一种驱虫灯,其结构包括叶轮,齿轮增速器,发电机,手摇臂,手摇升降平台,底座,蓄电池,变压器与整流器匣,防护罩,驱虫灯,光控开关,导线。本发明是一款利用微水能作为能源的新型驱虫灯,该灯充分利用农业灌溉用水,结构简单,易于组装拆卸,维护方便,高效经济,易被广大农户接受。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁能源驱虫灯,属于水力发电领域。
背景技术
目前,国内绿色生态有机农业承担杀虫任务的工具大部分依赖于驱虫灯,而传统驱蚊灯的能源较大部分都是依赖于人工电网或者太阳能进行供电,众所周知,在大范围内铺设电网成本较高,安全隐患较大,且单体太阳能电池板供电不稳定,受光照等气候条件影响较大,能源效率过低,成本也较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术不足,提供一种利用微水能作为能源的新型驱虫灯。
本发明所述驱虫灯结构包括:叶轮,齿轮增速器,发电机,手摇臂,手摇升降平台,底座,蓄电池,变压器与整流器匣,防护罩,驱虫灯,光控开关,导线。
叶轮(1)直接安装在齿轮增速器(2)的动力输入轴,齿轮增速器(2)的动力输出轴与发电机(3)转轴连接,发电机(3)输出端连接变压器与整流器匣(8)中的整流器,整流器连接变压器,变压器输出端连接蓄电池(7)的输入端,蓄电池(7)输出端与驱虫灯(10)连接;其中,齿轮增速器(2),发电机(3),变压器与整流器匣(8),蓄电池(7)均位于手摇升降平台(5),防护罩(9)将整个电力设备紧扣于手摇升降平台(5)上,与外界相对隔离,叶轮(1)上的叶片为双瓣凹槽流线型,能尽可能多的承受水的推力,有利于提高叶轮的转速,所述叶片采用碳纤维或铝合金轻质材料制作,减小齿轮增速器(2)动力输入轴的弯曲变形现象。
将整套装置安装完毕后,摇动手摇臂(4)对叶轮(1)进行高度调节,达到较优水力条件位置后停止调整,即可进行连续发电蓄电。
本发明的有益效果:本发明是一款利用微水能作为能源的新型驱虫灯,该灯充分利用农业灌溉用水,结构简单,易于组装拆卸,维护方便,高效经济,易被广大农户接受。
