蚂蜂别名胡蜂,属于昆虫纲,膜翅目,胡蜂科昆虫,是一类具有丰富的开发利用价值的昆虫类群,在生物防治方面,蚂蜂为肉食性昆虫,具有食性广泛,捕食迅速的特点,可以捕食棉铃虫、玉米螟、天蛾等多种农林害虫的幼虫,可作为天敌用于生物防治。蜂毒是工蜂毒腺和副腺分泌出的具有芳香气味的一种透明液体,贮存在毒囊中,针刺时由蛰针排出。蜂毒含有多种酶类、脂类、多肽类等物质,作用于人体的神经、心血管、内分泌及免疫等系统,能抗炎、镇痛、改善微循环、促进机体新陈代谢、调节免疫力和抗病能力。
据研究蜂毒具有明显的降压作用,能适应治疗高血压要降压的需求,蜂毒在降低动脉压的同时,具有扩张血管的能力,使脑血容量增加。蜂毒中富含蜂毒肽、PLA2、MCD-肽等成分,能有效促进组织胺的释放,从而能使血管扩张降低血压。蜂毒中含有镁、铜、钾等微等微量元素,还有维生素和酶类等天然的抗氧化剂,可以有效地清除人体内过剩的自由基,阻断脂质过氧化,不仅减少过氧化脂质对血管的危害,阻止血管硬化,而且还能有效地降低三酰甘油含量,减少血小板聚集,改善微循环,防止高血压合并症的发生。而蜂毒疗法作为一种自然疗法,不仅具有独特的临床疗效,副作用也很小,应用前景广阔,如何进一步提高蜂毒降压效果是人们所期待的。

鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种蚂蜂的饲养方法,使得蚂蜂所分泌蜂毒有更好的降压效果。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种能分泌降血压蜂毒的蚂蜂饲养方法,将野外采集的蚂蜂,经人工喂养、交尾、分巢建群后进行养殖,将蜂群置于养殖大棚中,在大棚中每隔10米距离地面3-8米设置一个蜂巢箱,同时提供充足的饲料、筑巢材料供蚂蜂采用;大棚控温20-30℃,空气相对湿度为40-60%;定期对蚂蜂采集蜂毒;所述饲料按重量份计由以下原料组成:花粉1-2份,蟋蟀10-15份、猪肺5-10份、蜂蜜4-15份、地龙4-8份、富镁金银花1-2份、党参0.5-1份、银杏叶1-2份、茯苓0.5-1份、密蒙花0.5-1份。
进一步所述饲料制备方法为:取富镁金银花、党参、银杏叶、茯苓及密蒙花加入5倍重量的水制成水提液,过滤去除沉淀滤渣,将滤液置于800mmHg真空度下浓缩至滤液体积的20%得到浓缩液,将浓缩液与花粉、蟋蟀、猪肺、地龙和蜂蜜混合均匀即可得到饲料。
进一步的,所述蟋蟀和猪肺为新鲜蟋蟀和猪肺粉碎物。
进一步的,所述采集蜂毒采用电取蜂毒法,取蜂毒时对采毒蚂蜂施加30伏的电压持续刺激15秒,停电时间为10秒再次通电,循环3-5次。

银杏叶:银杏叶提取物不仅具有敛肺、平喘、活血化瘀、止痛、促进血液循环、预防心血管病、改善脑功能和末梢循环障碍等功能,还具有很强的清除自由基和抗氧化的作用。常用于瘀血阻络,胸痹心痛,中风偏瘫,肺虚咳喘,高脂血症。
地龙:为环节动物门钜蚓科动物参环毛蚓干燥体,含有胶原酶、纤溶酶、蚓激酶、核酸、微量元素等多种成分,被广泛用于药物中,主治清热定惊,通络,平喘,利尿。用于高热神昏,惊痫抽搐,关节痹痛,肢体麻木,半身不遂,肺热咳喘。
富镁金银花:性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效。金银花中所含的绿原酸能引起中枢神经兴奋,其作用强度为咖啡因的1/6,有抗疲劳的功效。镁是维持人体生命活动的必需元素,具有调节神经和肌肉活动、增强耐久力的神奇功能。此外,镁也是高血压、高胆固醇、高血糖的“克星”,它还有助于防治中风、冠心病和糖尿病。镁有助于调节人的心脏活动,降低血压,预防心脏病,提高男士的生育能力。
党参具有补中益气,健脾益肺之功效。党参有增强免疫力、扩张血管、降压、改善微循环、增强造血功能等作用
茯苓:为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核,主要具有利水渗湿的功效,广泛用于水湿内停所致的水肿、痰饮、泄泻、小便不畅等多种病证。
密蒙花:味甘,性微寒,归肝经,具有清热养肝、明目退翳的功效。现代研究证实,密蒙花含刺槐素、刺槐甙等,其中刺槐素有维生素P样作用,可降低血管通透性及脆性,并有一定的抗炎及解痉作用,广西的壮族人每年农历三月三或清明节,家家户户蒸五色糯米饭。其中香饽饽的黄色糯米饭就是用密蒙花染制的。
本发明有益效果:
1.使用本发明饲养蚂蜂方法所产蜂毒相比普通蚂蜂所产蜂毒对于降血压具有更显著效果,本发明在蚂蜂饲料中添加地龙、富镁金银花、党参、银杏叶、茯苓及密蒙花中草药成分,在蚂蜂生物酶作用下分解酿制,经过蚂蜂体内生物物理转化,使得蚂蜂所产蜂毒具有更丰富的蜂毒肽、PLA2、MCD-肽;同时比普通蜂毒含有更多的镁、铜、钾等微量元素,还有更高的维生素、酶类等天然的抗氧化剂。上述中草药相互配合增效,使得蚂蜂所产蜂毒有更好的降血压作用。
2.本发明饲养蚂蜂管理方法科学,利于蚂蜂的生长及分泌蜂毒,具有很好的经济效益。

为验证本发明能分泌降血压蜂毒的蚂蜂饲养方法的效果,采用以下不同方式进行养殖蚂蜂,随机将蚂蜂平均分为两群,置于同一区域进行养殖,实验组采用本发明实施例3饲养方法进行;对照组采用实施例3饲养方法进行喂养,但是饲料中不添加地龙、富镁金银花、党参、银杏叶、茯苓及密蒙花中草药成分,其他营养成分饲养管理方法相同。经测量实验组蜂毒中蜂毒肽、PLA2、MCD-肽含量比对照组高18.3%;镁、铜、钾等微量元素比对照组高27.6%。蜂毒中将血压有效成分的增加从而达到更佳的降血压效果。
Claims (7)
1.一种能分泌降血压蜂毒的蚂蜂饲养方法,将野外采集的蚂蜂,经人工喂养、交尾、分巢建群后进行养殖,其特征在于:将蜂群置于养殖大棚中,在大棚中每隔10米距离地面3-8米设置一个蜂巢箱,同时提供充足的饲料、筑巢材料供蚂蜂采用;大棚控温20-30℃,空气相对湿度为40-60%;定期对蚂蜂采集蜂毒;所述饲料按重量份计由以下原料组成:花粉1-2份,蟋蟀10-15份、猪肺5-10份、蜂蜜4-15份、地龙4-8份、富镁金银花1-2份、党参0.5-1份、银杏叶1-2份、茯苓0.5-1份、密蒙花0.5-1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述能分泌降血压蜂毒的蚂蜂饲养方法,其特征在于,所述饲料制备方法为:取富镁金银花、党参、银杏叶、茯苓及密蒙花加入5倍重量的水制成水提液,过滤去除沉淀滤渣,将滤液置于800mmHg真空度下浓缩至滤液体积的20%得到浓缩液,将浓缩液与花粉、蟋蟀、猪肺、地龙和蜂蜜混合均匀即可得到饲料。
3.根据权利要求1所述能分泌降血压蜂毒的蚂蜂饲养方法,其特征在于:所述蟋蟀和猪肺为新鲜蟋蟀和猪肺粉碎物。
4.根据权利要求1所述能分泌降血压蜂毒的蚂蜂饲养方法,其特征在于:所述采集蜂毒采用电取蜂毒法,取蜂毒时对采毒蚂蜂施加30伏的电压持续刺激15秒,停电时间为10秒再次通电,循环3-5次。
5.根据权利要求1所述能分泌降血压蜂毒的蚂蜂饲养方法,其特征在于:所述定期对蚂蜂采集蜂毒是指间隔8-12天取一次蜂毒。
6.根据权利要求1所述能分泌降血压蜂毒的蚂蜂饲养方法,其特征在于:所述筑巢材料为朽木树皮、秸秆、干树叶、茅草的混合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述能分泌降血压蜂毒的蚂蜂饲养方法,其特征在于:所述朽木树皮、秸秆、干树叶、茅草在作为筑巢材料使用时,切割为长0.5cm、宽0.5cm大小。
