In specific implementation, when the vertical compressor module 15 is matched with the evaporator 8 to meet the refrigeration requirement, the vertical compressor module 15 has high refrigeration efficiency and low power consumption, so that compared with the existing mobile refrigeration box adopting vehicle-mounted power supply, the power supply mode of the built-in box battery 10 can be selected, and the mobile and portable power supply requirement is really met; in addition, as the characteristics of the vertical compressor module 15 are known, compared with the existing mobile refrigeration box adopting a non-vertical compressor module 15, the problem that the mobile refrigeration box is damaged in inclined, vibrating and bumpy environments does not exist, so that the mobile refrigeration box can meet the use stability and reliability in various transportation states.
Furthermore, a battery compartment door 21 capable of being opened and closed is arranged at the lower part of the box main body 17, the box battery 10 can be placed into the box main body 17 through the battery compartment door 21, the box battery 10 placed into the box main body 17 is electrically connected with the in-box power socket 14 through the battery output seat 13, and the box battery 10 provides working electric energy for the control circuit board 1 and the refrigeration component through the in-box power socket 14.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the battery compartment door 21 is located at the lower portion of the box main body 17, and the lower portion of the box main body 17 can be opened or closed by the battery compartment door 21. When the lower portion of the box main body 17 is opened by the battery compartment door 21, the box battery 10 can be put into the box main body 17. When the box battery 10 is put into the box main body 17, the electrode of the box battery 10 is in contact with the battery output socket 13 in the box main body 17, and the battery output socket 13 is electrically connected with the in-box power socket 14 in the box main body 17, so that the box battery 10 can be electrically connected with the in-box power socket 14. After the box battery 10 is electrically connected to the in-box voltage socket 14, the in-box power socket 14 provides the working electric energy for the control circuit board 1 and the vertical compressor module 15, and the specific circuit connection form between the in-box power socket 14 and the control circuit board 1 as well as the vertical compressor module 15 can be selected as required as long as the power supply requirement for the control circuit board 1 and the vertical compressor module 15 can be met, which is known to those skilled in the art and is not described herein again.
An embedding guide plate 24 for guiding the embedding process of the box battery 10 is arranged on a bottom plate 25 in the box main body 17, and a plurality of battery positioning bodies 12 for positioning the box battery 10 in the box main body 17 are also arranged on the bottom plate 25; the box battery 10 is also provided with a battery charging seat 9 for charging.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bottom plate 25 of the box main body 17 is provided with the vertically distributed embedded guide plates 24, and the distance between the two embedded guide plates 24 is matched with the width of the box battery 10, so that the embedded process of the box battery 10 can be guided by the embedded guide plates 24 until the box battery 10 is connected and matched with the battery output seat 13; thereafter, the battery compartment door 21 can be closed.
After the box battery 10 is connected and matched with the battery output seat 13, the box battery 10 can be positioned by the battery positioning body 12 in order to ensure that the box battery 10 keeps the stability of power supply in the box main body 17. As shown in fig. 5, an enlarged view of the matching between the box battery 10 and the battery positioning body 12 is shown, wherein the battery positioning body 12 includes a positioning steel ball 31 and a positioning spring 32, the positioning steel ball 31 is supported at the top end of the positioning spring 32, the positioning spring 32 is located in the bottom plate 25, after the box battery 10 is placed in the box main body 17, the box battery 10 can be pushed by the matching between the positioning spring 32 and the positioning steel ball 31, so as to ensure that the box battery 10 maintains the stability of connection with the battery output base 13 in the using process, that is, the stability of power supply of the box battery 10 is ensured.
A heat sink 16 is provided at the lower part in the box main body 17, a heat dissipation grill 20 is provided on the box main body 17, and the heat sink 16 is electrically connected to the control circuit board 1. In the embodiment of the present invention, the heat sink 16 is located on the bottom plate 25 of the box main body 17, the heat sink 16 is close to the vertical compressor module 15, the heat dissipation grid 20 and the battery compartment door 21 are respectively located on the corresponding side surfaces of the box main body 17, the heat inside the box main body 17 is effectively dissipated through the heat sink 16, the specific working process of the heat sink 16 is controlled by the control circuit board 1, and the specific working matching process between the control circuit board 1 and the heat sink 16 is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again. Further, a case-side grill 19 is provided on the case main body 17, and the case-side grill 19 is located on one side of the case main body 17 and adjacent to the radiator grill 20.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 6, a box display 18 for displaying information and a key module 28 for inputting information are disposed on the upper door-opening cover plate 3, and both the box display 18 and the key module 28 are electrically connected to the control circuit board 1.
In the embodiment of the invention, the box display screen 18 is arranged on the upper door-opening cover plate 3, information can be displayed through the box display screen 18, the information displayed through the box display screen 18 can include the destination of article transportation, the current temperature of mobile refrigeration, the target temperature of mobile refrigeration and the like, the required information can be input into the control end circuit board 1 through the key module 28, for example, the target temperature of mobile refrigeration and the like can be input into the control circuit board 1 through the key module 28, and the electric energy required by the box display screen 18, the key module 28 and the box temperature sensor 6 during working is provided by the box battery 10. In specific implementation, the functions of the box display 18 and the key module 28 can be realized through the touch screen, which is known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again.
As shown in fig. 6, the control circuit board 1 includes a refrigeration box controller 27, the refrigeration component and the box power supply 10 are both connected to the refrigeration box controller 27, the refrigeration box controller 27 is further connected to an RFID card reader 29 for reading a corresponding temperature value of the temperature tag, and the refrigeration box controller 27 sets the temperature value read by the RFID card reader 29 as a mobile refrigeration target temperature.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the refrigeration box controller 27 may adopt a common microprocessor chip, such as a single chip microcomputer and an ARM, which may be specifically selected according to the requirement and will not be described herein again. The refrigeration box controller 27 controls the working state of the whole refrigeration box, so that the vertical compressor module 15 and the box body battery 10 are electrically connected with the refrigeration box controller 27. In specific implementation, the box body display screen 18 and the key module 28 are electrically connected to the refrigeration box controller 27, and besides the mobile refrigeration target temperature can be set in the refrigeration box controller 27 through the key module 28, the required mobile refrigeration target temperature can be set in the refrigeration box controller 27 in a manner that the RFID card reader 29 reads a corresponding temperature tag.
In specific implementation, the RFID card reader 29 is connected to the refrigeration box controller 27, the RFID card reader 29 can read temperature values of different temperature tags, and after the temperature value represented by the temperature tag is read, the refrigeration box controller 27 sets the corresponding read tag temperature as the mobile refrigeration target temperature. The process of reading the temperature value stored in the temperature tag by the RFID card reader 29 and the specific process of moving the target temperature of refrigeration by the RFID card reader 29 in cooperation with the refrigeration box controller 27 are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again.
Further, the control circuit board 1 further comprises a box body communication module 26 for wireless data transmission, and the control circuit board 1 is connected with the cloud server through the box body communication module 26; control circuit board 1 transmits the current temperature of the removal refrigeration that box temperature sensor detected to the high in the clouds server through box communication module 26 in real time, and the high in the clouds server can adjust the removal refrigeration target temperature in control circuit board 1 through box communication module 26.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the control circuit board 1 may further be provided with a positioning module 30, the positioning module 30 may be a GPS positioning module or a beidou positioning module, the positioning module 30 is connected to the refrigeration box controller 27, and the refrigeration box controller 27 may display and output the position information acquired by the positioning module 30 through the box display screen 18. The box body communication module 26 can adopt the forms of a bluetooth module, a WIFI module, a GPRS module, a 3G module or a 4G module, etc., as long as the requirement of wireless transmission can be met. The refrigeration box controller 27 is connected with the cloud server through the box body communication module 26, and after the refrigeration box controller is connected with the cloud server, communication between the refrigeration box controller 27 and the cloud server can be achieved.
After the refrigeration box controller 27 is communicated with the cloud server, the working states of the mobile refrigeration current temperature, the mobile refrigeration target temperature, the real-time position information, the box body battery 10 and the like in the transportation process of the mobile refrigeration box can be transmitted to the cloud server, the state of the whole transportation process is effectively recorded and monitored by the cloud server, and the follow-up tracing can be performed according to the recorded information in the transportation process. The power required for the operation of the positioning module 30 and the case communication module 26 is also supplied from the case battery 10.
The cloud server can also set the mobile refrigeration target temperature in the refrigeration box controller 27 through the box body communication module 26, in addition, the refrigeration box controller 27 can also be connected with various handheld terminals and the like through the box body communication module 26, and after the handheld terminals are connected with the refrigeration box controller 27, the mobile refrigeration target temperature in the refrigeration box controller 27 can also be adjusted, namely, the mobile refrigeration target temperature setting in various ways is realized; the handheld terminal can be a smart phone or a smart tablet and other devices. After the cloud server is in wireless communication with the refrigeration box controller 27 and the handheld terminal is in wireless communication with the refrigeration box controller 27, the mobile refrigeration target temperature can be set by commonly-used technical means in the technical field, and the process of specifically setting the mobile refrigeration target temperature is well known by persons in the technical field and is not repeated herein.
In specific implementation, the control circuit board 1 is also electrically connected with a box alarm 51 for outputting alarm information; the control circuit board 1 is also preset with a mobile refrigeration allowable temperature difference and a mobile refrigeration temperature difference time, the box body temperature sensor 6 can transmit the mobile refrigeration current temperature to the control circuit board 1, and the control circuit board 1 can compare the received mobile refrigeration current temperature with the mobile refrigeration target temperature to obtain the mobile refrigeration current temperature difference; if the current temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration is larger than the allowable temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration, and the duration time that the current temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration is larger than the allowable temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration is not smaller than the time of the temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration, the control circuit board 1 outputs temperature alarm information through the box body alarm 51.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the mobile refrigeration allowable temperature difference and the mobile refrigeration temperature difference time are preset in the control circuit board 1, that is, in the refrigeration box controller 27. When the current temperature of the mobile refrigeration is higher than the target temperature of the mobile refrigeration during the transportation of the refrigerated goods, the refrigerated goods may be deteriorated or damaged, namely, the current temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration is generally positive. The mobile refrigeration allowable temperature difference refers to the numerical range of the current temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration, and when the current temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration is larger than the mobile refrigeration allowable temperature difference, the effective transportation of refrigerated goods cannot be met, so that the refrigerated goods are deteriorated or damaged. When the refrigerated articles are different, the allowable mobile refrigeration temperature difference and the time of the mobile refrigeration temperature difference are different, and may be determined according to the purpose and the property of the refrigerated articles, which are well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again.
Generally, when the current temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration is greater than the allowable temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration, and the duration time that the current temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration is greater than the allowable temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration is not less than the time of the temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration, it can be considered that the refrigerated goods are damaged or deteriorated, and temperature alarm information needs to be output through the box body alarm 51, so that a goods receiving party can collect effective countermeasures according to the temperature alarm information output by the box body alarm 51. The box alarm 51 may be in the form of an indicator light, an audible and visual alarm, etc., and of course, the box alarm 51 may also be implemented by the box display screen 18, which may be specifically selected as needed, which is well known to those skilled in the art and will not be described herein again.
Furthermore, box management authority information is preset in the control circuit board 1, and after the control circuit board 1 outputs temperature alarm information through the box alarm 51, if the management authority for transmitting the temperature elimination alarm information to the control circuit board 1 is not matched with the box management authority in the control circuit board 1, the elimination of the temperature alarm information output by the control circuit board 1 through the box alarm 51 is prohibited.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the box management authority is set in the refrigeration box controller 27, and the box management authority includes administrator authority or user authority. The management authority is not matched with the box management authority, and generally means that the management authority for transmitting and eliminating temperature alarm information is lower than the box management authority. After the box body management authority is set in the control circuit board 1, the temperature alarm information cannot be eliminated by personnel lower than the box body management authority; generally, the main prevention transport personnel actively eliminate the temperature alarm information, namely, the receiving party can observe the temperature alarm information. In order not to influence subsequent use, the elimination of the temperature alarm information by the authority of an administrator and the like can be allowed. The specific setting process of the management authority of the box body and the comparison process of the management authority can be realized by adopting the technical means commonly used in the technical field, which are well known by persons in the technical field, and are not described herein again.
Further, refrigeration case controller 27 can transmit temperature alarm information to the cloud server through box communication module 26, and after receiving temperature alarm information, the cloud server displays and outputs temperature alarm information, and the cloud server can transmit alarm information elimination information to refrigeration case controller 27, and after receiving alarm information elimination information through box communication module 26, refrigeration case controller 27 closes and eliminates the temperature alarm information output through box alarm 51.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the cloud server may output the temperature alarm information in a GIS manner, and since the cloud server has a higher management authority, the temperature alarm information output by the box alarm 51 can be turned off and eliminated by transmitting the alarm information elimination information to the refrigeration box controller 27.

In the embodiment of the invention, the thermal insulation bag storage bin is positioned in the upper door-opening cover plate 3, and the thermal insulation bag 4 is stored through the thermal insulation bag storage bin; the end part of the upward-opening cover plate 3 is provided with a heat preservation bag storage door 33, and the heat preservation bag 4 can be taken or put in through the heat preservation bag storage door 33. When the thermal insulation bag 4 is taken out, the articles in the inner container body 23 can be put into the thermal insulation bag 4, so that the articles needing to be refrigerated and transported can be conveniently transported to the position area where the mobile refrigeration box body is inconvenient to operate. The upper cover plate heat preservation layer 5 covers the inner wall of the upward opening door cover plate 3, and the heat preservation performance of the upward opening door cover plate 3 can be effectively improved through the upper cover plate heat preservation layer 5.
As can be seen from the above description, after the refrigeration box controller 27 is connected with the cloud server through the box body communication module 26, information such as the current temperature and the real-time position of the mobile refrigeration can be transmitted to the cloud server, and the cloud server can also set the target temperature of the mobile refrigeration in the refrigeration box controller 27 through the box body communication module 26. Because the articles to be refrigerated cannot be transported to any position by moving the refrigeration box body, the articles to be refrigerated need to be taken out of the inner container body 23 in some position areas, and the articles to be refrigerated are put into the heat preservation bag 4 after being taken out of the inner container body 23, in order to realize the full tracking of the operation process of the articles to be refrigerated, the condition of the articles put into the heat preservation bag 4 needs to be effectively monitored and tracked.
In order to realize the purpose of monitoring and tracking the thermal insulation bag 4, a thermal insulation bag temperature sensor 48, a thermal insulation bag RFID tag 40, a thermal insulation bag display screen 38, a thermal insulation bag controller 45 and a thermal insulation bag communication module 50 are arranged in the thermal insulation bag 4, wherein the temperature in the thermal insulation bag 4 can be obtained in real time by using the thermal insulation bag temperature sensor 48, namely the temperature state of an article in the thermal insulation bag 4 can be known in real time, the identification information related to the thermal insulation bag 4 can be stored through the thermal insulation bag RFID tag 40, such as an ID number and the like, the thermal insulation bag controller 45 can adopt a common micro-processing chip, the thermal insulation bag controller 45 can be wirelessly connected with a cloud server through the thermal insulation bag communication module 50, the thermal insulation bag communication module 50 can be in the same or detailed communication form with the box body communication module 26, as long as the wireless connection with the cloud server can be met, and the wireless connection with the cloud server is not listed.
When the thermal insulation bag 4 is placed in the thermal insulation bag storage bin, the RFID card reader 29 can read the identity information of the thermal insulation bag in the thermal insulation bag RFID tag 40, the refrigeration box controller 27 transmits the identity information of the thermal insulation bag read by the RFID card reader 29 to the cloud server through the box body communication module 26,
when insulated bag 4 is located the insulated bag and accomodates the storehouse outside, insulated bag controller 45 transmits the current temperature in the insulated bag that insulated bag temperature controller 48 detected to the high in the clouds server in real time through insulated bag communication module 50, and the high in the clouds server can be with the removal refrigeration box at insulated bag 4 place, insulated bag identity information, the current temperature in the insulated bag 4 and the current temperature of removal refrigeration correlation storage. The cloud server stores the mobile refrigeration box body where the heat preservation bag 4 is located, the heat preservation bag identity information of the heat preservation bag 4, the current temperature in the heat preservation bag and the mobile refrigeration current temperature in a correlated mode, and through access and query of the cloud server, effective recording, monitoring and repeated description can be carried out on the whole process of conveying articles for the mobile refrigeration box body and the heat preservation bag 4. Generally, each mobile refrigeration box also has box number information, and the refrigeration box controller 27 can transmit the box number information to the cloud server through the box communication module 26, that is, the cloud server can store the box number information, the identity information of the thermal insulation bag and the like in an associated manner, and the specific associated storage process is well known to those skilled in the art and is not described herein again.
Further, when the control circuit board 1 outputs temperature alarm information through the box alarm 51, the thermal insulation bag controller 45 receives the temperature alarm information transmitted by the control circuit board 1 through the thermal insulation bag communication module 50, and the thermal insulation bag controller 45 outputs the temperature alarm information through the thermal insulation bag alarm 52.
In the embodiment of the invention, the box body communication module 26 is matched with the thermal insulation bag communication module 50, namely the refrigeration box controller 27 can be connected and communicated with the thermal insulation bag controller 45 through the box body communication module 26 and the thermal insulation bag communication module 50, the refrigeration box controller 27 can also transmit temperature alarm information to the thermal insulation bag controller 45 when outputting the temperature alarm information through the box body alarm 51, and the thermal insulation bag controller 45 can output the temperature alarm information through the thermal insulation bag alarm 52 after receiving the temperature alarm information. Therefore, when transporting the refrigerated goods through the thermal insulation bag 4, the receiving party can quickly judge the state of the refrigerated goods in time according to the temperature alarm information output by the thermal insulation bag alarm 52 so as to take effective measures for coping with the situation. The thermal bag alarm 52 can be an alarm indicator light, an audible and visual alarm or other alarm forms, and the thermal bag alarm 52 can also be implemented by the thermal bag display screen 38.
Bag body management authority information is preset in the insulated bag controller 45, and after the insulated bag controller 45 outputs temperature alarm information through the insulated bag alarm 52, if the management authority for eliminating the alarm information is transmitted to the insulated bag controller 45 and is not matched with the bag body management authority in the insulated bag controller 45, the temperature alarm information output by the insulated bag controller 45 through the insulated bag alarm 52 is forbidden to be eliminated.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bag body management authority in the heat-preservation bag controller 45 is similar to the box body management authority, so that the conveying personnel is mainly prevented from actively eliminating the temperature alarm information, and wrong judgment and response measures of the goods receiver are avoided after the temperature alarm information is generated and eliminated. The specific process of setting and managing through bag management authority is well known to those skilled in the art, and is not described herein again.
During concrete implementation, after receiving temperature alarm information, the high in the clouds server can also be to receiving side propelling movement temperature alarm information, in propelling movement temperature alarm information, can also contain insulation bag identity information, removes the identity information of refrigeration box etc. to receiving side can know the condition that influences follow-up normal use appears in the refrigerated goods transportation early. After the temperature alarm information is output by the thermal bag alarm 52, the cloud service can transmit an alarm information elimination instruction to the thermal bag controller 45, so that the thermal bag controller 45 is closed and the temperature alarm information output by the thermal bag alarm 52 is eliminated, and subsequent normal use of the thermal bag 4 is not affected. In addition, after cooling box controller 27 closes and eliminates the temperature alarm information of box alarm 51, if insulated bag 4 accomodates in insulated bag collecting storage, then insulated bag controller 45 can with the mode or other effective mode of cooling box controller 27 communication for insulated bag controller 45 can not pass through insulated bag controller 52 output temperature alarm information, insulated bag controller 45 acquires that cooling box controller 27 closes and eliminates the concrete implementation mode of box alarm 51 output temperature information and can select as required, no longer lists one by one here.
As shown in fig. 7, 8, 9 and 10, the thermal insulation bag 4 includes a lower bag body 34 and an upper bag body 35 matching with the lower bag body 34, and the upper bag body 35 and the lower bag body 34 are connected by a bag body zipper 39; the upper bag body 35 is provided with a bar code 36, and the bar code 36 can be scanned and analyzed when being connected with the cloud server to acquire the mobile refrigeration box body where the thermal insulation bag 4 is stored in the cloud server in a related manner, the thermal insulation bag identity information of the thermal insulation bag 4, the current temperature in the thermal insulation bag and the current temperature of mobile refrigeration.
In the embodiment of the invention, the thermal insulation bag 4 can be divided into the lower bag body 34 and the upper bag body 35 through the bag body zipper 39, and the thermal insulation bag 4 can be opened or closed through the bag body zipper 39. The lower bag body 34 and the upper bag body 35 are in the same structural form, that is, each of the lower bag body and the upper bag body includes an outermost bag body outer layer 43, an innermost reflection layer 41, and an insulation layer 42 between the outermost bag body layer 43 and the reflection layer 41. The bar code 36 arranged on the upper bag body 35 comprises the identity information of the heat preservation bag 4, and when the bar code 36 is analyzed, the bar code can be connected with the cloud server, and the mobile refrigeration box body where the heat preservation bag 4 is located, the identity information of the heat preservation bag 4, the current temperature in the heat preservation bag and the current temperature of mobile refrigeration, which are stored in the cloud server in a correlated manner, are inquired and obtained according to the contained identity information of the heat preservation bag; therefore, when a user receives goods or under other conditions, all record states of the goods needing to be refrigerated in the transportation process can be repeated through scanning the bar codes 36, and the effective tracking of the whole cold chain goods conveying process is realized.

when the thermal insulation bag 4 is located outside the thermal insulation bag storage bin, the power consumption control module 49 transmits low power consumption awakening information to the thermal insulation bag controller 45, and the thermal insulation bag controller 45 enables the thermal insulation bag temperature sensor 48, the thermal insulation bag display screen 38 and the thermal insulation bag communication module 50 to enter a normal working state according to the low power consumption awakening information.

Use power consumption control module 49 to adopt the embodiment of light sensor as the example, insulated bag controller 45 still is connected with the light sensor who is used for detecting insulated bag 4 place environment illumination intensity, light sensor will detect in insulated bag 4's the current illumination intensity transmits insulated bag controller 45, when insulated bag 4's current illumination intensity is less than the illumination intensity threshold value in insulated bag controller 45, insulated bag controller 45 makes insulated bag temperature sensor 48, insulated bag display screen 38 and insulated bag communication module 50 get into the low-power consumption state.
In the embodiment of the invention, the RFID tag 40 of the heat preservation bag is positioned in the upper bag body 35, the display screen 38 of the bag body is positioned on the front surface of the lower bag body 34, the controller 45 of the heat preservation bag, the communication module 50 of the heat preservation bag, the temperature sensor 48 of the heat preservation bag and the illumination sensor are all positioned on the control board 44 of the heat preservation bag and are powered by the battery 47 of the heat preservation bag on the control board 44 of the heat preservation bag, the controller 45 of the heat preservation bag is connected with the battery 47 of the heat preservation bag through the power management unit 46, and the effective management of the charging and discharging processes of the battery 47 of the heat preservation bag is realized through the power management unit 46; the management process of the charging and discharging process of the thermal bag battery 47 by the power management unit 46 is well known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described herein. In specific implementation, the temperature measuring head end of the thermal insulation bag temperature sensor 48 directly measures the real temperature in the thermal insulation bag 4 after penetrating through the reflective layer 41, and the bag body display screen 38 can display the real temperature by using an LED.
Because the insulated bag 4 is when being accomodate in upward-opening cover plate 3, need not to measure, show information such as the temperature in insulated bag 4, therefore, detect the current illumination intensity of insulated bag 4 place environment through light sensor, the illumination intensity threshold value in insulated bag controller 45 can preset as required, when current illumination intensity is less than the illumination intensity threshold value, then think insulated bag 4 is in and accomodate in upward-opening cover plate 3, at this moment, insulated bag controller 45 makes insulated bag temperature sensor 48, insulated bag display screen 38 and insulated bag communication module 50 get into the low-power consumption state, even make whole insulated bag 4 all reach and get into the low-power consumption state, when insulated bag 4 is in the low-power consumption state, only remain basic function of awakening up, in order to reduce the consumption of insulated bag battery 47 energy, effectively improve insulated bag 4's use reliability. And when the current illumination intensity is higher than the illumination intensity threshold value, the thermal insulation bag 4 is considered to be positioned outside the upward opening cover plate 3, and at this moment, the thermal insulation bag controller 45 starts the work of the thermal insulation bag temperature sensor 48 and the like so as to monitor the temperature and the like of the thermal insulation bag 4 in the working process. The illumination sensor can be realized by adopting a photosensitive resistor and the like, and during specific implementation, a thermal insulation bag positioning module can be further arranged on the thermal insulation bag control panel 44, and the position and the transportation route of the refrigerated goods transported through the thermal insulation bag 4 are obtained through the thermal insulation bag positioning module.
The invention can transmit the current temperature of the mobile refrigeration to the control circuit board 1 at the box body temperature sensor 6, and the control circuit board 1 can compare the received current temperature of the mobile refrigeration with the target temperature of the mobile refrigeration to obtain the current temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration; if remove the present difference in temperature of refrigeration and be greater than the removal refrigeration and allow the difference in temperature, and remove when the duration that the present difference in temperature of refrigeration is greater than the removal refrigeration and allow the difference in temperature is not less than the removal refrigeration difference in temperature time, control circuit board 1 passes through box alarm 51 output temperature alarm information, thereby can lead to the condition of cold-stored goods rotten or damage to the deviation appears in the transportation process, can be to the traceing back of cold-stored goods transportation overall process state, satisfy the inquiry to the arbitrary transport state of cold-stored goods, intelligent degree is high, safety and reliability.
Claims (5)
1. An intelligent refrigerated goods conveying system with temperature alarm comprises a movable refrigeration box body; the method is characterized in that: the movable refrigeration box body comprises a box main body (17) and an upper opening cover plate (3) matched with the box main body (17); an inner container body (23) used for containing refrigerated goods and a box body temperature sensor (6) used for detecting the current temperature in the inner container body (23) are arranged at the upper part in the box main body (17), the box body temperature sensor (6) is electrically connected with a control circuit board (1) used for controlling the working state of the movable refrigeration box body, and the control circuit board (1) is also electrically connected with a box body alarm (51) used for outputting alarm information;
a mobile refrigeration target temperature, a mobile refrigeration allowable temperature difference and a mobile refrigeration temperature difference time are preset in the control circuit board (1), the box body temperature sensor (6) can transmit the mobile refrigeration current temperature to the control circuit board (1), and the control circuit board (1) can compare the received mobile refrigeration current temperature with the mobile refrigeration target temperature to obtain the mobile refrigeration current temperature difference; if the current temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration is larger than the allowable temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration, and the duration time that the current temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration is larger than the allowable temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration is not less than the time of the temperature difference of the mobile refrigeration, the control circuit board (1) outputs temperature alarm information through the box body alarm (51);
a heat preservation bag storage bin for storing a heat preservation bag (4) is arranged in the upper door-opening cover plate (3), and an upper cover plate heat preservation layer (5) is laid on the inner surface of the upper door-opening cover plate (3);
the heat-preservation bag (4) comprises a heat-preservation bag controller (45) used for controlling the working process of the heat-preservation bag (4) and a heat-preservation bag alarm (52) used for outputting alarm information, the heat-preservation bag controller (45) is connected with a heat-preservation bag communication module (50) used for communicating with the control circuit board (1), when the control circuit board (1) outputs the temperature alarm information through the box alarm (51), the heat-preservation bag controller (45) receives the temperature alarm information transmitted by the control circuit board (1) through the heat-preservation bag communication module (50), and the heat-preservation bag controller (45) outputs the temperature alarm information through the heat-preservation bag alarm (52);
a refrigeration component is arranged below the inner container body (23), is positioned in the box main body (17) and is electrically connected with the control circuit board (1);
a side wall heat preservation layer (7) is arranged at the upper part in the box main body (17), the side wall heat preservation layer (7) wraps the inner container body (23), the box body temperature sensor (6) is installed on the inner container body (23) through the side wall heat preservation layer (7), the temperature measurement head end of the box body temperature sensor (6) penetrates through the side wall of the inner container body (23), the temperature measurement head end of the box body temperature sensor (6) is flush with the side wall of the inner container body (23), and the box body temperature sensor (6) is electrically connected with the control circuit board (1);
the control circuit board (1) can compare the current temperature of the mobile refrigeration collected by the box body temperature sensor (6) with the target temperature of the mobile refrigeration; when the current temperature of the mobile refrigeration is not matched with the target temperature of the mobile refrigeration, the control circuit board (1) adjusts the working state of the refrigeration assembly until the current temperature of the mobile refrigeration is matched with the target temperature of the mobile refrigeration;
a box battery (10) for providing working electric energy for the mobile refrigeration box is arranged on a bottom plate (25) in the box main body (17);
the control circuit board (1) comprises a refrigeration box controller (27), the refrigeration assembly and the box body power supply (10) are connected with the refrigeration box controller (27), the refrigeration box controller (27) is also connected with an RFID card reader (29) used for reading a corresponding temperature value of the temperature label, and the refrigeration box controller (27) sets the temperature value read by the RFID card reader (29) as a mobile refrigeration target temperature;
the control circuit board (1) further comprises a box body communication module (26) for wireless data transmission, and the refrigeration box controller (27) is connected with the cloud server through the box body communication module (26); the refrigeration box controller (27) transmits the mobile refrigeration current temperature detected by the box body temperature sensor (6) to the cloud server in real time through the box body communication module (26), and the cloud server can adjust the mobile refrigeration target temperature in the control circuit board (1) through the box body communication module (26);
a heat preservation bag storage bin for storing a heat preservation bag (4) is arranged in the upward opening door cover plate (3), and an upper cover plate heat preservation layer (5) is laid on the inner surface of the upward opening door cover plate (3);
the thermal insulation bag (4) comprises a thermal insulation bag temperature sensor (48) for detecting the current temperature in the thermal insulation bag (4), a thermal insulation bag RFID tag (40) for storing identity information of the thermal insulation bag (4), a thermal insulation bag display screen (38) for displaying the real-time temperature of the thermal insulation bag (4) and a thermal insulation bag controller (45) for controlling the working state of the thermal insulation bag (4), wherein the thermal insulation bag temperature sensor (48) and the thermal insulation bag display screen (38) are both electrically connected with the thermal insulation bag controller (45), and the thermal insulation bag controller (45) can be connected with a cloud server through a thermal insulation bag communication module (50);
when the insulated bag (4) is placed in the insulated bag storage bin, the RFID card reader (29) can read the insulated bag identity information in the insulated bag RFID tag (40), the refrigeration box controller (27) transmits the insulated bag identity information read by the RFID card reader (29) to the cloud server through the box body communication module (26),
when insulated bag (4) are located the insulated bag and accomodate the storehouse outside, insulated bag controller (45) transmit the current temperature in the insulated bag that insulated bag temperature controller (48) detected to high in the clouds server in real time through insulated bag communication module (50), and high in the clouds server can be with the removal refrigeration box at insulated bag (4) place, insulated bag identity information, the current temperature in the insulated bag and the current temperature of removal refrigeration of insulated bag (4) relevance storage.
