背景
平切或旋转模切机可以根据特定的预定形状在台(例如,滚筒或平板)上切割工件,例如,板片。工件可以是由瓦楞纸、塑料或其他材料制成的板片。例如,旋转模切机可以包括其上安装切割刀片的第一可转动的圆筒,和提供支撑台以支持正被切割的板的第二可转动的圆筒。第一圆筒通常称为模具圆筒并且第二圆筒通常被称为砧座圆筒,其中模具圆筒和砧座圆筒可以布置成使得模具圆筒位于砧座圆筒以上或以下。在模具圆筒的最低轮廓线和砧座圆筒的最高轮廓线之间可以存在空间间隙。一个或多个电机通过齿轮可以驱动模具圆筒和砧座圆筒转动,并使板片能够响应转动运动和砧座圆筒的表面上的摩擦力而送入模具圆筒和砧座圆筒之间的间隙中。安装在模具圆筒上的刀片可以被程序化为通过模具圆筒的转动运动将板切割为预定形状。

详述
砧座罩可以被构造成包括由垫料构成的第一层(本文称为“垫料层”)和由增强材料构成的第二层(本文称为“背衬层”)。垫料层可以提供一层软材料,而背衬层可以为垫料层提供结构支撑。在一个实施方案中,背衬层结合到垫料层上。例如,背衬层可以在形成垫料层的过程期间结合到垫料层。当背衬层结合到垫料层时,垫料层和背衬层形成砧座罩的整体部分。
多个砧座罩可以组合并安装在砧座圆筒上,以保护砧座圆筒的整个表面。当安装在砧座圆筒上时,砧座罩的垫料层的外表面可以朝向板被切割的方向,并且与板和刀片接触以吸收由安装在模具圆筒上的刀片施加的力。背衬层的外表面可以朝向砧座圆筒并且与砧座圆筒接触。背衬层可以在整个切割过程中帮助保持砧座罩的形状。
砧座罩的垫料层通常由适合的软材料,例如氨基甲酸酯制成。背衬层是砧座罩的骨架(spine),并且通常由钢片制成。在一些实施方案中,由纤维增强塑料(FRP)线制成的织物已经用于构造背衬层。FRP可以是由用纤维增强的聚合物基质制成的复合材料。纤维可以是玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳族聚酰胺(aramid)纤维、玄武岩纤维或任何适合类型的纤维中的任一种或组合。聚合物可以是环氧、乙烯基酯或聚酯热固性塑料。
当被安装在砧座圆筒上时,背衬层可以在整个切割过程中向垫料层提供稳定性并保持一致的配合。在没有背衬层的情况下,氨基甲酸酯材料可能受到切割过程引起的收缩和膨胀的显著影响。
与钢背衬相比,FRP背衬由于FRP材料(如玻璃纤维)更轻、更柔性并且更易于处理而是用户友好的。然而,FRP背衬层通常使用根据矩形线网格的图案机织或针织在一起的FRP线股构造。在机织织物中,FRP线的多根纱线彼此以直角接合,从而产生矩形线网格的网络。在针织织物中,FRP线或线股的一根连续纱线重复打环以产生像微小的数排辫子的东西。机织织物可以具有不均匀的表面,而针织植物可以具有基本上均匀的表面。
砧座罩通常是具有长度、宽度和厚度的矩形形状的片。砧座罩的纵向侧基本平行于轴向,所述轴向通常也是砧座圆筒转动的方向或施加刀片的方向。具有矩形线网格的背衬层被设计成保持沿砧座罩的纵向的完整性。也在较小程度上稳定砧座罩的宽度。然而,包括由以矩形线网格的图案机织的FRP线的网络构成的背衬层的砧座罩当经受切割力时容易卷曲或扭曲,从而导致过早磨损和使用寿命缩短。因此,存在对柔性并抗卷曲和扭曲的砧座罩的需要。

图1示出了根据本公开内容的一个实施方案的模切机100。如图1所示,模切机100可以包括模具圆筒102和砧座圆筒104。模具圆筒102可以包括用于安装切割刀片的安装点114,并且砧座圆筒104可以包括用于安装砧座罩的接收件118(如锁定通道)。模具圆筒102和砧座圆筒104可以由适合的材料如钢制成。

在一个实施方案中,模具圆筒102可以包括多个安装点114,在所述安装点114处可以安装切割部件(例如,刀片)。在一个实施方案中,砧座圆筒104可以包括一个或多个用于接收砧座罩的锁定构件的接收件118(如锁定通道)。接收件118可以在砧座罩的第一端接收凸形锁定构件和在砧座罩部分的第二端接收凹形锁定构件,以将凸形和凹形锁定构件连接在接收件118中。当凸形锁定构件和凹形锁定构件在接收件118内部连接时,砧座罩牢固地连接到砧座圆筒。一个或多个砧座罩可以沿着砧座圆筒104的整个宽度安装,以完全覆盖砧座圆筒104并防止安装在模具圆筒102上的刀片直接接触砧座圆筒104的表面。
图2A-2D示出了根据本公开内容的一些实施方案的砧座罩200的各种视图。图2A显示了根据本公开内容的一个实施方案的砧座罩的透视图。
如图2A所示,砧座罩200可以包括垫料层202和背衬层204。砧座罩200还可以包括用于将砧座罩200固定到砧座圆筒的锁定通道上的凹形锁定构件206和凸型锁定构件208。垫料层202可以由任何适合的材料,例如氨基甲酸酯制成。背衬层104可以是由任何适合的材料如FRP线制成的织物片。为了便于讨论,背衬层204是指由玻璃纤维线制成的背衬层204。然而,本领域普通技术人员将理解,背衬层可以是向垫料层202提供支撑的任何适合的材料。例如,垫料层202可以由FRP线的网络构成。此外,垫料层202和背衬层204是柔性的,允许砧座罩200被弯曲以符合砧座圆筒104的外部轮廓。例如,如图2A所示,砧座罩200可以弯曲成半圆筒壁并安装在砧座圆筒上以覆盖砧座圆筒的一半条带。如图2D中所示,两个砧座罩200可以互相连接并安装在砧座圆筒104上以形成可以用于覆盖砧座圆筒104的整个条带的圆柱形壁。
垫料层202可以包括朝向模切机的方向的第一表面和结合到背衬层204的第二表面。背衬层204可以包括朝向支撑台(例如旋转模切机中的砧座圆筒)的方向的第一表面和结合到垫料层202的第二表面的第二表面。垫料层202和背衬层204可以通过任何适合的方法结合在一起。
图2B显示根据本公开内容的一个实施方案如图2A所示的砧座罩200的横截面视图。如图2B所示,砧座罩200可以具有层状结构,所述层状结构包括结合到背衬层204的垫料层202。砧座罩200还可以包括用于将砧座罩200固定到砧座圆筒上的凹形锁定构件206和凸形锁定构件208。
图2C显示了根据本公开内容的一个实施方案如图2A、2B所示的砧座罩200的顶视图。如图2B所示,图2C的顶视图是朝向砧座罩200的垫料层202的第一表面观察的。如图2C所示,当朝向垫料层202的第一表面观察时,砧座罩可以具有基本上矩形的形状,所述基本上矩形的形状可以包括沿第一轴210的第一侧214(例如长度边缘)和沿轴212的第二侧216(例如,宽度边缘)。在一个实施方案中,砧座罩200可以沿着第一侧214的方向(即,沿着砧座圆筒的圆形轮廓的砧座罩的第一侧)包绕砧座圆筒。因此,当安装在砧座圆筒上时,砧座罩200可以沿着第一侧214的方向随砧座圆筒一起相对于轴108转动,如图1所示。此外,在模切机100运行过程中,安装在模具圆筒106上的刀片可以在砧座圆筒转动的同时向工件施加切割力。施加到工件和砧座罩200的切割力可以产生沿转动方向的拖曳力,所述拖曳力可以引起砧座罩200的卷曲和扭曲。
背衬层204可以包括一片基本上矩形的玻璃纤维织物,其还可以具有第一侧218(长度)和第二侧220(宽度)。在一个实施方案中,玻璃纤维织物的第一侧218基本上平行于垫料层202的第一侧214,模切机可以沿着所述垫料层202的第一侧214切割材料片,并且玻璃纤维织物的第二侧220基本上平行于垫料层202的第二侧216,另一个砧座罩可以沿着所述垫料层202的第二侧216被锁定以形成圆筒并附接到台。
背衬层204可以包括由根据特定图案机织或针织在一起的玻璃纤维线制成的玻璃纤维织物片。在一些实施方案中,如图3所示,背衬层的玻璃纤维织物可以包括机织或针织成矩形线网格的图案的玻璃纤维线的网络。在这些实施方案中,第一组玻璃纤维线沿经向机织或针织,所述经向可以基本上平行于矩形砧座罩的第一侧并且与砧座罩的第二侧基本上垂直地相交,并且第二组玻璃纤维线沿纬向(或填充方向)机织或针织,所述纬向基本上平行于矩形砧座罩的第二侧并且与砧座罩的第一侧基本上垂直地相交。经向是玻璃纤维织物的轴向,并且纬向横向于(traverse to)轴向。由于玻璃纤维织物机织或针织的方式,玻璃纤维织物沿经向的拉伸强度可以比沿纬向的拉伸强度更强。如上所述,在切割过程中,经向和纬向平行于砧座罩的第一或第二侧的包括单层有矩形图案的玻璃纤维线的背衬层对沿着玻璃纤维织物背衬层的轴向施加的扭曲和卷曲力的抵抗较差。砧座罩的扭曲和卷曲减少了砧座罩的使用寿命。
与使用仅包含平行于砧座罩的任一侧的玻璃纤维线的背衬层不同,根据本公开内容的实施方案的砧座罩的背衬层可以包括相对于砧座罩的任一侧倾斜的玻璃纤维线(例如,第一组或第二组玻璃纤维线)。由于背衬层中的这些倾斜的玻璃纤维线,切割刀片所施加的力不垂直地施加到背衬层的玻璃纤维线。相反,相对于这些倾斜的玻璃纤维线倾斜地施加力,从而降低了在切割加工期间施加到这些倾斜的玻璃纤维线的拉力和应力。由于降低的拉力和应力,根据本公开内容的实施方案的砧座罩的使用寿命可以显著延长。
图4A-4E示出了根据本公开内容的一些实施方案的玻璃纤维线的线图案。在一个实施方案中,如图4A或4B所示,背衬层可以包括平行于矩形砧座罩的任一侧(通过机织或针织)布置的玻璃纤维线,和相对于矩形砧座罩的任一侧倾斜的玻璃纤维线。例如,如图4A所示,玻璃纤维线的网络被机织或针织在一起,包括平行于砧座罩的任一侧的玻璃纤维线402和在相对于砧座罩的任一侧倾斜的方向上机织的玻璃纤维线404。如图4A所示,倾斜的玻璃纤维线可以基本上彼此平行。
在其他实施方案中,倾斜的玻璃纤维线可以沿多个方向机织或针织。例如,如图4B所示,背衬层的玻璃纤维线的布置可以包括四组基本上平行的玻璃纤维线,其中两组406、408平行于矩形砧座罩的侧面,两组410、412相对于矩形砧座罩的侧面倾斜。
在一些实施方案中,背衬层可以仅由以这些玻璃纤维线相对于砧座罩的任一侧倾斜的方式机织的玻璃纤维线组成。例如,如图4C所示,背衬层可以包含相对于砧座罩的任一侧倾斜的玻璃纤维线414。
在一些实施方案中,背衬层不仅可以包括被拉直和平行的玻璃纤维线,还包括作为与这些平行的玻璃纤维线交织的波状曲线针织到玻璃纤维织物中的玻璃纤维线。例如,如图4D所示的背衬层包括针织到基本上平行的玻璃纤维线的网络中的弯曲的玻璃纤维线406。这些弯曲的玻璃纤维线416可以以各种角度与平行的玻璃纤维线交织,并向砧座罩提供另外的支撑强度。
在一些实施方案中,背衬层可以包括基本相同类型的玻璃纤维线。例如,玻璃纤维线可以已经涂覆有类似的化合物并具有基本上相似的粗度。在一些其他实施方案中,背衬层可以包括各种类型的玻璃纤维线。例如,如图4E所示,背衬层可以包括更粗的拉直的和平行的玻璃纤维线418和更细的弯曲的玻璃纤维线420。在一个实施方案中,更粗的玻璃纤维线可以比更细的玻璃纤维线显著更粗(例如,约五倍)。
在某些实施方案中,砧座罩可以包括多于一个背衬层。图5A显示根据本公开内容的一些实施方案的包括多于一个背衬层的砧座罩500的横截面。如图5A所示,砧座罩500可以包括与图1所示的垫料层102相似的垫料层502。砧座罩500还可以包括第一背衬层504和第二背衬层506。在一个实施方案中,两个背衬层502、504可以由相同类型的玻璃纤维材料制成。在其他实施方案中,第一和第二背衬层502、504可以由不同类型的材料制成。例如,第一背衬层502可以由第一类型的玻璃纤维线制成,并且第二背衬层504可以由不同类型的玻璃纤维线或不同于玻璃纤维的材料制成。不同的材料可以是合适的类型的FRP材料。
在一个实施方案中,第一背衬层504或第二背衬层506之一可以是包括如图3所示的矩形机织图案的玻璃纤维织物片,而另一层包括相对于矩形砧座罩的侧面成倾斜角的机织图案。例如,第一背衬层504可以包括如图3所示的矩形线网格,而第二背衬层506的图案可以与矩形线网格成倾斜角。类似地,第二背衬层504可以包括如图3所示的矩形线网格,而第一背衬层506的图案可以相对于图3的矩形线网格成倾斜角。因此,本公开内容的实施方案可以包括砧座罩,其包括第一图案的第一背衬层和第二图案的第二背衬层,其中第二图案与第一图案成倾斜角。第一和第二图案之间的倾斜角可以在特定的范围内变化。例如,在一个实施方案中,倾斜角可以从约10度到约80度变化。在另一个实施方案中,倾斜角可以从约30度到约60度变化。在一个实施方案中,倾斜角可以是约45度。
图5B示出了根据本公开内容的一个实施方案的两个背衬层的组合。如图5B所示,第一背衬层(层A)可以包括根据垂直于矩形玻璃纤维织物的侧面的矩形线网格机织或针织的玻璃纤维线,和第二背衬层(层B)可以包括相对于层A的图案倾斜的玻璃纤维线网格。对于该实例,第二网格图案相对于第一网格图案成约45度。在一个实施方案中,第一背衬层和第二背衬层可以结合在一起以形成组合背衬层500,其包括具有垂直于矩形玻璃纤维织物的侧面和相对于侧面成倾斜角(45度)二者的线的玻璃纤维线图案。在一些实施方案中,第一背衬层和第二背衬层可以在形成垫料层的过程期间结合在一起。
图6示出了根据本公开内容的一个实施方案构建具有两个背衬层的砧座罩的方法600。如图6所示,在602可以提供第一背衬层,其中第一背衬层可以包括FRP线的第一网络。例如,第一背衬层可以是可以铺设在成形装置上的玻璃纤维织物。在一个实施方案中,成形装置可以是矩形盒,其中可以倒入热的液体氨基甲酸酯流体以形成垫料层。
在604,可以提供第二背衬层,其中第二背衬层可以包括FRP线的第二网络。可以铺设第二背衬层以实现FRP的第二网络的线网格,其线方向相对于第一FRP线成倾斜角。例如,第二背衬层可以铺设在相同成形装置中的第一背衬层之上。

Claims (17)
1.一种防护罩,其包括:
垫料层;和
至少一个背衬层,所述背衬层包括纤维增强塑料FRP线的网络,其中至少一个背衬层的表面基本上是矩形的,该表面包括第一侧,并且其中所述FRP线的网络是被机织成织物片或被针织成织物片中的至少一种,其包括:
沿着相对于第一侧倾斜的第一方向布置的第一多根FRP线;
沿第二方向布置的第二多根FRP线;和
与第一多根FRP线和第二多根FRP线交织的第三多根FRP线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防护罩,其中所述垫料层包括氨基甲酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防护罩,其中所述FRP线包括玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳族聚酰胺纤维或玄武岩纤维中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防护罩,其中所述第一方向基本上垂直于所述第二方向。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防护罩,其中所述第一多根FRP线和所述第二多根FRP线是相同类型的FRP线,并且其中所述第三多根FRP线是与所述第一多根FRP线不同类型的FRP线。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防护罩,其中所述第一多根FRP线或第二多根FRP线之一的粗度基本上大于所述第三多根FRP线的粗度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防护罩,其中所述至少一个背衬层在形成垫料层的过程期间结合到所述垫料层。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防护罩,其中所述防护罩被安装在模切机的砧座圆筒上,并且其中当安装时,防护罩的至少一个背衬层朝向砧座圆筒。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防护罩,其中当安装在砧座圆筒上时,在模切机切割操作期间,背衬层的第一侧基本上与砧座圆筒的转动方向平行。
10.一种防护罩,其包括:
垫料层;
第一背衬层,所述第一背衬层包括纤维增强塑料FRP线的第一网络;和
第二背衬层,所述第二背衬层包括FRP线的第二网络,其中所述第一背衬层的至少一根FRP线具有与第二网络的至少一根FRP线的线方向倾斜相交的线方向,
其中,所述FRP线的第一网络是被机织成织物片或被针织成织物片中的至少一种,其包括:
沿着相对于第一侧倾斜的第一方向布置的第一多根FRP线;
沿第二方向布置的第二多根FRP线;和
与第一多根FRP线和第二多根FRP线交织的第三多根FRP线。
11.根据权利要求10所述的防护罩,其中所述垫料层包括氨基甲酸酯,并且其中所述FRP包括玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳族聚酰胺纤维或玄武岩纤维中的至少一种。
12.根据权利要求10所述的防护罩,其中所述第一背衬层和所述第二背衬层二者都结合到垫料层。
13.根据权利要求10所述的防护罩,其中FRP线的第二网络是被机织成第二织物片或被针织成第二织物片中的至少一种,其中所述第二织物片包括基本上沿第三方向机织或针织中的至少一种的第三多根FRP线,和基本上沿第四方向的第四多根FRP线,并且其中所述第一方向与第三方向或第四方向之一倾斜相交,并且其中所述第二方向与第三方向或第四方向之一倾斜相交。
14.根据权利要求13所述的防护罩,其中所述第一方向基本上垂直于所述第二方向,并且其中所述第三方向基本上垂直于所述第四方向。
15.根据权利要求10所述的防护罩,其中所述第一背衬层和第二背衬层在垫料层形成过程中结合到垫料层。
16.一种方法,包括:
提供第一背衬层,其中所述第一背衬层包括纤维增强塑料FRP线的第一网络;
提供第二背衬层,其中所述第二背衬层包括FRP线的第二网络,并且其中第一网络的至少一根FRP线与第二网络的至少一根FRP线倾斜相交;和
将第一背衬层和第二背衬层结合到垫料层,
其中,所述FRP线的第一网络是被机织成织物片或被针织成织物片中的至少一种,其包括:
沿着相对于第一侧倾斜的第一方向布置的第一多根FRP线;
沿第二方向布置的第二多根FRP线;和
与第一多根FRP线和第二多根FRP线交织的第三多根FRP线。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中所述垫料层包括氨基甲酸酯,并且其中FRP包括玻璃纤维、碳纤维、芳族聚酰胺纤维或玄武岩纤维中的至少一种。
