技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型轻质钢结构板材。
背景技术
钢,是对含碳量质量百分比介于0.02%至2.11%之间的铁碳合金的统称。钢的化学成分可以有很大变化,只含碳元素的钢称为碳素钢(碳钢)或普通钢;在实际生产中,钢往往根据用途的不同含有不同的合金元素,比如:锰、镍、钒等等。人类对钢的应用和研究历史相当悠久,但是直到19世纪贝氏炼钢法发明之前,钢的制取都是一项高成本低效率的工作。如今,钢以其低廉的价格、可靠的性能成为世界上使用最多的材料之一,是建筑业、制造业和人们日常生活中不可或缺的成分。可以说钢是现代社会的物质基础。
轻质隔钢体是一种新型节能墙材料,它是一种外型象空心楼板一样的墙材,但是它两边有公母隼槽,安装时只需将板材立起,公、母隼涂上少量嵌缝砂浆后对拼装起来即可。它是由无害化磷石膏、轻质钢渣、粉煤灰等多种工业废渣组成,经变频蒸汽加压养护而成。轻质隔钢体具有质量轻、强度高、多重环保、保温隔热、隔音、呼吸调湿、防火、快速施工、降低钢体成本等优点;重量只有实心砖墙的八分之一、强度达到C30、热传导率只有实心砖墙的三分之一、声波传导率只有实心砖墙的四分之一、自动调整室内空气湿度、节约工业废渣所侵占的土地、杜绝工业废渣对空气及水源的污染、节约钢体成本的百分之十五至二十、提高施工工效三倍至五倍。另外,由于它是利用无害化处理的磷石膏进行湿法生产,不需要对磷石膏进行脱水及烘干处理,所以不需要昂贵的设备投入,故此可以说轻质隔钢体技术的问世将揭开磷石膏综合利用的新篇章,具有突出的环保意义。改性轻质隔钢体是以轻烧氧化镁、氯化镁、硅、钙等复合胶凝材料为主体,通过添加自主研发的济南镁嘉图GX-V系列菱镁改性剂,掺入粉煤灰等工业废渣,加入农作物秸秆等植物纤维制成的高强轻质钢体材料。内层装有合理布局的隔热、吸声的无机发泡型材或其他保温材料,钢体经流水线浇注、整平、科学养护而成,生产自动化程度高,规格品种多。钢,是对含碳量质量百分比介于0.02%至2.11%之间的铁碳合金的统称。钢的化学成分可以有很大变化,只含碳元素的钢称为碳素钢(碳钢)或普通钢;在实际生产中,钢往往根据用途的不同含有不同的合金元素,比如:锰、镍、钒等等。人类对钢的应用和研究历史相当悠久,但是直到19世纪贝氏炼钢法发明之前,钢的制取都是一项高成本低效率的工作。如今,钢以其低廉的价格、可靠的性能成为世界上使用最多的材料之一,是建筑业、制造业和人们日常生活中不可或缺的成分。可以说钢是现代社会的物质基础。中华人民共和国国家标准GB/T 13304-91《钢分类》描述:“以铁为主要元素、含碳量一般在2%以下,并含有其他元素的材料。”其中的一般是指除铬钢外的其他钢种,部分铬钢的含碳量允许大于2%。含碳量大于2%的铁合金是铸铁。其他国际标准如ISO 4948或EN 10020中对钢的定义也与此类似。严格地说,钢是含碳量在0.0218%-2.11[1]%之间的铁碳合金。我们通常将其与铁合称为钢铁,为了保证其韧性和塑性,含碳量一般不超过1.7%。钢的主要元素除铁、碳外,还有硅、锰、硫、磷等。其它成分是为了使钢材性能有所区别。以下以字母顺序列出重要的钢材。现有的新型轻质钢结构板材抗震能力差,耐磨性能差,钢体重量重,结构不够坚固。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗震能力强,耐磨性能好,钢体重量轻,结构坚固的新型轻质钢结构板材。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:

具体实施方式
如图1-图3所示,一种新型轻质钢结构板材,包括基座1、立柱2和钢体3,所述基座1呈梯形,所述基座1上设置有凹槽4,所述凹槽4内设置有第一减震装置5,所述第一减震装置5与立柱2连接,所述立柱2下端设置有支撑板6,所述支撑板6下端设置有第二减震装置7,所述第二减震装置7与支撑板6连接,所述立柱2上端设置有弹簧8,所述弹簧8上端与屋顶9连接,所述弹簧8下端与立柱2连接,所述钢体3与立柱2连接,所述钢体3分为防水层10、防火层11和隔音层12。
所述支撑板6与立柱2一体成型,提高了结构的整体性。
所述弹簧8为不锈钢弹簧,使用寿命长。
所述防火层11中设置有加强筋13,使钢体3更加坚固。
所述隔音层12中设置有空腔14,降低了钢体3的重量,安装更为方便。
所述防火层11为膨胀珍珠岩层,提高了钢体3的耐磨性能。
所述弹簧8设有一个以上,提高了屋顶9的抗震能力。
使用方法:将基座1埋入土中,把立柱2安装在基座1上,然后开始安装钢体3与屋顶9,屋顶9安装完成后用弹簧8将屋顶9与立柱2连接,完成安装。

1.一种新型轻质钢结构板材,其特征在于:包括基座、立柱和钢体,所述基座呈梯形,所述基座上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽内设置有第一减震装置,所述第一减震装置与立柱连接,所述立柱下端设置有支撑板,所述支撑板下端设置有第二减震装置,所述第二减震装置与支撑板连接,所述立柱上端设置有弹簧,所述弹簧上端与屋顶连接,所述弹簧下端与立柱连接,所述钢体与立柱连接,所述钢体分为防水层、防火层和隔音层。
2.根据权利要求1所述新型轻质钢结构板材,其特征在于:所述支撑板与立柱一体成型。
3.根据权利要求2所述新型轻质钢结构板材,其特征在于:所述弹簧为不锈钢弹簧。
4.根据权利要求3所述新型轻质钢结构板材,其特征在于:所述防火层中设置有加强筋。
5.根据权利要求4所述新型轻质钢结构板材,其特征在于:所述隔音层中设置有空腔。
6.根据权利要求5所述新型轻质钢结构板材,其特征在于:所述防火层为膨胀珍珠岩层。
7.根据权利要求6所述新型轻质钢结构板材,其特征在于:所述弹簧设有一个以上。
