Abstract
本发明提供一种含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,于屋面或墙面基层上预先安装预定强度的水泥板,在水泥板上安装波纹钢板;对于钢结构屋面,于结构钢梁上固定连接檩条,檩条上向上依次设置水泥板、卷材防水层、卷材保护板、波纹钢板,水泥板与结构钢梁之间铺设保温层;对于混凝土屋面或墙面,于主体混凝土屋面上固定水泥板,水泥板上向上依次布置卷材防水层、卷材保护板、波纹钢板,于主体混凝土墙面安装水泥板,水泥板上直接安装波纹钢板。本发明于建筑的屋面、墙面等位置安装波纹钢板,不仅安装方便,耐久性佳,易于加工造型,经济环保,且美观大方,装饰效果良好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种房屋结构,特别是涉及一种含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺。
背景技术
波纹钢板又称不锈钢波浪瓦,是厚度0.25~2.5mm的冷轧连续热镀锌薄钢板和钢带经机器滚压成波浪形状,波纹钢板以其板型美观大方,质量轻,坚固耐久,安装方便快捷,方便回收,环保等优点广泛应用于大型工业厂房墙面系统及屋面系统。
近年来,主题公园逐渐成为人们旅游休闲的首选地点,各式各样的主题公园日渐兴起,公园内各主体结构的设计、装饰等应与公园主题相符,波纹钢板以其易于切割、方便造型的特点可应用于主题公园的建筑外装饰中。
发明内容
鉴于上述原因,本发明的目的在于提供一种含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,于建筑的屋面、墙面等位置安装波纹钢板,不仅安装方便,耐久性佳,易于加工造型,经济环保,且美观大方,装饰效果良好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,
于屋面或墙面基层上预先安装预定强度的水泥板,在水泥板上安装波纹钢板。
进一步的,
对于钢结构屋面,于结构钢梁上固定连接檩条,檩条上向上依次设置所述水泥板、卷材防水层、卷材保护板、波纹钢板,所述水泥板与结构钢梁之间铺设保温层。
所述波纹钢板通过螺丝穿透所述卷材防水层固定于所述水泥板上。
由波纹钢板制成的吊顶固定于檩条上,檩条通过角码固定于所述结构钢梁上,该吊顶上设有用于维护的检修口。
于主体混凝土屋面上固定水泥板,水泥板上依次安装卷材防水层、卷材保护板、波纹钢板
于房屋转角处所述波纹钢板与不锈钢泛水板固定连接。
于主体混凝土墙面上安装水泥板,水泥板上固定波纹钢板。
若屋面与墙面均安装所述波纹钢板,房屋转角处的墙面与屋面的波纹钢板通过不锈钢泛水板或实木线条连接。
安装所述波纹钢板前,将若干经过编号的波纹钢板按照编号进行预拼装,根据预先设计在屋面板或墙面上放线,将排列好的波纹钢板在屋面上按从左至右、从檐口至屋脊的原则顺序安装,在墙面上按照从左至右、从下至上的原则顺序安装,两块波纹钢板搭接宽度不少于一个波峰波谷,固定钉子距离波纹钢板边缘至少100mm。
所述波纹钢板经物理做旧、油漆彩绘处理达到主题装饰效果,若干波纹钢板错落无致的布设。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明的含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,于建筑的屋面、墙面等位置安装波纹钢板,不仅安装方便,耐久性佳,易于加工造型,经济环保,且美观大方,装饰效果良好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明公开的含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,于房屋主体结构的屋面、墙面、吊顶等位置安装波纹钢板。
1、屋面上安装波纹钢板
对于钢结构屋面和混凝土屋面,于两种屋面基层上预先安装一定强度与厚度(如:20mm)的水泥板,水泥板上铺设卷材防水层,之后铺设卷材保护板防止紫外线照射下卷材快速老化,最后在卷材保护板上安装波纹钢板。
如图1所示,对于钢结构屋面,于结构钢梁1上固定连接檩条2,檩条2顶端设置水泥板3,水泥板3与结构钢梁1之间铺设保温层5,水泥板3上铺设卷材防水层4,卷材防水层4上铺设卷材保护板,然后安装波纹钢板6,波纹钢板6通过螺丝8穿透卷材防水层4固定于水泥板3上。
若钢结构屋面需装吊顶,则将波纹钢板制成的吊顶7直接固定于檩条2上,檩条2通过角码固定于结构钢梁1上。于吊顶7上设置用于维护的检修口,检修口尽量集中布置,以使距离较近的电器设备的接线盒可集中安装、经同一检修口维护;于检修口处,将与检修口相适应的波纹钢板补丁与其它波纹钢板通过便于拆卸的螺丝相连接,可保证吊顶的完整性。
如图2所示,对于混凝土屋面,于混凝土面层10上设置水泥板11,水泥板11上铺设卷材防水层12,卷材防水层12上铺设卷材保护板13,然后安装波纹钢板14,最后于房屋转角处固定连接不锈钢泛水板15作收边处理。
安装波纹钢板前,事先将若干经过编号的波纹钢板进行预拼装,每块波纹钢板按照编号排列,根据预先设计在屋面板或墙面上放线,然后将排列好的波纹钢板按照从左至右、从檐口至屋脊的原则顺序安装,在墙面上按照从左至右、从下至上的原则顺序安装,两块波纹钢板搭接宽度不少于一个波峰波谷,固定钉子距离波纹钢板边缘至少100mm,根据装饰设计要求,钉子可布设成预定格局,例如,为了反映原始文明与现代文明的差异,钉子可错落布置。
若屋面需装其他物件,如彩灯、避雷针或装饰灯等,则需于安装过程中预留相应物件的位置。
在特殊节点处,例如屋面穿管、防雷接地、防坠落装置安装等需与波纹钢板协调,并做防水和装饰处理,保证房屋的整体美观效果。
对于钢结构屋面,由于波纹钢板需穿透卷材防水层而与水泥板固定连接,所以防水卷材需采用具备自愈能力的卷材,以免影响防水效果。对已施工好卷材防水层的屋面进行防水质量验收及水泥板安装验收,合格后方可进入下一道施工工序。
2、混凝土墙面上安装波纹钢板
为便于安装波纹钢板并修正结构墙体施工偏差使之平整,墙体表面预先安装一定厚度(20mm)的水泥板,验收合格后安装波纹钢板。
如图3、4所示,对于混凝土墙面,于房屋转角的混凝土墙面上设置水泥板20,水泥板20上安装波纹钢板21,墙面转角(阳角和阴角)处两个方向的波纹钢板通过不锈钢泛水板22(或实木线条)连接作收边处理。最后将不锈钢泛水板或实木线条油漆成与整体墙面一致的效果即可。
波纹钢板应用于主题公园主体建筑中时,需与主题公园的主题相适应,例如对于复古、做旧的装饰效果,波纹钢板的整体布设应错落无致,波纹钢板经物理做旧、主题油漆彩绘等达到做旧效果。进一步的,根据波纹钢板于建筑物上的位置和温湿度环境,波纹钢板可呈现不同的视觉效果,如,靠近墙根部位经常处于潮湿环境下锈蚀效果应较明显,并可能有苔藓的痕迹,对于有历史的建筑,可于波纹钢板上适当增加补丁效果以增强年代效果。
以上所述是本发明的较佳实施例及其所运用的技术原理,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,任何基于本发明技术方案基础上的等效变换、简单替换等显而易见的改变,均属于本发明保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,其特征在于,
于屋面或墙面基层上预先安装预定强度的水泥板,在水泥板上安装波纹钢板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,其特征在于,对于钢结构屋面,于结构钢梁上固定连接檩条,檩条上向上依次设置所述水泥板、卷材防水层、卷材保护板、波纹钢板,所述水泥板与结构钢梁之间铺设保温层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,其特征在于,所述波纹钢板通过螺丝穿透所述卷材防水层固定于所述水泥板上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,其特征在于,由波纹钢板制成的吊顶固定于檩条上,檩条通过角码固定于所述结构钢梁上,该吊顶上设有用于维护的检修口。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,其特征在于,于主体混凝土屋面上固定水泥板,水泥板上依次安装卷材防水层、卷材保护板、波纹钢板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,其特征在于,于房屋转角处所述波纹钢板与不锈钢泛水板固定连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,其特征在于,于主体混凝土墙面上安装水泥板,水泥板上固定波纹钢板。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,其特征在于,若屋面与墙面均安装所述波纹钢板,房屋转角处的墙面与屋面的波纹钢板通过不锈钢泛水板或实木线条连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的含有波纹钢板的房屋结构的施工工艺,其特征在于,安装所述波纹钢板前,将若干经过编号的波纹钢板按照编号进行预拼装,根据预先设计在屋面板或墙面上放线,将排列好的波纹钢板在屋面上按从左至右、从檐口至屋脊的原则顺序安装,在墙面上按照从左至右、从下至上的原则顺序安装,两块波纹钢板搭接宽度不少于一个波峰波谷,固定钉子距离波纹钢板边缘至少100mm。
