Abstract

本发明公开了一种地垫,包括无纺层,所述无纺层的正面编织有织物层,在无纺层的背面间隔复合有凹凸层。本发明得到的一种地垫,由于织物层与地面产生了部分直接接触面,提高了地垫对地面的吸水性,杜绝了因地面有水而产生地垫发滑问题,提高了防滑效果,同时也大大节省了复合材料,降低了成本,并且由于地垫的双面都透气,也使地垫清洗后快速干燥,方便甩干。上述地垫经测试发现,防滑性和脱水性均优于背面满铺防滑层的地垫,同时该间隔复合的凹凸层经水洗50次以上不脱落。

Description

一种地垫及其生产设备和生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地垫及其生产设备和生产方法。
背景技术
目前地垫的背面整体复合了塑胶层,以用于防滑,但这种结构的地垫使得地垫下面的水无法被织物层所吸收,从而导致地垫因水而产生滑移,引起不安全使用。而且这种地垫清洗后由于织物层与塑胶层之间不透气,导致地垫难以甩干,容易滋生细菌。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种兼顾吸水性和防滑性的地垫以及该种地垫的生产设备和生产方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的地垫,包括无纺层,所述无纺层的正面编织有织物层,在无纺层的背面间隔复合有凹凸层。所述的凹凸层可以采用塑胶材料,如市场上可售的PVC、TPR、TRE、PU、TPU和ABS材料等,或者是橡胶材料,如市场上可售的天然橡胶、合成橡胶材料等,其它特殊防滑材料均可实现本专利技术。
所述的间隔复合有凹凸层是条状分布在无纺层上。
为了获得更好的防滑效果,所述的间隔复合有凹凸层是独立的几何形状间隔分布在无纺层上。其中所述的独立的几何形状包括S型、菱形、长方形、圆形、正方形、水波浪形。
上述地垫的生产设备,包括放卷装置、挤出机、压碾复合装置和收卷装置,所述压碾复合装置由上辊轴和下辊轴组成,其中上辊轴上设有凹凸坑洞,所述挤出机设置在压碾复合装置的上方,在挤出机的底部设有出料板,在出料板上间隔设置有楔形出料口,所述楔形出料口的倾斜角度为30度~45度。
一种应用上述生产设备来生产地垫的生产方法,包括以下步骤:将制作凹凸层的原材料放入到挤出机的进料口,然后经螺杆加热后从挤出机上间隔设置的楔形出料口出来,并垂直落到压碾复合装置的上辊轴上,同时将已经编织到无纺层上的纺织层从放卷装置运行到压碾复合装置的下辊轴上,接着进行辊压并在无纺层的背面形成间隔设置的凹凸层,最后收卷。所述挤出机中的螺杆温度为160℃~180℃;所述压碾复合装置的压力力矩通过螺杆调节,非气缸或油压。当纺织层的毛高0.5-2.5CM时,压力力矩为10-20MPA;当纺织层的毛高2.5-5CM时,压力力矩为30-50MPA。
本发明所保护的地垫,其生产方法除了上述压碾工艺能实现外,其他的如挤出定型(非压碾)工艺、喷涂工艺、转移复合工艺、粘贴复合工艺等技术实现生产出该地垫。
本发明得到的一种地垫,由于织物层与地面产生了部分直接接触面,提高了地垫对地面的吸水性,杜绝了因地面有水而产生地垫发滑问题,提高了防滑效果,同时也大大节省了复合材料,降低了成本,并且由于地垫的双面都透气,也使地垫清洗后快速干燥,方便甩干。上述地垫经测试发现,防滑性和脱水性均优于背面满铺防滑层的地垫,同时该间隔复合的凹凸层经水洗50次以上不脱落。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例:
如图1、图2所示,本实施例提供的一种地垫,包括无纺层2,所述无纺层2的正面编织有织物层1,在无纺层2的背面间隔复合有凹凸层3。所述的凹凸层3可以采用塑胶材料,如市场上可售的PVC、TPR、TRE、PU、TPU和ABS材料等,或者是橡胶材料,如市场上可售的天然橡胶、合成橡胶材料等,其它特殊防滑材料均可实现本专利技术。
所述的间隔复合有凹凸层3是条状分布在无纺层2上。
为了获得更好的防滑效果,所述的间隔复合有凹凸层3是独立的几何形状间隔分布在无纺层2上。其中所述的独立的几何形状为长方形。
在具体使用过程中,该地垫由于两面吸水,可以及时的吸收地面上的水,从而防止地垫因水产生滑移,提高了地垫的防滑性能。
如图3、图4所示,上述地垫的生产设备,包括放卷装置4、挤出机5、压碾复合装置6和收卷装置7,所述压碾复合装置6由上辊轴8和下辊轴9组成,其中上辊轴8上设有凹凸坑洞,所述挤出机5设置在压碾复合装置6的上方,在挤出机5的底部设有出料板10,在出料板10上间隔设置有楔形出料口11,所述楔形出料口11的倾斜角度为30度~45度。
一种应用上述生产设备来生产地垫的生产方法,包括以下步骤:将制作凹凸层3的原材料放入到挤出机5的进料口,然后经螺杆加热后从挤出机5上间隔设置的楔形出料口11出来,并垂直落到压碾复合装置6的上辊轴8上,同时将已经编织到无纺层2上的纺织层1从放卷装置4运行到压碾复合装置6的下辊轴9上,接着进行辊压并在无纺层2的背面形成间隔设置的凹凸层3,最后收卷。所述挤出机5中的螺杆温度为160℃~180℃;所述压碾复合装置6压力力矩通过螺杆调节,当纺织层1毛高0.5-2.5CM时,压力力矩为10-20MPA;当纺织层1毛高2.5-5CM时,压力力矩为30-50MPA。
下面对本实施例获得的间隔设置凹凸层的地垫进行实验测试:
实验一为防滑实验,即将两块相同质量、相同大小的间隔设置凹凸层的地垫(Ⅰ)以及市面上在售的背面满铺防滑层的地垫(Ⅱ)放在地板或者瓷砖上,同时在正面压上相同质量的重物,然后用力进行牵拉,记录最后将地垫产生滑动所需的力;接着在背面铺上一层水,重复上述实验,记录最后将地垫产生滑动所需的力,实验数据如下:
第一组实验数据对比可知,间隔设置凹凸层的地垫(Ⅰ)的防滑性在地面上没有水时与背面满铺防滑层的地垫(Ⅱ)差不多,但当地面铺满水时明显优于背面满铺防滑层的地垫(Ⅱ)。
实验二为脱水实验,即先将两块相同大小的间隔设置凹凸层的地垫(Ⅰ)以及市面上在售的背面满铺防滑层的地垫(Ⅱ)称好各自的重量,并记录重量差,然后用水浸湿,接着脱水甩干,记录最后两块地垫的质量差,实验数据如下:
第二组实验数据说明,间隔设置凹凸层的地垫(Ⅰ)的在浸湿后相同时间内比背面满铺防滑层的地垫(Ⅱ)更易甩干,脱水性更好。
实验三为防滑条水洗粘合力及防滑条形状实验,即将4块尺寸大小、材质、防滑条重量和纺织层厚度(毛高:2.2CM)均相同的条件下,进行不同压碾力矩复合的地垫,通过滚筒洗衣机设定常规洗涤方法,然后记录每次洗好后防滑胶条的粘合情况,实验数据如下:力矩单位:MPA
第三组实验数据说明,压碾复合装置技术为通过上千次实验,使用螺杆调节力矩参数实现的,而非气缸或油压,是该地垫能满足水洗50次以上不脱胶的必要质量条件。
实验四为挤出机出料板实验,即将四块出料板的出料口尺寸相同,两种不同形状斜度的比较实验,实验数据如下:
第四组实验数据说明,出料板(10)与楔形出料口(11)设备技术是通过大量实验获得,创造出能满足生产工艺要求的出料板倾斜角度为30度~45度的楔形出料口。

Claims (8)

1.一种地垫,包括无纺层(2),所述无纺层(2)的正面编织有织物层(1),其特征是在无纺层(2)的背面间隔复合有凹凸层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种地垫,其特征是所述的间隔复合有凹凸层(3)是条状分布在无纺层(2)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种地垫,其特征是所述的间隔复合有凹凸层(3)是独立的几何形状间隔分布在无纺层(2)上。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种地垫,其特征是所述凹凸层(3)采用塑胶材料或者橡胶材料。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种地垫,其特征是所述的独立的几何形状,包括S型、菱形、长方形、圆形、正方形、水波浪形。
6.一种如权利要求1-5中任一项中所述的地垫的生产设备,其特征是包括放卷装置(4)、挤出机(5)、压碾复合装置(6)和收卷装置(7),所述压碾复合装置(6)由上辊轴(8)和下辊轴(9)组成,其中上辊轴(8)上设有凹凸坑洞,所述挤出机(5)设置在压碾复合装置(6)的上方,在挤出机(5)的底部设有出料板(10),在出料板(10)上间隔设置有楔形出料口(11),所述楔形出料口(11)的倾斜角度为30度~45度。
7.一种采用如权利要求6中所述的地垫的生产设备的生产方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:将制作凹凸层(3)的原材料放入到挤出机(5)的进料口,然后经螺杆加热后从挤出机(5)上间隔设置的楔形出料口(11)出来,并垂直落到压碾复合装置(6)的上辊轴(8)上,同时将已经编织到无纺层(2)上的纺织层(1)从放卷装置(4)运行到压碾复合装置(6)的下辊轴(9)上,接着进行辊压并在无纺层(2)的背面形成间隔设置的凹凸层(3),最后收卷,其中所述挤出机(5)中的螺杆温度为160℃~180℃;所述压碾复合装置(6)的压力力矩通过螺杆调节,当纺织层(1)的毛高0.5-2.5CM时,压力力矩为10-20MPA;当纺织层(1)的毛高2.5-5CM时,压力力矩为30-50MPA。
8.一种如权利要求1-5中任一项中所述的地垫的生产方法,其特征是所述生产方法包括非压碾的挤出定型工艺、喷涂工艺、转移复合工艺、粘贴复合工艺。
