Abstract

本发明公开了一种横向转动式波浪发电设备,包括固定于水底的基座,基座上设有可绕轴横向转动的摆页,摆页为刚性薄板,其厚度方向截面形状为英文字母“C”形,两端部通过棘轮结构可单向转动的套接在左半轴和右半轴上;发电机以发电机转轴的轴线竖直的方向固定在横梁上;横梁上还设有主传动齿轮固定架,将主传动齿轮以竖直的方向可转动的固定在发电机转轴下方,且主传动齿轮的齿轮轴与发电机转轴轴向连接;所述主传动齿轮为圆锥齿轮;所述左半轴的右侧端轴向的设有左传动齿轮,右半轴的左侧端轴向的设有右传动齿轮,左传动齿轮与右传动齿轮均为圆锥齿轮,且该两个传动齿轮均与主传动齿轮啮合。本发明的有益效果是:拥有较高发电效率。

横向转动式波浪发电设备
技术领域
本发明涉及新能源技术领域,具体是一种横向转动式波浪发电设备。
背景技术
大海中的波浪永不停歇的上下翻滚。利用波浪中贮存的势能来发电,既不受天气状况限制,也不受时间限制,可以永久性的进行发电,对于海岸线漫长、域内海洋面积广阔的中国来说,具有特别的优势。中国专利文献CN104564505A,于2013年10月22日公开了“一种叶板滚筒式海浪发电机”,设置正五边形滚筒浮箱,在正五边形滚筒浮箱的外围五个角上对应设置叶板,共有5个叶板与正五边形滚筒浮箱刚性连接,在五边形滚筒浮箱的左侧板与右侧板的中心设置中心轴孔对,永磁发电机的永磁发电机左轴与右轴固定安装在中心轴孔对上,永磁发电机的外壳刚性连接连杆,连杆下端刚性连接发电摆箱,在发电摆箱中依次设置有整流器、蓄电瓶与交流逆变器,在左锚链与右锚链的牵扯下,海浪推动正五边形滚筒浮箱的叶板,使正五边形滚筒浮箱发生转动,在重力作用下发电摆箱摆动,永磁发电机转动发电,经连接电缆连接到整流器中,整流为直流电再连接到蓄电瓶中存储,后经交流逆变器转换为交流电经输出电能。该技术方案的转动部分重量较大,在较小的波浪下难以推动旋转,发电临界点较高;仅利用了波浪的单向动能,利用效率不高。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是,现有波浪发电设备的发电效率比较低,从而提供一种拥有较高发电效率的横向转动式波浪发电设备。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种横向转动式波浪发电设备,包括固定于水底的基座,基座上设有可绕轴横向转动的摆页,所述基座上竖直的设有左立柱和右立柱,左立柱上水平可转动的设有左半轴,右立柱上水平可转动的设有右半轴,该两个半轴的轴线重合;所述摆页为刚性薄板,其厚度方向截面形状为英文字母“C”形,两端部通过棘轮结构可单向转动的套接在左半轴和右半轴上,且所述摆页的质点位于该两个半轴轴线的水平位置以下;左立柱和右立柱的端部以横梁横跨连接,发电机以发电机转轴的轴线竖直的方向固定在横梁上;横梁上还设有主传动齿轮固定架,将主传动齿轮以齿轮轴的轴线竖直的方向可转动的固定在发电机转轴下方,且主传动齿轮的齿轮轴与发电机转轴轴向连接;所述主传动齿轮为圆锥齿轮;所述左半轴的右侧端轴向的设有左传动齿轮,右半轴的左侧端轴向的设有右传动齿轮,左传动齿轮与右传动齿轮均为圆锥齿轮,且该两个传动齿轮均与主传动齿轮啮合。
本技术方案设计了一个可以在横向转动的摆页,摆页被固定在同轴线的左右两个半轴上,可以绕半轴的轴线往复摆动,用来捕捉波浪的能量。摆页的摆动带动两个半轴的转动,半轴的内侧端各设有一个传动齿轮,该两个传动齿轮与主传动齿轮均为圆锥齿轮,构成一个圆锥齿轮系统,两个传动齿轮均与主传动齿轮啮合,在摆页转动时推动主传动齿轮向一个方向转动,主传动齿轮与发电机转轴轴向连接,推动发电机转轴转动,实现发电。为了提高发电效率,本方案中为两个半轴上各设计了一个棘轮结构,摆页在摆动时,始终有一侧的半轴受到摆页的推动产生旋转,对应在主传动齿轮上,就是无论摆页向哪里摆动,主传动齿轮都能受到两个传动齿轮之一的推动,产生转动。经过这样的设计,无论波浪来自什么方向,只要能将摆页推动至摆动起来,就能实现发电,能量利用效率更高
作为优选,所述第一传动齿轮的齿轮轴的端部设有轴向的盲孔,发电机转轴间隙的套接在该盲孔内,且发电机转轴与盲孔内壁之间以卷簧连接。摆页摆动至两个折返点时,会出现主传动齿轮间歇的停转,本方案使用卷簧连接主传动齿轮的齿轮轴与发电机转轴,将这种间歇式的转动转化为更为均匀的转动,有助于发电机稳定工作,提升发电效率。另一方面,在水面波浪较大的恶劣环境下,以卷簧作为力传递的中介,可以保护发电机。
作为优选,所述基座在半轴轴向上的横截面的端部与所述摆页的横截面的底部间隙适配。本方案将基座顶端与摆页下端之间设计为间隙配合,可以更好的将波浪的能量集中到摆页上,增加可供利用的波浪能量。
作为优选,所述基座在半轴轴向上的横截面的外轮廓为弧线或光滑过渡的多段弧线。本方案对基座迎向波浪的一面设计成表面光滑的斜面,可以减少波浪在基座上消耗能量,增大涌起的波浪携带的能量,进而增加可供利用的波浪能量。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:拥有较高传动效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
如图1所示的实施例,为一种横向转动式波浪发电设备,包括在水面下设有锚定的基座2,基座的长度方向垂直于波浪在水面上移动的方向,基座的横截面的外轮廓为若干光滑过渡的圆弧。
如图2所示,基座在长度方向的两端上分别设有左立柱4和右立柱5,左立柱上水平可转动的设有左半轴6,右立柱上水平可转动的设有右半轴7,该两个半轴的轴线重合;在左半轴和右半轴上可转动的套接有摆页1,摆页为刚性薄板,本例选用的是PVC板,摆页厚度方向截面形状为英文字母“C”形,“C”形两端部套接在左半轴和右半轴上。每个半轴上均设置有棘轮齿外凸的棘轮,摆页的套接区域相应的设置有棘轮齿内凸的棘轮,两个棘轮匹配的套接在一起构成一组棘轮组,左右两侧共两组棘轮组,使摆页在绕半轴任意摆动时,可以推动两半轴的其中之一转动,同时又不会受到另一侧棘轮组的限制。摆页的质点位于该两个半轴轴线的水平位置以下,靠近水平面的位置。左立柱和右立柱的端部以横梁9横跨连接,发电机3固定在横梁上,发电机转轴向下设置,轴线方向竖直;横梁上还设有主传动齿轮固定架10,将主传动齿轮11以齿轮轴的轴线竖直的方向可转动的固定在发电机转轴下方;主传动齿轮为圆锥齿轮。左半轴的右侧端轴向的设有左传动齿轮12,右半轴的左侧端轴向的设有右传动齿轮13,左传动齿轮与右传动齿轮均为圆锥齿轮,且该两个传动齿轮均与主传动齿轮啮合。基座的端部与摆页的底部之间仅留下细小的间隙,以更好的将波浪的能量集中到摆页上,增加可供利用的波浪能量。主传动齿轮的齿轮轴下端设有轴向的盲孔,发电机转轴间隙的套接在该盲孔内,且发电机转轴与盲孔内壁之间以卷簧14连接。
本例的一种横向转动式波浪发电设备,可以被放置在浅海海浪幅度稳定的海区,基座置于海底,摆页所处的高度与波浪15的高度适配。如图3所示,当波浪的波峰部分由左至右运动,拍打到摆页时,摆页绕半轴的轴线向右上摆动,两个半轴中的其中一侧被摆页带动发生旋转,该侧的传动齿轮转动,推动竖直的主传动齿轮向一个方向转动,进而带动发电机转轴转动,从而实现发电。当摆页处于波浪的波谷部分时,受重力影响,摆页由右上方向左下方回摆,带动另一侧的半轴转动,另一侧的传动齿轮转动,推动竖直的主传动齿轮向同一个方向转动,进而带动发电机转轴转动,从而实现发电。摆页受波浪推动,在波峰波谷之间不断的往复摆动,就不断的推动主传动齿轮转动,并通过卷簧稳定的将扭矩传递给发电机转轴,实现持续的发电。

Claims (4)

1.一种横向转动式波浪发电设备,包括固定于水底的基座(2),基座上设有可绕轴横向转动的摆页(1),其特征是,所述基座上竖直的设有左立柱(4)和右立柱(5),左立柱上水平可转动的设有左半轴(6),右立柱上水平可转动的设有右半轴(7),该两个半轴的轴线重合;所述摆页为刚性薄板,其厚度方向截面形状为英文字母“C”形,两端部通过棘轮结构(8)可单向转动的套接在左半轴和右半轴上,且所述摆页的质点位于该两个半轴轴线的水平位置以下;左立柱和右立柱的端部以横梁(9)横跨连接,发电机(3)以发电机转轴的轴线竖直的方向固定在横梁上;横梁上还设有主传动齿轮固定架(10),将主传动齿轮(11)以齿轮轴的轴线竖直的方向可转动的固定在发电机转轴下方,且主传动齿轮的齿轮轴与发电机转轴轴向连接;所述主传动齿轮为圆锥齿轮;所述左半轴的右侧端轴向的设有左传动齿轮(12),右半轴的左侧端轴向的设有右传动齿轮(13),左传动齿轮与右传动齿轮均为圆锥齿轮,且该两个传动齿轮均与主传动齿轮啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种横向转动式波浪发电设备,其特征是,所述第一传动齿轮的齿轮轴的端部设有轴向的盲孔,发电机转轴间隙的套接在该盲孔内,且发电机转轴与盲孔内壁之间以卷簧(14)连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种横向转动式波浪发电设备,其特征是,所述基座在半轴轴向上的横截面的端部与所述摆页的横截面的底部间隙适配。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种横向转动式波浪发电设备,其特征是,所述基座在半轴轴向上的横截面的外轮廓为弧线或光滑过渡的多段弧线。
