In the related art, protocols do not specify a connection method of a network telephone, so that the network telephone instant connection can be realized, or a user needs to be connected with a data network all the time, or a protocol stack is modified, and recently, China mobile popularizes a network telephone instant connection scheme applied to an LTE network, namely the protocol stack is modified, and only a mobile phone supporting the protocol can realize the network telephone instant connection.

step S803: the calling party can also automatically connect to the data network after the called party hangs up the circuit domain telephone, and starts the network telephone software to wait for the called party to be on line;
step S804: after the called party is detected to be on line, the calling party uses the network telephone software to automatically call out, and the two parties establish network communication.
In this optional embodiment, when the calling party and the called party both want to set that the other party calls with their mobile phone numbers, the network call option can appear on the own call interface, and both parties set the network phone software (the two parties need to be consistent) and other necessary parameters that should be used when performing network call, including: the self party uses the user name and the password of the network telephone, and the opposite party uses the user name of the network telephone.
The above-mentioned network telephone software does not specify a certain software as long as the software can process the instructions specified by the present method.
The parameters when the called party starts the network telephone software to enter the waiting state are as follows: the called party uses the username and password of the network phone, the calling party uses the username of the network phone, and a set of instructions to the network phone: (a) waiting for the calling party to call in; (b) answering the incoming call automatically/manually; (c) waiting for the caller incoming call timeout setting.
The network telephone connection method is described below with a more detailed process diagram.
Fig. 9 is a flowchart illustrating a case where a called party is not connected to a data network when a network phone establishes a connection according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The method comprises the following steps: when the network telephone establishes connection, the called party is not connected with the data network, only connected with the circuit domain, and can receive the telephone from the circuit domain.
As shown in fig. 9, the process includes the following steps:
step S901 is that the calling party dials a call to the called party through the circuit domain;
step S902 is that the called party receives the telephone from the circuit domain;
step S903 is that the called party judges that the network communication can be carried out according to the incoming call number, and the called party selects to carry out the network communication, so that the called party automatically hangs up the telephone;
step S904 is that the called party initiates a connection request to the data network;
step S905 is the successful connection of the called party to the data network;
step S906, the calling party initiates a connection request to the data network after the called party hangs up the circuit domain telephone;
step S907, the calling party is successfully connected with the data network, and the network telephone software is started to wait for the called party to be on line;
at this point, both parties have connected to the data network and logged in the network telephone software, once the calling party detects that the called party is on line, the calling party can automatically call out by using the network telephone software, and the two parties establish network communication.
Embodiment of processing logic of calling party terminal for network call connection method
Fig. 10 is a processing flowchart of the method for connecting the calling terminal to the network call according to the embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 10, the following is described in chronological order:
any number can not be dialed by the method of the optional embodiment, the contact person and the number thereof which can be used for network communication are read from the setting module before dialing, and only the numbers can be dialed, so that a special dialing software is preferably realized to ensure that the following connection flow runs according to the logic designed by the method;
a calling party dials a common circuit domain telephone to a called party and then waits for the called party to hang up the telephone actively;
once the called party actively hangs up the phone, the calling party actively connects with the data network; and logging in the network telephone software to wait, and automatically calling out once the called party is detected to be on line, and establishing network communication between the two parties.
If the connection to the data network fails, or the login to the network telephone software fails, and the retry still fails for a certain number of times, or the timeout is waited, the network call is abandoned.
Embodiment of processing logic of called party terminal for network call connection method
Fig. 11 is a processing flowchart of the called party terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention for the network call connection method, and as shown in fig. 11, the following is described in chronological order:
in the normal called process, after a protocol stack of a called party terminal sends a layer three message Call Confirmed to a Mobile Switching Center (Mobile Switching Center, abbreviated as MSC), the protocol stack sends a layer three message Alerting to the MSC (meaning that the called party has RING), and simultaneously sends a RING message to the MMI, which informs the MMI that a Call interface should be displayed;
after receiving the RING message, the MMI checks the number of the incoming call, and if the number is read from the setting module and network conversation can be carried out, one more network conversation option is displayed on an incoming call answering interface;
if the number is read from the setting module and the network communication can not be carried out, processing according to a normal flow and displaying a common incoming call interface;
if the user selects the network call option, the incoming call is automatically hung up;
after hanging up the incoming call, the called party automatically connects to the data network;
if the data network is successfully connected, the network telephone software is automatically logged in, and the calling party is waited for incoming call;
if the connection to the data network fails or the login to the network telephone software fails, the called party retries for a certain number of times within a certain time range, and if the connection is not successful, the network call is abandoned.
Examples of requirements for network telephony software
The internet phone software is an important part of the connection method flow, but it is optional to specify which internet phone software is used. It can be used as long as it is sufficient to process the instructions specified in the method.
Instruction 1: waiting for a call-out instruction
The parameters are as follows:
the user name and the password of the own party logging in the network telephone software;
the user name of the network telephone software is logged in by the waiting opposite party;
waiting for an timeout period;
the call-out waiting instruction can call out the network telephone immediately once the opposite side is on line. During the time before waiting for the timeout, the network call request of any other user is not accepted.
Instruction 2: waiting for incoming call instruction
The parameters are as follows:
the user name and the password of the own party logging in the network telephone software;
the user name of the network telephone software is logged in by the waiting opposite party;
answering the incoming call automatically/manually;
waiting for an timeout period;
the call waiting instruction can set automatic answering once calling, so that the connection speed is fast, and can also specify that manual answering is needed to give the called party a rejection opportunity. During the time before waiting for the timeout, the network call request of any other user is not accepted.
The following is an example of implementing the invention and a mobile phone that has implemented the example:
the embodiment is divided into a special dialing program, a called party program and a setting program, the special dialing program, the called party program and the setting program are preset in the Zhongxing mobile phone when the mobile phone leaves a factory, and the special dialing program, the called party program and the setting program cannot be deleted and are respectively embodied as a dialing interface of a system, a calling interface of the system and contact person application of the system;
network communication software selected by the embodiment is not specified, and the only requirement is that the software can be matched with the connection method to execute the instruction and encrypt the communication;
the user can mark a certain number of a certain contact person as being capable of carrying out network communication on a contact person interface of the system, and simultaneously sets network communication software selected when the user carries out network communication with the contact person, and sets necessary parameters: the user name and the password of the own party logging in the network telephone software and the user name of the contact person logging in the network telephone software;
opening a dialing interface, and if the dialed number is marked as being capable of carrying out network call, a 'network call' button appears; pressing the button will dial a circuit domain phone, and from dialing to hanging up the phone, the 'calling' interface is displayed, which is the same as that of the common circuit domain phone;
the called party receives the incoming call, if the number of the incoming call is marked as that the network call can be carried out, a 'network call' button is added in the system incoming call interface; pressing the button can hang up the incoming call, automatically connect the data network, simultaneously send a 'waiting incoming call instruction' to the selected network communication software to inform the user name and the password of the own party logging in the network telephone software, and the user name of the waiting party logging in the network telephone software requires automatic answering, and the overtime waiting time is 30 seconds; then the incoming call interface disappears, and the network communication software pops up a 'waiting for connection' interface instead;
after receiving the notice that the circuit switched domain telephone is hung up, the calling party automatically connects the data network, and simultaneously sends out a call waiting instruction to the selected network communication software to inform the calling party of the user name and the password of the network communication software login of the calling party and the user name of the network communication software login of the waiting opposite party, wherein the overtime waiting time is 30 seconds; then the dialing interface disappears, and the network communication software pops up a 'waiting for connection' interface instead;
both sides enter a 'waiting connection' interface, and once connection is established, network communication can be started;
after 30 seconds, if the connection is not established, prompting the user that the network communication fails;
the 'calling' interface and the 'waiting connection' interface are both provided with 'hang-up' buttons, and after the 'hanging-up' buttons are pressed down, the own party terminates the connection process. But the opposite side is not informed, and the opposite side can continue the flow until the overtime is ended;
the called party may select "hang up" on the incoming call interface, and terminate the connection process. But the opposite side is not informed, and the opposite side can continue the flow until the overtime is ended;
if the called party does not make any selection on the incoming interface, the circuit domain telephone can hang up because of no answering within overtime, but the calling party can get the reason from the received notice of hanging up and knows that the reason is the hanging up caused by no answering within overtime, so the connection process is terminated and the user is prompted to 'the other party is not answered';
the mobile phone in the related technology realizes the network telephone connection method, and can use the connection method to mutually dial the network telephone terminal;
the application program manufactured in this example does not have to be preset in the mobile phone when leaving the factory, and can also be installed on the mobile phone as a third-party application (a special dialing program, an incoming call monitoring module, a special setting program), and still can display a "network call option" (for example, the option is displayed in a floating window form) and actively connect/disconnect the data network on the incoming call interface, which is slightly inferior in user experience but acceptable;
when the called party mobile phone is in a sleep state, the phone from the circuit domain wakes up the mobile phone and triggers the flow for establishing the network communication connection.
In summary, the network telephone connection method and the terminal provided by the invention have the advantages that the time delay in the process of connecting the telephone and the call connection rate are not much different from those of the common circuit domain telephone, and the user experience is good; the data network is not required to be connected all the time, so that the electricity is saved; the intelligent mobile phone is installed on an intelligent machine in a third-party application form, can be used by spanning different modes of mobile phones, and has a wide application range;
it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the modules or steps of the present invention described above may be implemented by a general purpose computing device, they may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of multiple computing devices, and alternatively, they may be implemented by program code executable by a computing device, such that they may be stored in a storage device and executed by a computing device, and in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that described herein, or they may be separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them may be fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (16)

1. A network telephone connection method, comprising:
a called terminal receives a circuit domain call request sent by a calling terminal through a circuit domain;
the called terminal refuses the circuit domain calling request under the condition that the called terminal determines to communicate with the calling terminal through a data network;
the called terminal establishes network telephone connection with the calling terminal through the data network;
wherein, before the called terminal establishes the network telephone connection with the calling terminal through the data network, the method comprises the following steps:
after the called terminal receives the circuit domain calling request, the called terminal judges whether the incoming call number carried in the circuit domain calling request is the preset telephone number of the calling terminal;
if the incoming call number carried in the circuit domain calling request is the preset telephone number of the calling terminal, the called terminal displays an interface with a data network conversation option;
the called terminal determines to communicate with the calling terminal through the data network under the condition that the called terminal receives an instruction through the data network communication option;
the called terminal establishes a network telephone connection with the calling terminal through the data network and comprises the following steps:
the called terminal sends a connection request to the data network;
the called terminal receives a connection success response sent by the data network, wherein the connection success response is used for indicating that the called terminal is successfully connected to the data network;
and under the condition that the called terminal is connected to the data network, establishing a network telephone connection with the calling terminal connected to the data network through the data network.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving, by the called terminal, the cs call request sent by the calling terminal through the cs domain comprises:
and the called terminal receives a circuit domain call request sent by the calling terminal through a circuit domain under the condition that the called terminal is not connected to the data network.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, the called terminal establishing a voice over internet protocol connection with the calling terminal over the data network comprising:
the called terminal establishes network telephone connection with the calling terminal through the data network according to network communication software; wherein, the configuration parameters in the network communication software comprise at least one of the following: and the called terminal logs in the user name and the password of the network communication software and the user name of the calling terminal.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the circuit domain call request includes a number of the called terminal obtained by the calling terminal from configuration parameters in the network call software.
5. A network telephone connection method, comprising:
the calling terminal sends a circuit domain calling request to the called terminal through a circuit domain;
the calling terminal receives a message for indicating the called terminal to reject the circuit domain call request;
the calling terminal is connected to a data network;
under the condition that the called terminal is determined to be connected to the data network, the calling terminal establishes a network telephone connection with the called terminal through the data network, wherein the calling terminal establishes the network telephone connection with the called terminal through the data network by the following means: after the called terminal refuses the message of the circuit domain calling request, the called terminal sends a connection request to the data network; the called terminal receives a connection success response sent by the data network, wherein the connection success response is used for indicating that the called terminal is successfully connected to the data network; establishing a voice over internet protocol connection with the calling terminal connected to the data network through the data network in a case where the called terminal is connected to the data network;
after a calling terminal sends a circuit domain calling request to a called terminal through a circuit domain, the called terminal is used for judging whether an incoming call number carried in the circuit domain calling request is a preset telephone number of the calling terminal; if the incoming call number carried in the circuit domain calling request is the preset telephone number of the calling terminal, the called terminal displays an interface with a data network conversation option; and the called terminal determines to communicate with the calling terminal through the data network under the condition that the called terminal receives the instruction through the data network communication option.
6. The method of claim 5,
the receiving, by the calling terminal, the message for instructing the called terminal to reject the circuit domain call request includes: the calling terminal receives a message for indicating the called terminal to reject the circuit domain call request through a Mobile Switching Center (MSC);
the connection of the calling terminal to the data network comprises: and under the condition that the calling terminal judges that the called terminal rejects the circuit domain call request according to the message and switches to the data network to establish the network telephone connection with the calling terminal, the calling terminal is connected to the data network.
7. The method of claim 5 or 6, the calling terminal establishing a voice over internet protocol connection with the called terminal over the data network comprising:
the calling terminal establishes network telephone connection with the called terminal through the data network according to network communication software; wherein, the configuration parameters in the network communication software comprise at least one of the following: and the calling terminal logs in the user name and the password of the network communication software and the user name of the called terminal.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the circuit domain call request includes a number of the called terminal obtained by the calling terminal from configuration parameters in the network call software.
9. A network telephone connection device applied to a called terminal, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a circuit domain calling request sent by a calling terminal through a circuit domain;
the rejecting module is used for rejecting the circuit domain calling request under the condition that the called terminal determines to communicate with the calling terminal through a data network;
the establishing module is used for establishing network telephone connection with the calling terminal through the data network;
the device further comprises:
the judging module is used for judging whether the incoming call number carried in the circuit domain calling request is the preset telephone number of the calling terminal after the called terminal receives the circuit domain calling request;
the display module is used for displaying an interface with a data network conversation option if the incoming call number carried in the circuit domain calling request is the preset telephone number of the calling terminal;
the determining module is used for determining that the called terminal communicates with the calling terminal through the data network under the condition that the called terminal receives an instruction through the data network communication option;
the establishing module comprises:
a sending unit, configured to send a connection request to the data network;
a second receiving unit, configured to receive a connection success response sent by the data network, where the connection success response is used to indicate that the called terminal is successfully connected to the data network;
the establishing unit is used for establishing network telephone connection with the calling terminal connected to the data network through the data network under the condition that the called terminal is connected to the data network.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the receiving module comprises:
a first receiving unit, configured to receive, by the called terminal, a circuit domain call request sent by the calling terminal through a circuit domain when the called terminal is not connected to the data network.

The apparatus according to claim 9 or 10, wherein the establishing module is further configured to establish a voice over internet protocol connection with the calling terminal through the data network according to internet telephony software; wherein, the configuration parameters in the network communication software comprise at least one of the following: and the called terminal logs in the user name and the password of the network communication software and the user name of the calling terminal.
12. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the circuit domain call request includes a number of the called terminal obtained by the calling terminal from configuration parameters in the network telephony software.
13. A network telephone connection device applied to a calling terminal, comprising:
the sending module is used for sending a circuit domain calling request to the called terminal through a circuit domain;
a receiving module, configured to receive a message for instructing the called terminal to reject the circuit domain call request;
a connection module for connecting to a data network;

the called terminal is used for judging whether the incoming call number carried in the circuit domain calling request is a preset telephone number of the calling terminal; if the incoming call number carried in the circuit domain calling request is the preset telephone number of the calling terminal, the called terminal displays an interface with a data network conversation option; and the called terminal determines to communicate with the calling terminal through the data network under the condition that the called terminal receives the instruction through the data network communication option.
14. The apparatus according to claim 13, wherein the receiving module is further configured to receive, through a mobile switching center MSC, a message for instructing the called terminal to reject the circuit domain call request; the connection module is further configured to connect to the data network when the calling terminal determines, according to the message, that the called terminal rejects the circuit domain call request, and switches to the data network to establish the voice over internet protocol connection with the calling terminal.
15. The apparatus according to claim 13 or 14, wherein the establishing module is further configured to establish a voice over internet protocol connection with the called terminal through the data network according to a voice over internet protocol software; wherein, the configuration parameters in the network communication software comprise at least one of the following: and the calling terminal logs in the user name and the password of the network communication software and the user name of the called terminal.
16. The apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the circuit domain call request includes a number of the called terminal obtained by the calling terminal from configuration parameters in the network telephony software.
