The results in table 2 show that, when the donkey-hide gelatin cake 1 prepared from donkey-hide gelatin, peanut and medicated leaven is eaten, the treatment significant efficiency of the anemic subject is 60%, and the total effective rate is 74%. The treatment significant efficiency of a subject eating the donkey-hide gelatin cake 5 is 94 percent, and the total effective rate is 100 percent; the significant efficiency and the total effective rate of the donkey-hide gelatin cake are respectively improved by more than 18 percent compared with that of other donkey-hide gelatin cake groups, no adverse reaction occurs, and the donkey-hide gelatin cake is safe to eat.
The results prove that the donkey-hide gelatin, the peanuts, the medicated leaven, the ligusticum wallichii and the fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae have obvious synergistic interaction, have good effects of improving the red blood cells and the hemoglobin, and have obvious curative effects on anemia patients.
Claims (5)
1. The donkey-hide gelatin cake is characterized by comprising the following components: colla Corii Asini, semen Arachidis Hypogaeae, Massa Medicata Fermentata, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae; the weight parts of each component are as follows: 27 parts of donkey-hide gelatin, 15 parts of peanut, 11 parts of medicated leaven, 8 parts of ligusticum wallichii and 22 parts of fructus alpiniae oxyphyllae.
2. A method for preparing the donkey-hide gelatin cake of claim 1, which comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the components in parts by weight; (2) adding water into colla Corii Asini, and heating to obtain molten colla Corii Asini; (3) pulverizing semen Arachidis Hypogaeae, Massa Medicata Fermentata, rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong and fructus Alpinae Oxyphyllae, adding into melted colla Corii Asini, mixing, and cooling.
