本发明涉及风力提水技术领域,尤其是一种往复式远距离风力提水机。
背景技术
在设计风力提水机時会遇到风力提水机跟水源不在一处不能提水的问题。现行效好的解决方案是:用风轮带发电机发电再把电引到水源处用电泵抽水。该方案存在这样的问题:环节多能量损失大,效率低及投资成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种结构简单又能远距离提水的往复式风力提水机。
为解决以上问题,本发明采用的方案是:安装在支架上方的风轮带动传动杆作往复运动,安装在支架上的活动转向器一头活接传动杆,另一头与水泵连杆活接,水泵连杆连接往复泵,当风轮旋转时通过传动杆、活动转向器、水泵连杆带往复泵提水。水泵连杆与传动杆成交叉状安装,往复泵可安装在风轮四周任何地方。
由于采用上述方案,本发明与现有技术相比效有如下有益效果:
机器结构简单,能量损失小,效率高,设备投资低。

以下结合附图实例对本发明的结构作进一步说明:
风轮1安装在支架2的上方,风轮1带动传动杆3作往复运动,活动转向器4安装在支架2上,活动转向器4的一头与传动杆3活接,活动转向器4的另一头与水泵连杆5活接,水泵连杆5与往复泵6连接,水泵连杆5与传动杆3成交叉状安装。

1.一种往复式远距离风力提水机,由风轮、支架、传动杆、活动转向器、水泵连杆和往复泵组成,其特征在于:风轮1安装在支架2的上方,所述风轮1带动传动杆3作往复运动,活动转向器4安装在支架2上,所述活动转向器4的一头与传动杆3活接,所述活动转向器4的另一头与水泵连杆5活接,水泵连杆5与往复泵6连接,水泵连杆5与传动杆3成交叉状安装。
