本发明属于保健食品技术领域，具体涉及一种润肺止咳化痰组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
咳嗽是为了排出呼吸道分泌物或异物而做出的一种机体防御反射动作，虽然有利的一面，但长期咳嗽会导致呼吸道出血、支气管炎。咳嗽无论男女老幼，一年四季均可发生，尤以年老体弱者在季节或天气变换时易发。咳嗽时常有咽喉部瘙痒、不适、气粗痰多、呼吸不畅等症状，严重影响人们的休息、生活。
目前临床上用于咳嗽的药品虽然很多，但多数需配合抗生素类药物以达到治愈效果，且抗生素的滥用会造成神经系统、肾脏、血液系统损伤，耐药、过敏等严重的后果，疗效则不尽如人意。中药是我国特有的中医药理论与实践的产物，资源丰富，历史悠久，是人类最早应用的纯天然有机物质，兼有营养和治疗的双向作用，且中医中药对咳嗽综合性病症的病理病机有较深入的认识，疗效方面有着较明显的优势，现有技术采用中药及中医药理论治疗咳嗽也有较多的研究。例如专利名称为“一种消炎、止咳、化痰的中药”(专利号：ZL200510038327.9)的发明专利,公开了一种消炎、止咳、化痰的中药，该中药由鱼腥草、金荞麦、白花蛇舌草、辛夷、甘草、天浆壳、炙枇杷叶、炒僵蚕、化橘红等原料制成，具有消炎、止咳、化痰功效，疗效好且副作用小。又如专利名称为“补肺止咳膏”(专利号：ZL201210479015.1)的发明专利，公开了一种补肺止咳膏，由党参、炒白术等二十味中药制备成具有健脾补肺益肾和止咳化痰的膏剂，通过补肺健脾益肾可以达到减少发作或减轻发作慢性支气管炎、慢性阻塞性肺病、支气管哮喘的目的，并起到预防作用。但目前对治疗咳嗽疾病的研究中，尚未见有天胡荽、枇杷叶、胡椒、蜂蜜、鸡蛋组合物的报道。
(1)天胡荽：为伞形科植物天胡荽Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides Lamarck、破铜钱HydrocotylesibthorpioidesLam.var.batrachium的全株的干燥全草。【功能主治】清热解毒，利湿退黄，止咳，消肿散结。用于湿热黄疸，咳嗽，百日咳，咽喉肿痛，目赤云翳，淋病湿疹，带状疱疹，疮疡肿毒，跌打瘀肿。
(2)枇杷叶：为蔷薇科植物枇杷Eriobotrya jaPon.ica(Thunb.)I，indl.的干燥叶。【功能与主治】清肺止咳，降逆止呕。用于肺热咳嗽，气逆喘急，胃热呕逆，烦热口渴。
(3)胡椒：为胡椒科植物胡椒Piper nigrum L.的干燥近成熟或成熟果实。【功能与主治】温中散寒，下气，消痰。腹痛泄泻，食欲不振，癫痫痰多。
(4)蜂蜜：为蜜蜂科昆虫中华蜜蜂Apis ceranaFabricius或意大利蜂ApismelliferaLinnaeus所酿的蜜。【功能与主治】补中，润燥，止痛，解毒；外用生肌敛疮。用于脘腹虚痛，肺燥干咳，肠燥便秘，解乌头类药毒；外治疮疡不敛，水火烫伤。

优选地，以上所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物，主要由以下重量份的原料组成：天胡荽15份、枇杷叶15份、胡椒5份、鸡蛋40份、蜂蜜5份。
以上所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物，可制备成药学上可接受的任何制剂，优选制备成散剂、颗粒剂(冲剂)、丸剂、片剂、胶囊、汤剂、煎膏剂、合剂(包括口服液)、糖浆剂、茶饮等，其中最佳优选制成胶囊。
一种以上所述润肺止咳化痰组合物胶囊的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1：按以下重量份称取原料：天胡荽5-20份、枇杷叶10-20份、胡椒2-8份、鸡蛋30-50份、蜂蜜3-6份；
S2：取天胡荽、枇杷叶，加8-10倍量水，加热回流提取2-3次，每次1-3小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩，得稠膏；
S3：将鸡蛋除去蛋壳，搅匀蛋清和蛋黄，加入步骤S1中得到的稠膏中，再加入淀粉、蜂蜜，混匀，制粒，干燥，得干颗粒A；
S4：取胡椒，粉碎，过80-100目筛，得胡椒粉，将胡椒粉、糊精混匀，加入蜂蜜，混匀，制粒，真空干燥，得干颗粒B；
S5：将干颗粒A、干颗粒B、硬脂酸镁，混匀，装入胶囊，即得。
以上所述步骤S2得到的稠膏优选为60℃时相对密度为1.28-1.35的稠膏。
以上所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备方法，所述步骤S3中干燥温度优选为100-105℃。
以上所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备方法，所述步骤S4中干燥温度优选为60-65℃。
以上所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备方法，所述步骤S3中淀粉的加入量优选占鸡蛋和稠膏总重量的20％；所述步骤S4中糊精的加入量优选为淀粉的1/2；所述步骤S4中硬脂酸镁的加入量优选为干颗粒A、干颗粒B总重量的1％。
优选地，一种润肺止咳化痰的组合物的应用，所述组合物适用于咳嗽、感冒等引起的呼吸系统疾病的辅助治疗，特别适用于久咳、久病的病人或身体较虚弱的老人、小孩。
本发明取得的有益效果：
1.本发明以广西特有中药材天胡荽，结合民间用药经验，与枇杷叶、胡椒合用，再加入补充人体所需的营养、提高免疫力的鸡蛋及兼有润肺效果的蜂蜜，运用现代科学理论配制而成，组合成的组合物有效起到润肺、止咳、化痰的作用，用于咳嗽、感冒等引起的呼吸道感染疾病，如咳嗽、感冒、咳喘、支气管炎、肺结核等的辅助治疗，有效率高达97.5％，安全无毒副作用，特别适用于久咳、久病的病人或身体较虚弱的老人、小孩。
2.本发明的润肺止咳化痰组合物配方科学，制备工艺简单、成本低、应用效果好，易于实现产业化。
3.本发明的润肺止咳化痰组合物胶囊，制备方法中利用鸡蛋中蛋黄、蛋清的及蜂蜜的粘合作用，在步骤S2、S3的制备软材工序中均不需加入粘合剂，减少辅料使用，大大降低了生产成本；常用食材胡椒采用粉碎后直接入药，能够减少胡椒有效活性成分的流失。本发明的润肺止咳化痰组合物胶囊采用现代工艺科学精制而成，便于携带，服用方便。
具体实施方式
为便于更好地理解本发明，通过以下实施例加以说明，这些实施例属于本发明的保护范围，但不限制本发明的保护范围。
一、润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备
实施例1
一种润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1：按以下重量称取原料：天胡荽20kg、枇杷叶20kg、胡椒8kg、鸡蛋50kg、蜂蜜6kg；
S2：取天胡荽、枇杷叶，加10倍量水，加热回流提取3次，每次2小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩，得60℃时相对密度为1.28的稠膏；
S3：将鸡蛋除去蛋壳，搅匀蛋清和蛋黄，加入步骤S1中得到的稠膏中，再加入蜂蜜、20kg淀粉，混匀，制粒，100℃干燥，得干颗粒A；
S4：取胡椒，粉碎，过100目筛，得胡椒粉，将胡椒粉、8kg糊精混匀，加入蜂蜜，混匀，制粒，60℃真空干燥，得干颗粒B；
S5：将干颗粒A、干颗粒B、1kg硬脂酸镁，混匀，装入胶囊，即得。
实施例2
一种润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1：按以下重量称取原料：天胡荽5kg、枇杷叶10kg、胡椒2kg、鸡蛋30kg、蜂蜜3kg；
S2：取天胡荽、枇杷叶，加8倍量水，加热回流提取2次，每次1小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩，得60℃时相对密度为1.35的稠膏；
S3：将鸡蛋除去蛋壳，搅匀蛋清和蛋黄，加入步骤S1中得到的稠膏中，再加入15kg淀粉、蜂蜜，混匀，制粒，105℃干燥，得干颗粒A；
S4：取胡椒，粉碎，过80目筛，得胡椒粉，将胡椒粉、5kg糊精混匀，加入蜂蜜，混匀，制粒，65℃真空干燥，得干颗粒B；
S5：将干颗粒A、干颗粒B、1.8kg硬脂酸镁，混匀，装入胶囊，即得。
实施例3
一种润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1：按以下重量称取原料：天胡荽15kg、枇杷叶15kg、胡椒5kg、鸡蛋40kg、蜂蜜5kg；
S2：取天胡荽、枇杷叶，加9倍量水，加热回流提取2次，每次2小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩，得60℃时相对密度为1.32的稠膏；
S3：将鸡蛋除去蛋壳，搅匀蛋清和蛋黄，加入步骤S1中得到的稠膏中，再加入占鸡蛋和稠膏总重量20％的淀粉18kg、蜂蜜，混匀，制粒，102℃干燥，得干颗粒A；
S4：取胡椒，粉碎，过100目筛，得胡椒粉，将胡椒粉、9kg糊精混匀，加入蜂蜜，混匀，制粒，63℃真空干燥，得干颗粒B；
S5：将干颗粒A、干颗粒B及占干颗粒A、干颗粒B总重量1％的硬脂酸镁1.2kg，混匀，装入胶囊，即得。
实施例4
一种润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
S1：按以下重量称取原料：天胡荽12kg、枇杷叶10kg、胡椒3kg、鸡蛋45kg、蜂蜜4kg；
S2：取天胡荽、枇杷叶，加热回流提取2次，第一次加8倍量水，提取3小时，滤过，第2次加6倍量水，提取2小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩，得60℃时相对密度为1.37的稠膏；
S3：将鸡蛋除去蛋壳，搅匀蛋清和蛋黄，加入步骤S1中得到的稠膏中，再加入淀粉12kg、蜂蜜，混匀，制粒，95℃干燥，得干颗粒A；
S4：取胡椒，粉碎，过200目筛，得胡椒粉，将胡椒粉、10kg糊精混匀，加入蜂蜜，混匀，制粒，75℃真空干燥，得干颗粒B；
S5：将干颗粒A、干颗粒B、1.5kg硬脂酸镁，混匀，装入胶囊，即得。
二、应用试验
1.试验对象选择标准
主症：咳嗽，无痰或咳痰；
次症：咽痒或痛；咽干；鼻塞；流涕；气急喘息；支气管炎；肺炎；肺结核；苔薄白或黄；脉浮紧或滑。
具备以上主症及次症中的2项，年龄在3-80岁者，即可。
2.应用方案
试验组：将上述制备好的实施例3样品，用于上述试验对象。口服，16岁以上，每次4粒(0.5g/粒)，一日3次；8-15岁，每次3粒(0.5g/粒)，一日3次；3-7岁，每次2粒(0.5g/粒)，一日3次。服用时间：连续服用5天。
对照组：川贝枇杷糖浆，口服，10岁以上每次10ml，每日3次；3-10岁，每次5ml，每日3次。服用时间：连续服用5天。
3.效果判定标准
痊愈：咳嗽症状、体征消失或基本消失，积分减少95％以上。
显效：咳嗽症状、体征明显改善，积分减少在70％-94％之间。
有效：咳嗽症状、体征均有好转，积分减少在30％-<69％。
无效：咳嗽症状无明显改善，甚则加重，积分减少<30％。
计算公式为：[(治疗前积分-治疗后积分)÷治疗前积分]×100％
4.应用结果
将本发明润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊及市售某公司生产的川贝枇杷糖浆，曾应用于155例志愿者(男82例，女73例，其中：3-15岁35例，16-50岁65例；51-80岁55例)。结果详见表1。

应用试验结果表明：采用本发明润肺止咳化痰的组合物，咳嗽痊愈75％，有效率达97.5％，没有不良反应发生，其应用效果优于对照组，说明本发明对咳嗽有良好的效果，具有润肺、止咳、化痰的作用，可用于咳嗽、感冒等引起的呼吸道感染疾病，如咳嗽、感冒、咳喘、支气管炎、肺结核等的辅助治疗，安全无毒副作用，特别适用于久咳、久病的病人或身体较虚弱的老人、小孩。
三、典型案例
除上述应用试验外，还将本发明润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的实施例1-4样品用于其它志愿者，均取得良好效果，以下为几个典型案例：
案例1：李××，女，32岁，以咳嗽、咳痰、咽部红肿为主要症状。服用本发明润肺止咳化痰的组合物制成的胶囊(实施例1)，每次4粒(0.5g/粒)，每日3次，2日后，咳嗽症状减轻，咳痰量减少，再连服3日，症状消除，痊愈。
案例2：王××，男，5岁，主要症状为：咳嗽，干咳无痰，鼻塞，流涕，苔薄白，脉浮紧。服用本发明润肺止咳化痰的组合物制成的胶囊(实施例3)，每次2粒(0.5g/粒)，每日3次，连服3日，症状消除，痊愈。
案例3：刘××，男，75岁，慢性支气管炎患者，天气变冷发作，咳嗽，咳痰，咽痒，气短喘息。服用本发明润肺止咳化痰的组合物制成的胶囊(实施例2)，每次4粒(0.5g/粒)，每日3次，连服5日，症状减轻，再连续服用5日，痊愈，一年后回访无复发。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优选的实施方式，应当指出，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下，还可以做出若干变形和改进，这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种润肺止咳化痰的组合物，其特征在于，主要由以下重量份的原料组成：天胡荽5-20份、枇杷叶10-20份、胡椒2-8份、鸡蛋30-50份、蜂蜜3-6份。
2.如权利要求1所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物，其特征在于，主要由以下重量份的原料组成：天胡荽15份、枇杷叶15份、胡椒5份、鸡蛋40份、蜂蜜5份。
3.如权利要求1所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物制成散剂、颗粒剂、丸剂、片剂、胶囊、汤剂、煎膏、合剂、口服液或糖浆剂。
4.如权利要求1所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物制成胶囊。
5.一种如权利要求4所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S1：按以下重量份称取原料：天胡荽5-20份、枇杷叶10-20份、胡椒2-8份、鸡蛋30-50份、蜂蜜3-6份；
S2：取天胡荽、枇杷叶，加8-10倍量水，加热回流提取2-3次，每次1-3小时，滤过，合并滤液，浓缩，得稠膏；
S3：将鸡蛋除去蛋壳，搅匀蛋清和蛋黄，加入步骤S1中得到的稠膏中，再加入淀粉、蜂蜜，混匀，制粒，干燥，得干颗粒A；
S4：取胡椒，粉碎，过80-100目筛，得胡椒粉，将胡椒粉、糊精混匀，加入蜂蜜，混匀，制粒，真空干燥，得干颗粒B；
S5：将干颗粒A、干颗粒B、硬脂酸镁，混匀，装入胶囊，即得。
6.如权利要求5所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤S2得到的稠膏为60℃时相对密度为1.28-1.35的稠膏。
7.如权利要求5所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤S3中干燥温度为100-105℃。
8.如权利要求5所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤S4中干燥温度为60-65℃。
9.如权利要求5所述润肺止咳化痰的组合物胶囊的制备方法，其特征在于，所述步骤S3中淀粉的加入量占鸡蛋和稠膏总重量的20％；所述步骤S4中糊精的加入量为淀粉的1/2；所述步骤S4中硬脂酸镁的加入量为干颗粒A、干颗粒B总重量的1％。
10.一种润肺止咳化痰的组合物的应用，其特征在于，所述组合物用于咳嗽、感冒引起的呼吸系统疾病的辅助治疗。
