Abstract

本发明公开了一种易去污纺织品及其应用。该易去污纺织品由30~90重量%的棉短纤和70~10重量%的聚酯短纤所形成,上述棉短纤上至少附着有N‑羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲与羧甲基纤维素钠的接枝反应物,上述聚酯短纤上至少附着有亲水性聚酯树脂。所得纺织品的襟污去除能力以及亲水性能优越,洗涤耐久性佳。

一种易去污纺织品及其应用
技术领域
本发明涉及一种易去污纺织品及其应用,具体涉及一种具有防襟污功能的纺织品及其应用。
背景技术
污垢的附着是穿着衣服时不可避免的事情。而对于附着在衣领和衣袖部分污垢的去除可以说是关心度很高的课题。目前采用的方法有在穿着之前使用喷雾剂等的保护方法、在洗涤前使用特别洗涤剂进行部分洗涤的方法等,但这些方法都需要花费很多时间,而且去除效果也不是很理想。这就对织物的易去污性提出了要求。对于织物的易去污性能,是指在污垢沾到织物表面,在正常的洗涤条件下污垢应容易洗净,同时织物不会吸附洗涤液中的污物而再沾污的一种功能。易去污整理的方法就是在织物表面浸轧一层氟素拒水拒油易去污物质或者亲水性高分子物质,以此来改善织物的易洗涤性。
涤棉纺织品由于其穿着舒适性深受大众的喜爱。涤棉纺织品本身为贴身穿着或需要优良吸水性,所以针对襟污(固体油污)一类的易去污产品,一般不采用氟素拒水拒油易去污加工工艺,而是采用亲水性物质附着技术加工,此类织物洗涤前易去污性也仅仅只有3级左右,洗涤耐久性就更加不能满足需求。因此针对该空白领域开发出涤棉纺织品的亲水性防襟污产品是非常有必要的。
中国专利CN102051804A中公开了一种具有洁净保形功能的涤棉面料,具体通过在整理液中使用美国纳米公司的纳米易去污剂605B和抗皱整理剂FEL进行加工,这种加工只是赋予涤棉纺织品的一般去污性,对于襟污(油性污垢)的去除效果还稍有欠缺,并且未能改善涤棉纺织品的亲水性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种对襟污去除效果佳、同时保形效果及亲水性优越、加工方法简单的易去污涤棉纺织品及其应用。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
该纺织品由30~90重量%的棉短纤和70~10重量%的聚酯短纤所形成,上述棉短纤上至少附着有N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲与羧甲基纤维素钠的接枝反应物,且上述聚酯短纤上至少附着有亲水性聚酯树脂。一般而言含棉织物都会进行形态安定整理,而形态安定整理后纤维内部都会发生架桥,其亲水性及膨润性都会大幅度下降,导致易去污性能下降。本发明通过使用羧甲基纤维素钠,使其与形态安定整理剂中的N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲在棉短纤上发生架桥反应,并牢固地附着于纤维表面,从而提高洗涤耐久性;羧甲基纤维素钠中的钠盐可以赋予纤维优良的亲水性及锁水性能,提高了纤维与洗涤剂间的亲和性;同时羧甲基纤维素钠本身洗涤时会发生膨润,可以将纤维表面覆盖的襟污推离纤维表面,使得表面污垢在洗涤过程中更易除去。而聚酯短纤上的亲水性聚酯树脂的存在可以保证织物在具有易去污性的基础上还同时具有亲水性。
上述N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲与羧甲基纤维素钠的接枝反应物的重量占该纺织品总重量的0.1~2%。如果含量小于0.1%的话,说明N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲没有与羧甲基纤维素钠充分发生架桥反应,这样的话一部分N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲就可能在纤维内部发生架桥,会降低织物的亲水性与易去污性。如果接枝反应物的重量大于2%的话,成本会很高,而且效果也得不到明显的提高。
上述聚酯短纤上的亲水性聚酯树脂的附着量至少在0.1重量%以上,优选0.5~2重量%。如果附着量低于0.1重量%的话,其亲水性能欠佳,而且易去污性也可能达不到理想的效果。聚酯短纤上还可能附着有羧甲基纤维素钠。
聚酯短纤为普通聚酯纤维或改性聚酯纤维。
本发明的纺织品的防襟污性在3级以上,优选4级以上,吸水性在1秒以下。
根据JIS L 0217 103法家庭洗涤20回后,该纺织品的防襟污性仍在3级以上,吸水性仍在1秒以下。
选用棉短纤和聚酯短纤进行混纺加工形成混纺纱线后进行织造形成坯布,再对坯布进行烧毛、退浆精练、漂白、丝光、中间定型,然后进行功能性后整理,具体整理工艺为:放入如下加工液中浸轧,再在温度100~150℃的条件下干燥,再在150℃~200℃的条件下进行定型处理后得到本发明的纺织品;
加工液由下列成分组成:
N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲 80~200g/L
羧甲基纤维素钠 5~20g/L
亲水性聚酯树脂 80~160g/L
荧光增白剂 0~10g/L
架桥剂 0~30g/L
渗透剂 0~5g/L
其余为水。
荧光增白剂为苯并唖唑衍生物或二苯乙烯二磺酸的衍生物,架桥剂为聚氨酯树脂,渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
本发明的易去污纺织品应用于衣领、衣袖上,能够防止污垢渗入至纤维内部,在亲水性聚酯的作用下能够很好的去除污垢。
本发明加工方法简单易行,所得涤棉纺织品襟污去除能力以及亲水性能优越,提高了洗涤耐久性。
具体实施方式
下面说明本发明各项指标的测定方法:
(1)吸水性根据JIS L1097 滴下法测试
(2)家庭洗涤根据JIS L0217 103法
(3)易去污性根据下述方法进行测试
a.准备12cm×24cm以上的测试样布
b.取油污
c.油彩笔(短峰SH№14;猪毛;京都NAKASATO)、橡胶塞(有机硅、ASONE制造、9号)及油污(合成襟垢);
d.使用油彩笔将油垢均匀涂覆在在橡胶塞上,附着重量为0.0050±0.0005(g/9号橡胶塞);
e.将涂抹均匀的橡胶塞轻轻放置于织物表面,用手固定织物,然后亲压回转大约10°,将油垢转移到织物上;
(每水准重复上述操作3回、N数=3)
f.将沾污油垢的织物放置于40℃的烘干机中大约15小时后拿出;
g.在全自动或2槽式的洗涤槽中放入24L温度为40±2℃的水,及24g花王高活性洗衣粉,放入合起来重量480g的污染后试验片与负荷布,用洗涤机的强条件进行10分钟洗涤;
h.30秒脱水后漂洗2分钟,反复此操作2次;
i.不绞干取出试验片,用滤纸轻轻按押去水,在水平状态下自然干燥;
j.洗涤后的试验片进行评价。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
以下实施例中所使用的树脂如下:

渗透剂(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚处理剂,明成株式会社制)
羧甲基纤维素钠A(F_907A,日本第一工业制药株式会社制)
羧甲基纤维素钠B(F_SB,日本第一工业制药株式会社制)
羧甲基纤维素钠C(F_AG,日本第一工业制药株式会社制)
羧甲基纤维素钠D(F_6HS9,日本第一工业制药株式会社制)
荧光增白剂A(棉用荧光增白剂,亨斯迈纺织染化有限公司制)
荧光增白剂B(涤纶用荧光增白剂,亨斯迈纺织染化有限公司制)
NK GUARD SR_108(亲水性聚酯处理剂,日华化学有限公司)
亲水性聚酯A(亲水性聚酯处理剂,鲁道夫化工有限公司制)

实施例1:
选用普通涤纶短纤重量30%和棉短纤重量70%进行混纺加工形成混纺纱线,再进行织造后形成坯布,然后对坯布进行烧毛、退浆精练、漂白、丝光、中间定型后,采用下列组成的加工液进行功能性后整理:
加工液由下列成分组成:
N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲 100g/L
渗透剂 0.5g/L
羧甲基纤维素钠A 10g/L
亲水性聚酯A 120g/L
其余为水;
具体整理工艺为:先将经前处理后的布放入加工液中浸轧,再在温度130℃的条件下热处理2分钟,再在170℃的条件下进行1分钟定型整理处理后得到本发明的易去污纺织品,所得纺织品棉短纤上附着有2重量%的由N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲与羧甲基纤维素钠形成的接枝反应物,聚酯短纤上附着有1.5重量%的亲水性聚酯树脂。
实施例2:
选用改性涤纶短纤重量50%和棉短纤重量50%进行混纺加工形成混纺纱线,再进行织造后形成坯布,然后对坯布进行烧毛、退浆精练、漂白、丝光、中间定型后,采用下列组成的加工液进行功能性后整理:
加工液由下列成分组成:
N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲 160g/L
渗透剂 0.5g/L
羧甲基纤维素钠B 10g/L
架桥剂 10g/L
亲水性聚酯A 120g/L
其余为水;
具体整理工艺为:先将经前处理后的布放入加工液中浸轧,再在温度130℃的条件下热处理2分钟,再在170℃的条件下进行1分钟定型整理处理后得到本发明的易去污纺织品,所得纺织品棉短纤上附着有1.5重量%的由N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲与羧甲基纤维素钠形成的接枝反应物,聚酯短纤上附着有2重量%的亲水性聚酯树脂。
实施例3:

具体整理工艺为:先将经前处理后的布放入加工液中浸轧,再在温度130℃的条件下热处理2分钟,再在170℃的条件下进行1分钟定型整理处理后得到本发明的易去污纺织品,所得纺织品棉短纤上附着有1重量%的由N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲与羧甲基纤维素钠形成的接枝反应物,聚酯短纤上附着有0.1重量%的亲水性聚酯树脂。
实施例4:
选用普通涤纶短纤重量70%和棉短纤重量30%进行混纺加工形成混纺纱线,再进行织造后形成坯布,再对坯布进行烧毛、退浆精练、漂白、丝光、中间定型后,采用下列组成的加工液进行功能性后整理:
加工液由下列成分组成:
N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲 160g/L
渗透剂 0.5g/L
羧甲基纤维素钠D 10g/L
架桥剂 10g/L
荧光增白剂A 5g/L
荧光增白剂B 5g/L
亲水性聚酯A 120g/L
其余为水;
具体整理工艺为:先将经前处理后的布放入加工液中浸轧,再在温度130℃的条件下热处理2分钟,再在170℃的条件下进行1分钟定型整理处理后得到本发明的易去污纺织品,所得纺织品棉短纤上附着有0.1重量%的由N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲与羧甲基纤维素钠形成的接枝反应物,聚酯短纤上附着有0.5重量%的亲水性聚酯树脂。
实施例5:
选用普通涤纶短纤重量60%和棉短纤重量40%进行混纺加工形成混纺纱线,再进行织造后形成坯布,然后对坯布进行烧毛、退浆精练、漂白、丝光、中间定型后,采用下列组成的加工液进行功能性后整理:

比较例1:
选用普通涤纶短纤重量30%和棉短纤重量70%进行混纺加工形成混纺纱线,再进行织造后形成坯布,然后对坯布进行烧毛、退浆精练、漂白、丝光、中间定型后,采用下列组成的加工液进行功能性后整理:

Claims (7)

1.一种易去污纺织品,其特征是:该纺织品由30~90重量%的棉短纤和70~10重量%的聚酯短纤所形成,所述棉短纤上至少附着有N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲与羧甲基纤维素钠的接枝反应物,所述聚酯短纤上至少附着有亲水性聚酯树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述易去污纺织品,其特征是:所述N_羟甲基二羟基乙烯脲与羧甲基纤维素钠的接枝反应物的重量占该纺织品总重量的0.1~2%。
3.根据权利要求1所述易去污纺织品,其特征是:所述亲水性聚酯树脂的附着量至少在0.1重量%以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述易去污纺织品,其特征是:所述聚酯短纤为普通聚酯纤维或改性聚酯纤维。
5.根据权利要求1、2或3所述易去污纺织品,其特征是:该纺织品的防襟污性达到3级以上,吸水性在1秒以下。
6.根据权利要求1、2或3所述易去污纺织品,其特征是:根据JIS L 0217 103法家庭洗涤20回后,该纺织品的防襟污性仍在3级以上,吸水性仍在1秒以下。
7.一种权利要求1所述的易去污纺织品应用于防襟污服装上。
