%、SiO2涂层0.3%~0.5%;
耐中温型:铝箔12%~15%、玻纤布78%~83%、阻燃胶黏剂8%~10%、SiO2涂层0.4%~0.6%;
耐高温型:铝箔13%~16%、玻纤布76%~80%、阻燃胶黏剂9%~11%、SiO2涂层0.5%~0.7%;
耐超高温型:铝箔15%~18%、玻纤布74%~78%、阻燃胶黏剂10%~12%、SiO2涂层0.6%~0.8%。
8.如权利要求1所述铝箔玻纤布,其特征在于,铝箔玻纤布成品的宽度为0.5m,长度为管道保温外表面圆周长C的0.95倍再加50mm后取整。
9.一种铝箔玻纤布的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括:
步骤一、采用洗涤法将玻纤布表面的残留物去除;
步骤二、采用热复合机将铝箔与玻纤布通过阻燃胶黏剂进行热复合,复合温度为180℃,复合速度控制在5 m/min~30m/min;
步骤三、在铝箔反射面高压电镀一层SiO2涂层;
步骤四、在铝箔玻纤布上进行打孔;
步骤五、按要求将铝箔玻纤布分切成指定的规格,用缝纫机将分切后的铝箔玻纤布两端通过玻璃纤维线缝制卡扣。
