The invention provides a middle-row seat mounting structure which comprises a rear floor, a first middle-row seat reinforcing plate, a second middle-row seat reinforcing plate, seat mounting nuts and a rear floor beam, wherein the first middle-row seat reinforcing plate is arranged on the rear floor and the rear floor beam respectively, the second middle-row seat reinforcing plate is arranged on the first middle-row seat reinforcing plate, and the seat mounting nuts are arranged on the second middle-row seat reinforcing plate. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the force of the seat mounting nuts can be transmitted to the rear floor and the rear floor cross member through the first middle-row seat reinforcing plate and the second middle-row seat reinforcing plate, and the failure risk of welding spots near the seat mounting nuts can be reduced.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a middle-row seat mounting structure includes a rear floor 1, a first middle-row seat reinforcement plate 2, a second middle-row seat reinforcement plate 3, seat mounting nuts 4, and a rear floor cross member 5, wherein the first middle-row seat reinforcement plate 2 is provided on the rear floor 1 and the rear floor cross member 5, respectively, the second middle-row seat reinforcement plate 3 is provided on the first middle-row seat reinforcement plate 2, and the seat mounting nuts 4 are provided on the second middle-row seat reinforcement plate 3.
