Abstract

本发明公开一种用于测定马采食量的Cr2O3指示剂颗粒,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:Cr2O310%,苜蓿粉15~25%,麸皮3~10%,玉米面50~70%,糖0.5~5%。与现有Cr2O3胶囊指标剂相比,本发明的Cr2O3指示剂颗粒适口性好,可以保证Cr2O3被马全部食用,从而达到准确测定马采食量的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于测定马采食量的Cr2O3指示剂颗粒。
背景技术
家畜采食量的研究是合理利用草地,合理设定划区轮牧的重要依据。而目前放牧的家畜主要为牛、马、羊,其中马的采食量测定国内外专家研究后普遍认为,Cr2O3作为指示剂测定其采食量最为标准。该方法中最关键的是指示剂Cr2O3的投饲,要注意其在投饲过程中保证家畜尽可能完全的食用,但现有的Cr2O3指示剂主要为胶囊剂,适口性差,直接饲喂浪费较大,且马体型较大,胶囊直接投送腹中难度较大。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种用于测定马采食量的Cr2O3指示剂颗粒。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种用于测定马采食量的Cr2O3指示剂颗粒,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:Cr2O310%,苜蓿粉15~25%,麸皮3~10%,玉米面50~70%,糖0.5~5%。
优选地,所述糖为糖蜜或蜂蜜。
上述Cr2O3指示剂颗粒的制备方法,包括:将各组分混匀后,加水搅匀至手摸有黏糊状态,制粒,得到Cr2O3指示剂颗粒。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
先将所有料在干净粗塑料或大容器中混合均匀,再加5~10wt%的温水,混合,让水充分接触料,用手充分地搓匀直到用手摸稍有黏糊状态即可,然后将料放到颗粒机中制粒。
Cr2O3指示剂测定马采食量的方法:随机选择6匹马为供试马,每次试验期为12d,预试期5d,正试期7d。预试期,每天早晨10:30和晚上20:30,以Cr2O3指示剂和精饲料按10%的比例混合均匀后制成颗粒料,早晚两次投饲于供试马,Cr2O3量为每天20g,每次10g,连续5d。正试期,喂服时间与药量同预试期,为了避饲喂时颗粒料掉落,将颗粒料放入马袋套在马头上,等马吃干净再将马袋取下来。每天早晚投服Cr2O3后,在其粪便排出后收取鲜粪样300g,连续7d。每天将每匹试验马的粪样混合均匀,置于塑料篷布阴干。粪样阴干后称重,按10%的比例取样,装入标明试验日期、马号的对应封口袋中,常温保存。牧草采用人工手取牧草标样法,即现场跟群观察马匹采食牧草的种类及部位,按其喜食比例摘取牧草1000g,置65~70℃烘箱制成风干样。将样品磨碎,过0.42mm筛,备测。牧草、粪样中的酸不溶性灰分含量采用4mol·L-1盐酸不溶灰分法。Cr2O3含量测定采用72-1型分光光度计比色法。
通过上述方法,计算出采食牧草中干物质、粪中干物质的AIA(酸不溶灰分)含量及试验马每日排出的粪干物质量。采食量计算公式:F=W1/W2;式中,TDI为供试马干物质采食量(kg·日-1·匹-1);F为供试马每日排出的粪干物质量(kg·日-1·匹-1);a为粪中干物质AIA含量(%);b为采食牧草中干物质AIA含量(%);W1为马每日食入Cr2O3指示剂量(g);W2为马粪中Cr2O3指示剂浓度。
试验前期曾设计将Cr2O3粉末直接灌装到胶囊里,但由于马体型较大,习性警觉,胶囊直接投服到胃中难度较大,只能将胶囊拌到精饲料里让马采食,由于马是咀嚼采食,胶囊易被咬烂,Cr2O3适口性不好,经实验观察,该方式存在Cr2O3未被完全采食的问题,从而影响马采食量测量结果的准确度。结合前期的经验,本发明对Cr2O3指未剂剂型进行改进,将本发明制备的Cr2O3指示剂拌精饲料后,Cr2O3能被马采食干净,未发现有剩余,有利于提高马采食量测量结果的准确度。
实施例2

1.一种用于测定马采食量的Cr2O3指示剂颗粒,按重量百分比计,包括以下组分:Cr2O310%,苜蓿粉15~25%,麸皮3~10%,玉米面50~70%,糖0.5~5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的Cr2O3指示剂颗粒,其特征在于:所述糖为糖蜜或蜂蜜。
3.制备权利要求1所述的Cr2O3指示剂颗粒的方法,包括:将各组分混匀后,加水搅匀至手摸有黏糊状态,制粒,得到Cr2O3指示剂颗粒。
