本发明公开了一种交叉孔尿素喷嘴,包括喷嘴体,该喷嘴体上设有喷孔,喷孔包括:第一交叉孔道;第二交叉孔道,第一交叉孔道和第二交叉孔道在出口处交叉汇聚;以及盲孔,其从出口处沿第一交叉孔道和第二交叉孔道的中心线向内延伸。该交叉孔尿素喷嘴优化雾化效果。

交叉孔尿素喷嘴
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车排气后处理系统,特别涉及一种交叉孔尿素喷嘴。
背景技术
尿素喷嘴是汽车排气后处理系统中的一个零部件,此喷嘴的作用是将尿素溶液喷射进入发动机排气后处理系统,并在喷射过程中可能雾化尿素溶液。如图1所示,尿素喷嘴包括喷嘴管1和喷嘴头3,喷嘴头3上设有喷嘴孔道4,尿素溶液2在喷嘴管1流动,当前的尿素喷嘴为单一孔道均布形式,且孔道为圆形,其中各孔道之间形成一定角度,以控制整体喷射覆盖范围。但是,此类喷嘴存在各孔道流量不均匀,雾化效果差等问题。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种交叉孔尿素喷嘴,优化雾化效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种交叉孔尿素喷嘴,包括喷嘴体,该喷嘴体上设有喷孔,喷孔包括:第一交叉孔道;第二交叉孔道,第一交叉孔道和第二交叉孔道在出口处交叉汇聚;以及盲孔,其从出口处沿第一交叉孔道和第二交叉孔道的中心线向内延伸。
优选地,盲孔的深度可调整。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:通过将喷孔设计成交叉孔喷孔的形式,此喷嘴的喷雾粒径比常规单一圆孔孔道喷嘴喷雾更细小,产生高扩散性的喷雾,利于尿素溶液与排气的混合。同时,在第一交叉孔道和第二交叉孔道交汇的区域设置一段盲孔,该交叉孔喷嘴的特殊孔结构使内部尿素溶液产生冲击扰动,在喷孔出口产生了更大范围的高湍动能区,有利于促进雾化,得到雾化粒径更小的喷雾,进而利于更加充分的混合。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。

如图2至图3所示,根据本发明具体实施方式的一种交叉孔尿素喷嘴,包括喷嘴体21,该喷嘴体21上设有喷孔23,喷孔23包括第一交叉孔道231、第二交叉孔道232以及盲孔233,其中,第一交叉孔道231和第二交叉孔道232在出口处234交叉汇聚,盲孔233从出口处234沿第一交叉孔道231和第二交叉孔道232的中心线向内延伸。
研究发现,喷嘴内尿素溶液22的雾化受到喷射压力、喷孔23几何形状等因素影响。上述方案中,从喷孔23的几何形状入手,优化喷孔23设计,将尿素喷嘴的喷孔23设计为交叉孔形式,如图2所示,喷嘴中的每一个喷孔23都由第一交叉孔道231和第二交叉孔道232交叉汇聚而形成,在第一交叉孔道231和第二交叉孔道232交汇的区域设置一段盲孔233,此盲孔233是沿出口处234到第一交叉孔道231和第二交叉孔道232之间的中心线方向上钻出一定深度的非贯穿孔,以此形成扰动区,加强内部湍流扰动。
作为一种优选实施例,盲孔233的深度可调整。本方案中,交叉孔型喷嘴的喷雾呈扇形,其贯穿距离受喷孔夹角影响,夹角及盲孔233深度都可调整。
综上,本实施例的交叉孔尿素喷嘴,通过将喷孔设计成交叉孔喷孔的形式,此喷嘴的喷雾粒径比常规单一圆孔孔道喷嘴喷雾更细小,产生高扩散性的喷雾,利于尿素溶液与排气的混合。同时,在第一交叉孔道231和第二交叉孔道232交汇的区域设置一段盲孔233,该交叉孔喷嘴的特殊孔结构使内部尿素溶液产生冲击扰动,在喷孔出口产生了更大范围的高湍动能区,有利于促进雾化,得到雾化粒径更小的喷雾,进而利于更加充分的混合。

1.一种交叉孔尿素喷嘴,包括喷嘴体,该喷嘴体上设有喷孔,其特征在于,所述喷孔包括:
第一交叉孔道;
第二交叉孔道,所述第一交叉孔道和所述第二交叉孔道在出口处交叉汇聚;以及
盲孔,其从所述出口处沿所述第一交叉孔道和所述第二交叉孔道的中心线向内延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交叉孔尿素喷嘴,其特征在于,所述盲孔的深度可调整。
