①油相的制备：将聚山梨醇酯-60、山梨坦硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾、异壬酸异壬酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷和液体石蜡加入油相的夹层锅内，开启蒸汽加热，在不断搅拌条件下加热至80-85℃，使其充分熔化或溶解均匀待用，要避免过度加热和长时间加热，以防止部分原料成分氧化变质；
②水相的制备：将去离子水加入水相夹层锅中，加入EDTA二钠、甘油聚醚-26、赤藓醇、丙二醇、甘油、聚丙烯酸钠接枝淀粉、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物在水中，室温下充分搅拌使其均匀溶胀，防止结团，在夹套内通入蒸汽，搅拌下加热至80-85℃，维持20min灭菌，要避免长时间加热，以免引起粘度变化，为补充加热和乳化时挥发掉的水分，可按配方多加2％-3％的水；
③乳化和冷却：将上述油相和水相原料通过过滤器按一定顺序加入乳化锅内，在80-85℃条件下，可进行均质，进行一定时间的搅拌和乳化，乳化后，乳化体系要冷却到35-40℃，卸料温度取决于乳化体系的软化温度，一般应使其借助自身的重力，能从乳化锅内流出为宜，也可以用泵抽出或用加压空气压出，冷却方式一般是将冷却水通入乳化锅的夹套内，边搅拌，边冷却，均质的速度和时间应加以严格控制，以免过度剪切，破坏，聚合物的结构造成不可逆的变化，改变体系的流变性质，乳化后在较低温度下加入彼得松薄子木油、红没药醇/姜根提取物、可溶性霍霍巴粒子，乙基己基甘油和苯氧乙醇，以确保其活性；
④陈化和灌装：贮存1天或2天后用灌装机灌装，灌装前需对产品进行质量评定，质量合格后进行灌装。
综上所述，本发明的清洁霜有三大功效，(1)快速分解毛孔污垢，深度温和清洁毛孔，卸除各种彩妆，去除老化角质；(2)温和按摩，加速淋巴循环，促进皮肤排毒，去除顽固肌肤污垢，加入可溶性霍霍巴粒子，其包裹蕴含的生育酚乙酸酯和抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯，提升肌底对营养的吸收力，使肌肤重现细腻透亮；(3)富含天然芳香精油彼得松薄子木油，赋予产品柠檬味的清新芳香，起到舒缓护肤作用，加入红没药醇/姜根提取物,可以抑制炎症，帮助皮肤抵抗外界刺激。
以上所述的仅是本发明的优先实施方式。应当指出的是，对于本领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的情况下，还可以作出若干改进和变型，这也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种多功能清洁膏霜，其特征在于：它是将聚山梨醇酯-60、山梨坦硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾、异壬酸异壬酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷和液体石蜡加入油相夹层锅内，开启蒸汽加热，在不断搅拌条件下加热至80-85℃，使其充分熔化均匀待用；将去离子水加入水相夹层锅中，EDTA二钠、甘油聚醚-26、赤藓醇、丙二醇、甘油、聚丙烯酸钠接枝淀粉、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物加入其中，在夹套内通入蒸汽，搅拌下加热至80-85℃，保温20min灭菌；保温结束后，将上述油相和水相原料通过过滤器按先水相后油相的顺序加入乳化锅内，在80-85℃条件下，充分搅拌和乳化，乳化后冷却到35-40℃，加入彼得松薄子木油、红没药醇/姜根提取物、可溶性霍霍巴粒子、乙基己基甘油和苯氧乙醇，搅拌10分钟，混合均匀后，出料，陈化1天或2天后用灌装机灌装得到的产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种多功能清洁膏霜，其特征在于制备方法为以下步骤：
①将聚山梨醇酯-60、山梨坦硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡醇磷酸酯钾、异壬酸异壬酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷和液体石蜡加入油相夹层锅内，开启蒸汽加热，在不断搅拌条件下加热至80-85℃，使其充分熔化均匀待用，要避免过度加热和长时间加热，以防止部分原料成分氧化变质；
②水相的制备：将去离子水加入水相夹层锅中，EDTA二钠、甘油聚醚-26、赤藓醇、丙二醇、甘油、聚丙烯酸钠接枝淀粉、丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸铵/VP共聚物、丙烯酸羟乙酯/丙烯酰二甲基牛磺酸钠共聚物溶解在水中，室温下充分搅拌使其均匀溶胀防止结团，可进行均质，在夹套中通入蒸汽，搅拌下加热至80-85℃，维持20min灭菌，要避免长时间加热，以免引起粘度变化，为补充加热和乳化时挥发掉的水分，可按配方多加2％-3％的水；
③乳化和冷却：将上述油相和水相原料通过过滤器按顺序加入乳化锅内，在80-85℃条件下，充分搅拌和乳化，乳化后，保温15分钟，开启冷却降温系统，冷却到35-40℃；加入彼得松薄子木油、红没药醇/姜根提取物、可溶性霍霍巴粒子、乙基己基甘油和苯氧乙醇，卸料温度取决于乳化体系的软化温度，使其借助自身的重力，能从乳化锅内流出为宜，冷却方式是将冷冻水通入乳化锅的夹套内，边搅拌，边冷却，均质的速度和时间应加以严格控制，以免过度剪切，破坏，聚合物的结构造成不可逆的变化，改变体系的流变性质；
④陈化和灌装：贮存1天或2天后用灌装机灌装，灌装前需对产品进行质量评定，质量合格后进行灌装；
