背景技术
鼻窦囊肿分为粘液囊肿、粘膜囊肿和发生于上颌骨的牙源性囊肿。粘液囊肿为鼻窦口的长期闭塞，窦内分泌潴留而形成。粘膜囊肿系窦粘膜的粘液腺或浆液腺管口堵塞，腺体分泌膨胀而形成。此二类可采取手术切除并建立鼻窦和鼻腔的引流。牙源性囊肿分含牙囊肿和牙根囊肿。前者多发于青年，系牙发育异常所引起；后者由牙根尖肉芽肿退行性变形成，多发于年龄较大的病人。治疗以摘除囊肿同时处理病牙。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种新的治疗鼻窦囊肿的中药，以纯天然的中草药为原料，标本兼治，疗效确切、无毒副作用，不易复发。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。一种治疗鼻窦囊肿的中药，是由中草药小罗伞、马蹄叶、走马风、大红袍、木通根、马蹄蕨、红毛五加皮、小草乌、鹰不泊、入地金牛、血满草、大接骨丹、石南叶、羊踯躅根、黑骨头、马尾伸筋、檫树、猫花组成。
单剂药量为小罗伞10 g、马蹄叶10 g、走马风10 g、大红袍12 g、木通根15 g、马蹄蕨12 g、红毛五加皮10 g、小草乌15 g、鹰不泊12 g、入地金牛15 g、血满草8 g、大接骨丹12g、石南叶10 g、羊踯躅根15 g、黑骨头12 g、马尾伸筋10 g、檫树15 g、猫花5g。
配制及服用方法：水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，7 天为一疗程。
各中药的药理作用
小罗伞：活血调经、怯风除湿，主治经闭、痛经、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤；马蹄叶：除风散寒，主治头目昏眩及周身疼痛；走马风：祛风湿、通经络，主治妇女头风痛、风湿痹痛、跌打损伤；大红袍：活血、祛风、理湿，主治风湿痹痛、泄泻、痢疾、血淋、劳伤咳血；木通根：祛风、利尿、行气、活血，主治风湿关节痛、小便不利、胃肠气胀、疝气、经闭、跌打损伤；马蹄蕨：祛风、清热、解毒，主治风热咳嗽、痄腮、痈肿疮毒、蛇咬伤、功能性子宫出血；红毛五加皮：祛风湿、通关节、强筋骨，主治痿痹、拘挛疼痛、风寒湿痹、足膝无力、皮肤风湿及阴痿囊湿；小草乌：驱风除湿、散寒止痛、通络散瘀，主治风湿关节痛、胃寒疼痛、跌打损伤；鹰不泊：祛风、化湿、消肿、通络，主治咽喉肿痛、黄肿、疟疾、风湿骨痛、跌打挫伤；入地金牛：祛风、通络、消肿、止痛，主治风湿骨痛、喉痹、瘰疬、胃痛、牙痛、跌打损伤、汤、火烫伤；血满草：祛风、利水、散瘀、通络，主治急、慢性肾炎、风湿疼痛、风疹瘙痒、小儿麻痹后遗症、扭伤、骨折；大接骨丹：活血祛瘀、舒筋接骨，主治骨折、跌打损伤、干血劳伤、扁桃腺炎、哮喘；石南叶：祛风、通络、益肾，主治风痹、腰背酸痛、肾虚脚弱、偏头痛、风疹、祛风补肾、用于风湿筋骨痛、阳痿遗精；羊踯躅根：驱风、除湿、消肿、止痛，主治风寒湿痹、跌打损伤、痔漏、癣疮；黑骨头：通经络、祛风湿、活血、消炎，主治跌打损伤、风湿关节痛、月经不调、口腔炎、乳腺炎；马尾伸筋：舒筋活血、通络止痛，主治腰腿筋骨疼痛；檫树：治风湿、腰肌劳损、扭挫伤筋、胃病、关节炎；猫花：祛风利湿、清热止血，主治风湿、浮肿、泻痢、黄疸、吐血、心悸、骨髓炎。
