本发明涉及一种灭蚁饵剂,其含有0.05%‑0.5%的杀灭剂混合物,52%‑62%的脱脂玉米粉,25%‑35%的全脂大豆粉,8%‑12%的花生粉。采用本发明的灭蚁饵剂,其诱食能力强,中毒症状慢,灭杀能力强。

灭蚁饵剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种灭蚁饵剂,尤其涉及一种杀灭红火蚁的饵剂。
背景技术
红火蚁对人有攻击性和重复蜇刺的能力。它影响入侵地人的健康和生活质量、损坏公共设施电子仪器,导致通讯、医疗和害虫控制上的财力损失。蚁巢一旦受到干扰,红火蚁迅速出巢发出强烈攻击行为。红火蚁以上颚钳住人的皮肤,以腹部末端的螯针对人体连续叮蜇多次,每次叮蜇时都从毒囊中释放毒液。人体被红火蚁叮蜇后有如火灼伤般疼痛感,其后会出现如灼伤般的水泡。多数人仅感觉疼痛、不舒服,少数人对毒液中的毒蛋白过敏,会产生过敏性休克,有死亡的危险。如水泡或脓包破掉,不注意清洁卫生时易引起细菌二次感染。
目前市场上用于防空红火蚁的药剂以饵剂为主要类型,其作用机理为将杀虫活性成分与红火蚁喜食的食物混合,由红火蚁觅食工蚁主动取食并搬运回巢,通过红火蚁个体间相互哺喂的习性,将杀虫活性成分传导至其它工蚁、幼蚁、蛹、繁殖蚁、蚁后,从而杀灭全巢红火蚁。现有的化学饵剂主要由杀虫剂、由食剂、防腐剂等制备而成,其中,诱食剂多采用鱼粉、骨粉、香料等,这些诱食剂的成本较高,含蛋白和磷成分较高,残留的红火蚁饵剂对环境造成较大的污染。此外,现有饵剂中的杀虫剂作用速效,红火蚁取食后立即产生中毒症状,会对未取食的红火蚁产生警戒信号,而不能大面积杀灭红火蚁。介于上述两种原因,现有的饵剂难以彻底杀灭红火蚁,造成资源浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有的灭蚁饵剂的缺点,本发明提供了一种安全,诱食能力强,中毒症状慢,灭杀能力强的红火蚁饵剂。
本发明的一种灭蚁饵剂,其按重量百分比计,含有:
0.05%-0.5%的杀灭剂混合物,52%-62%的脱脂玉米粉,25%-35%的全脂大豆粉,8%-12%的花生粉。
优选地,所述灭蚁饵剂按重量百分比含有1.5%-2.5%的白砂糖,3%-5%的动物油。
优选地,所述杀灭剂混合物选自茚虫威、氟蚁腙、多杀霉素中的一种或多种。
可选地,所述杀灭剂混合物中,茚虫威、氟蚁腙、多杀霉素的所占比例为1:10:1-1:1:1。
可选地,所述灭蚁饵剂按重量百分比计含有脱脂玉米粉55%,全脂大豆粉28%,花生粉10.35%,动物油4.5%,白砂糖2%,氟蚁腙和多杀霉素的杀灭剂混合物0.15%;其中杀灭剂混合物中氟蚁腙和多杀霉素所占比例为1:4-4:1。
本发明中主要原料为玉米粉和大豆粉,相对于其他饵剂中所用原料骨粉具有价格较低的优势,此外本发明中还采用动物油和花生粉,这两种原料具有天然的香味,可以隐蔽杀虫剂的气味,更好的引诱红火蚁取食,本发明中所采用的杀虫剂茚虫威、氟蚁腙、多杀霉素对红火蚁有较好的针对性,对其它非靶标昆虫及人畜低毒,并且中毒症状出现较为缓慢,避免红火蚁及时采取拒食措施,可以更好的杀灭红火蚁。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明进行详细说明。首先对本发明的杀虫剂所采用的各化合物进行简单说明。
<茚虫威>
茚虫威的化学名称是7-氯-2,3,4a,5-四氢-2-[甲氧基羰基(4-三氟甲氧基苯基)氨基甲酰基]茚并 [1,2-e][1,3,4-]恶二嗪-4a-羧酸甲酯。茚虫威具有独特的作用机理,其在昆虫体内被迅速转化为DCJW,由DCJW作用于昆虫神经细胞失活态电压门控钠离子通道,不可逆阻断昆虫体内的神经冲动传递,破坏神经冲动传递,导致害虫运动失调、不能进食、麻痹并最终死亡。
<氟蚁腙>
主要防治农业和家庭的蚁科和蜚蠊科等害虫,用于直接杀灭害虫。
<多杀霉素>
多杀霉素是一种苯基吡唑类杀虫剂、杀虫谱广,对害虫以胃毒作用为主,兼有触杀和一定的内吸作用,其作用机制在于阻碍昆虫γ-氨基丁酸控制的氯化物代谢,因此对蚜虫、叶蝉、飞虱、鳞翅目幼虫、蝇类和鞘翅目等重要害虫有很高的杀虫活性,对作物无药害。
多杀霉素为GABA-氯离子通道抑制剂,与现有杀虫剂无交互抗性,对有机磷、有机氯、氨基甲酸酯、拟除虫菊酯等类杀虫剂已经产生抗性的或敏感的害虫均有较好的防治效果。
其他材料
本发明中还可以采用其他常见的诱食剂,比如脱脂玉米粉,全脂大豆粉,花生粉,动物油,白砂糖等,这些材料主要是用于引诱红蚁,让其进食。其中,玉米粉和大豆粉相对于其他饵剂中所用原料骨粉具有价格较低的优势,动物油和花生粉具有天然的香味,可以隐蔽杀虫剂的气味,更好的引诱红火蚁取食。
在本发明的灭蚁饵剂中,当以重量百分比计含有脱脂玉米粉52%-62%,全脂大豆粉25%-35%,花生粉8%-12%,白砂糖1.5%-2.5%,动物油3%-5%时,能充分掩盖杀虫剂的气味,具有良好的诱食效果。尤其是当脱脂玉米粉含量为55%-60%,全脂大豆粉含量为25%-28%,花生粉含量为9%-10.5%,动物油含量为4%-4.5%,白砂糖含量为2%-2.4%时,诱食效果更为显著。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
实施例1
本实施案例饵剂由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:脱脂玉米粉58.8%,全脂大豆粉25%,花生粉10%,动物油4%,白砂糖2.1%,茚虫威和氟蚁腙的杀灭剂混合物0.1%。
制备方法为: 按照上述重量比分别称取原料,将脱脂玉米粉,全脂大豆粉,花生粉,动物油,白砂糖放入搅拌机中充分搅匀然后膨化,将杀虫剂经高压雾化器雾化后均匀喷洒于饵剂上,即制得红火蚁饵剂。
应予说明,也可以单独采用茚虫威和氟蚁腙中的一种,若二者同时使用,其比例为1:5-5:1,优选比例为1:3-3:1。
实施例2
本实施案例饵剂由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:脱脂玉米粉60%,全脂大豆粉25.55%,花生粉9%,动物油3%,白砂糖2.4%,茚虫威和多杀霉素的杀灭剂混合物0.05%。
制备方法为: 按照上述重量比分别称取原料,将脱脂玉米粉,全脂大豆粉,花生粉,动物油,白砂糖放入搅拌机中充分搅匀然后膨化,将杀虫剂经高压雾化器雾化后均匀喷洒于饵剂上,即制得红火蚁饵剂。
应予说明,也可以单独采用茚虫威和多杀霉素中的一种,若二者同时使用,其比例为1:5-5:1,优选比例为1:2-2:1。
实施例3
本实施例饵剂由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:脱脂玉米粉55%,全脂大豆粉28%,花生粉10.35%,动物油4.5%,白砂糖2%,氟蚁腙和多杀霉素的杀灭剂混合物0.15%。
制备方法为: 按照上述重量比分别称取原料,将脱脂玉米粉,全脂大豆粉,花生粉,动物油,白砂糖放入搅拌机中充分搅匀然后膨化,将杀虫剂经高压雾化器雾化后均匀喷洒于饵剂上,即制得红火蚁饵剂。
应予说明,也可以单独采用氟蚁腙和多杀霉素中的一种,若二者同时使用,其比例为1:4-4:1,优选比例为1:2.5-2.5:1。
实施案例4
本实施例饵剂由以下重量百分比的原料制备而成:脱脂玉米粉52%,全脂大豆粉30%,花生粉10.5%,动物油5%,白砂糖2%,氟蚁腙和多杀霉素的混合物0.5%。
制备方法为: 按照上述重量比分别称取原料,将脱脂玉米粉,全脂大豆粉,花生粉,动物油,白砂糖放入搅拌机中充分搅匀然后膨化,将杀虫剂经高压雾化器雾化后均匀喷洒于饵剂上,即制得红火蚁饵剂。
应予说明,也可以单独采用氟蚁腙和多杀霉素中的一种,若二者同时使用,其比例为1:4-4:1,优选比例为1:2.5-2.5:1。还可以同时使用茚虫威、氟蚁腙、多杀霉素,三者在杀灭剂混合物中的所占比例优选为1:10:1-1:1:1;当比例处于上述范围时,所制成的饵剂杀灭效果最好。
【诱杀实验】
将实施案例1、将实施案例2、将实施案例3和将实施案例4中的杀灭红火蚁饵剂与某品牌杀灭红火蚁饵剂(含多杀霉素)以及不含杀虫剂的空白饵剂在野外田间对红火蚁进行诱杀对比试验,将某品牌杀灭红火蚁饵剂(含多杀霉素)组命名为对照组,将空白饵料组命名为空白组,并观察7天,14天,21天,28天,35天时的防治效果,结果见表1。

上述试验结果表明:本发明的饵剂对红红火蚁具有很好的引诱效果,红红火蚁中毒症状缓慢,不会引起红火蚁的拒食行为,杀灭效果显著,对环境污染相对较小,具有良好的运用前景。尤其是实施例3中灭蚁饵剂配方,对红火蚁的灭杀效果最好,效果最显著。
本说明书实施例所述的内容仅仅是对发明构思的实现形式的列举,本发明的保护范围不应当被视为仅限于实施例所陈述的具体形式,本发明的保护范围也基于本领域技术人员根据本发明构思所能够想到的等同技术手段。

Claims (5)

1.一种灭蚁饵剂,其特征在于,按重量百分比计,含有:
0.05%-0.5%的杀灭剂混合物,52%-62%的脱脂玉米粉,25%-35%的全脂大豆粉,8%-12%的花生粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的灭蚁饵剂,其特征在于,所述灭蚁饵剂按重量百分比含有1.5%-2.5%的白砂糖,3%-5%的动物油。
3.如权利要求1所述的灭蚁饵剂,其特征在于,所述杀灭剂混合物选自茚虫威、氟蚁腙、多杀霉素中的一种或多种。
4.如权利要求3所述的灭蚁饵剂,其特征在于,所述杀灭剂混合物中,茚虫威、氟蚁腙、多杀霉素的所占比例为1:10:1-1:1:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的灭蚁饵剂,其特征在于,所述灭蚁饵剂按重量百分比计含有脱脂玉米粉55%,全脂大豆粉28%,花生粉10.35%,动物油4.5%,白砂糖2%,氟蚁腙和多杀霉素的杀灭剂混合物0.15%;其中杀灭剂混合物中氟蚁腙和多杀霉素所占比例为1:4-4:1。
