Abstract

本发明涉及农业技术的植物生长调节剂应用领域,提供一种突托腊梅扦插生根剂配方及使用方法,该配方按以下各组分质量比组成:萘乙酸钠50~200份、吲哚丁酸钠100~300份、吲哚乙酸100~800份、ABT1号生根剂100~500份、维生素C 50~150份、水杨酸50~150份。配方至少采用以上四种组分组成。使用时,按生根剂配方配制成每1000ml水中含有上述各组分质量的水剂,浸泡插条基部或分两次速蘸插条基部。本发明能促进突托腊梅插条快速生根,扦插成活率高于常规扦插25%以上。扦插苗生长健壮、根系发达、抗逆性增强。配方成本较低,使用方便,应用效果好,适用于温室育苗或大田小拱棚封闭育苗等标准化生产。

一种突托腊梅生根剂配方及使用方法
技术领域
本发明属于农业技术的植物生长调节剂应用领域,特别涉及一种突托腊梅生根剂配方及使用方法。
背景技术
突托腊梅为江西省安远县、会昌县特有珍稀濒危的野生植物资源,具有重要的科研、观赏、药用等多种价值。突托腊梅繁育主要以播种育苗、嫁接育苗等方法为主,但由于突托腊梅自然分布窄、结实率低及种子生态适应性差等原因,使得播种繁殖困难;嫁接育苗因技术要求高、育苗周期长等缺陷,使得嫁接育苗应用较少。同时,由于枝条的“松、脆、空”特点,生根所需的碳水化合物和生根促进物质少,导致了扦插繁殖困难。本发明旨在通过筛选和优化突托腊梅扦插多种生根剂使用的配方组合,以突破其扦插生根技术瓶颈,显著提升突托腊梅扦插育苗的成活率。
发明内容
本发明针对突托腊梅常规扦插育苗出现的生根率、成苗率低等缺陷,提供一种突托腊梅扦插生根剂配方及使用方法。该配方含有ABT1、IAA等多种促进生根的植物生长调节剂,处理插条后,能够促进根原体的诱导和生长,具有显著的协同增效功效,可促使突托腊梅插条快速生根,显著提高扦插成活率,同时,扦插苗生长健壮、根系发达、抗逆性增强。
本发明的技术问题主要通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种突托腊梅扦插生根剂配方,该配方按以下各组分质量比组成:萘乙酸钠50~200份、吲哚丁酸钠100~300份、吲哚乙酸100~800份、ABT1号生根剂100~500份、维生素C50~150份、水杨酸50~150份。配方至少采用以上四种组分组成,作为优选,采用全部组分。
一种突托腊梅扦插生根剂配方的使用方法:
将所述生根剂配方溶解于1000份水中,且现配现用,采用浸泡方法处理插条基部,将插条基部浸泡2~3h即插。该方法适应于低浓度配方时效果最佳。
将所述生根剂配方溶解于1000份水中,且现配现用,采用速蘸方法处理插条基部,分两次速蘸插条基部,第一次速蘸插条基部10~15s,取出晾干10min,第二次速蘸插条基部3~5s即插。该方法适应于高浓度配方时效果最佳。
本发明有益效果是:与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:促进突托腊梅插条快速生根,扦插成活率比常规扦插提高25%以上。扦插苗生长健壮、根系发达、抗逆性增强。配方成本较低,使用方便,应用效果好,适于标准化生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步具体的说明。
一种突托腊梅扦插生根剂配方,该配方按以下各组分质量比组成:萘乙酸钠50~200份、吲哚丁酸钠100~300份、吲哚乙酸100~800份、ABT1号生根剂100~500份、维生素C50~150份、水杨酸50~150份。配方至少采用以上任意四种组分组合,以下所述,仅是对本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做其他形式的限制,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容加以变更为同等变化的等效实施例。凡是未脱离本发明方案内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以下实施例所做的任何简单修改或等同变化,均落在本发明的保护范围内。
实施例1:
生根剂采用配方:萘乙酸钠50mg、吲哚丁酸钠100mg、吲哚乙酸100mg、ABT1号生根剂100mg、维生素C(或以复合维生素中维生素C含量计)50mg、水杨酸50mg。
现配现用,按生根剂配方配制成每1000ml水中含有上述各组分质量的水剂。采用浸泡方法处理插条基部时,使用本生根剂的低浓度配方,插条基部浸泡2~3h;
实施例2:
生根剂采用配方:萘乙酸钠200mg、吲哚丁酸钠300mg、吲哚乙酸800mg、ABT1号生根剂500mg、维生素C(或以复合维生素中维生素C含量计)150mg、水杨酸150mg。

1.一种突托腊梅生根剂配方,其特征在于,包括萘乙酸钠50~200份、吲哚丁酸钠100~300份、吲哚乙酸100~800份、ABT1号生根剂100~500份、维生素C 50~150份、水杨酸50~150份质量份数中的至少四种组分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种突托腊梅生根剂配方的使用方法,其特征在于,将所述生根剂配方溶解于1000份水中,且现配现用,采用浸泡方法处理插条基部,将插条基部浸泡2~3h即插。
