Abstract
本发明提供的是一种多用途冷热风热泵,目的是解决大型改进型粮食储备仓的二次干燥、降温杀虫的需要和大中型干谷机节能干燥等干燥设备的配套使用目的;主要改造特征是将热泵的风冷式冷凝器和蒸发器相对合封闭组装在平板上,并分别在双侧进风口安装抽压风机及中间预留进气空间和开关阀门组合构成,适合相关用户推广应用,更适合国家粮食储备库配套改造环保储粮仓配套应用。
Description
技术领域:本发明是一种多用途冷热风热泵,尤其是专用于大型干燥保存粮仓、降温保粮方面的多用途冷热风热泵,属储粮中低温干燥设备领域。
背景技术:热泵用于干燥物品,或者用于空调和空气能等领域已经很长时间了,但经过改装为可以冷热风合并用于干燥谷物和冷热风单独应用,用于升级改造后的粮仓降温、二次干燥、蒸发中药杀虫防虫领域的多用途热泵尚未有发明前例,这便是本发明的动机目的。
发明内容:为了满足环保储粮的配合使用目的,实现环保储粮、低温低湿长期储存标准,采用传统的热泵装置改装为可以冷热风合并送风进入干谷仓实现高效节能的干燥效果,还可以单独利用冷风送入粮仓循环降温降湿实现低温低湿储存谷物的目的和单独利用热风蒸发中药杀虫药液送入粮仓循环除湿杀虫,实现低毒杀虫无残留有害物质的目的。
具体实施方案:为了实现发明内容,将热泵或冷冻机组进行改装,其特征是:将热泵的风冷式冷凝器和蒸发器相对侧装于平板面上,中间预留进风空间,进风空间的两侧安装开关门或一侧安装开关阀另一侧封闭。开关阀门与自动电磁控制器电连接。进风空间的面上封面板,在冷凝器和蒸发器的进风口分别安装抽压风机,并分别与自动温控装置电连接,并在抽压风机的出风口连接导风管,两台冷凝和蒸发器分别按常规连接压缩机等部件后构成多用途冷热风热泵机组。热泵的两台抽压风机可同时起动使用,并可分别通过连通的导风管把冷热风输送到用户所需的地方,如空调房间、粮仓内、干谷机、干燥房室内等。也可以合并把冷热风由冷凝器出风口安装的抽压风机单独抽送到用户使用地点,如二次干燥粮仓、木材干燥房或其它物品干燥装置内。
积极效果:本发明具备有多种用途功能,能满足空调、干燥除湿、循环蒸发药气、降低能源等使用要求和预定目的,为实现环保储粮、无毒杀虫、节约电能和成本等储多目标提供了可靠的配套机器装置,适合于广大用户和专业生产厂家选用和生产。

1.多用途冷热风热泵,在传统的热泵装置的基础上改造其特征是:将热泵的风冷式冷凝器和蒸发器相对侧装于平板面上,中间预留进风空间,进风空间的两侧安装开关门或一侧安装开关阀另一侧封闭;开关阀门与自动电磁控制器电连接;进风空间的面上封面板,在冷凝器和蒸发器的进风口分别安装抽压风机,并分别与自动温控装置电连接,并在抽压风机的出风口连接导风管,两台冷凝和蒸发器分别按常规连接压缩机等部件后构成多用途冷热风热泵机组。。
