Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及编织的可穿戴的健康监测系统,更特别的,本发明涉及包含织物心电图(ECG)(手)臂电极(LA和RA)的智能衣服,其中,织物心电图(ECG)臂电极放置在该衣服内,使得当该衣服被穿上时,该织物心电图(ECG)臂电极被放置到临近胸肌(胸部)主要肌肉、最接近肩部肌肉(三角肌)的位置的最外部的身体皮肤。
背景技术
在现有技术的使用织物电极的检测(监测)衣服上,它需要通过使用水或胶来弄湿电极以便得到可工作/可处理的ECG信号。因此,现有技术的电极不能得到从身体到相应的电极的临床水平ECG信号传递(传送)。
该衣服的编织电极由导电线(丝)制成,导电线和其它基础线(纱),例如尼龙、裸的斯潘德克斯纤维、包裹的斯潘德克斯和/或其它类型的线(纱),编织在一起。
电极在监测的身体上定位(放置)对特别是在身体运动时得到临床水平ECG信号至关重要。而且,该电极在身体的位置的可重复性在比较分离(单独)的测量期间的ECG信号是至关重要的。
特别地,现有技术的编织电极不能从位置RA(右手臂)和LA(左手臂)的ECG电极上得到高信号品质,稳定和可重复的ECG以及其它信号。
如图1所示,该图显示具有用来得到12路(12-leads)ECG信号的编织电极的衣服(服装)的一个例子,RA和LA放在胸部的各自侧面(两侧)、接近相应的腋窝的位置。考虑到胸的解剖结构,该RA和LA电极通常放置在胸肌,特别是胸部主要肌肉的上方。图2描述了胸部主要肌肉30的位置和心脏20的一般位置。当一编织电极,例如图示的’964,被放置在胸部主要肌肉30的结实(大的)部位的上方,该肌肉,作为增大电极的阻抗的电容而工作,由此实质性地减少由RA和LA电极110测量到的信号的幅值(振幅)和品质。
由此,在被监测人在休息或运动时,这就需要稳定和可重复地定位RA和LA电极以便得到高质量信号,帮助接收到临床水平ECG。
用在一健康系统的术语“连续监测”指一监控检测系统,当被检测的人是醒着或睡着,以及是活动的,这些人(生物)基本上一般所有活动时用来基本连续的、日夜地监测/检测一个人(生物)。
本申请的用在可穿戴的衣物的技术术语“衣服”,指无缝制的可穿戴的衣物物品,最好是能被紧紧地穿戴到紧邻要监测的人的身体,通常紧邻到人体的皮肤,包括内衣、运动衫、短裤、特制的医院衬衫、短袜等类似用品。典型地,该术语“衣服”指紧挨着使用者身体的外表面、在外衣的里面或者仅当作衣服穿着的服装物品,以传感器嵌入其中的方式,在一般的每日行动中不被他人看到。衣服物品也可包括不是衬衣本身,而是直接地或最好是紧贴皮肤的,象T恤衫、无袖或有袖衬衫、运动文胸、紧身衣、舞蹈衣以及短裤。
术语“紧紧地”意味着衣服的具有要求有一定压力压在身体上以便获得满意的信号的电极或其它传感器的具体部分被设计成尽可能所需的紧身度,然而,该衣服的其它所有部分可以是不紧的。可选择地,有一个装置通过内置带(built-in straps)或其它收紧装置/方式来帮助(促进)收紧或释放该衣服的某一部分以便需要更多的或更少的紧度,而不必要替换整个衣服。
用于ECG测量的词语“临床水平ECG”是能使大多数心脏医生作明确的结论去怀疑有风险的而要求立即进一步调查或干预的心脏问题(例如,心率失常、心肌缺血、心脏病)所需的专业上接受的路的数量、灵敏性和特性。目前,这是至少12路,较好的是15路ECG,它们与一运动/动态补偿单元以及一带有适当算法(程序)的实时处理器相连。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是当被检测的人不管是在休息还是运动,包括跑步、跳跃或行走,通过提供稳定的、可重复的RA和LA电极定位来得到高质量ECG信号,有利于获得临床水平ECG。本发明的该目的是去保证该ECG信号是从被监测的身体的实质上可重复的位置上得到的。
本发明的一个目的是提供装置和结构,该装置和结构通常定位紧贴住被检测身体的RA和LA电极以便由胸部肌肉,特别是胸肌主要肌肉(Pectoralis major muscle)引起的电阻(阻抗)的增加保持最小,这样就不会阻止(影响)该电极得到高质量ECG信号。最优的定位是在胸肌主要肌肉的最外部,最接近肩部肌肉(三角肌)。
根据本发明的教导,一衣服被提供,它包括象编织电极那样的织物ECG-臂-电极(ECG-arm-electrodes)(110LA和110RA),其中,该织物ECG-臂-电极被放置在该衣服的内部,使得当该衣服被穿上时,该织物ECG-臂-电极位于邻近覆盖该胸肌主要肌肉的最外部区域,最接近该肩部肌肉的身体皮肤。
较好地,该织物ECG-臂-电极在该衣服内被设计成与该衣服的尺寸相匹配(适应)。

图1显示一象编织衣服的智能衣服100,它包括典型的12路(12-lead)编织电极110,该电极被设计成压贴在预定的身体位置的局部的身体皮肤表面。在其它信号中,该电极典型地适合在被监测的人处于休息或运动、跳跃或行走时能提供高质量ECG,有利于接收临床水平ECG。在图1的例子中,电极RA,LA,VI,V2,V3,V4,V5,V6,RL和LL被描述(显示)。
在本发明的一个实施例中,左臂(LA)和右臂(RA)电极110LA和110RA分别放置在该衣服上,使得电极110LA和110RA放置到邻近覆盖胸肌主要肌肉,最接近肩部肌肉(三角肌)的最外面的身体皮肤上。
参照图2,编织电极110LA和110RA被显示放置在相应的胸肌(胸部)主要肌肉30的相应的大部分32上。既然胸肌主要肌肉30作为一个电容工作,该电容实质地减少了由编织电极110LA和110RA测量到的信号的幅值和品质,那么在该编织监控衣服内的编织电极110LA和110RA的定位是使得电极110LA和110RA的主要区域(或整个区域)设置在最接近肩部肌肉(三角肌)的相应的胸肌主要肌肉30上面或旁边。这样,相应的编织电极110LA和110RA的电阻的电容成分被实质上降低。
应该明白,在该衣服放置编织电极110LA和110RA是设置成与该衣服的尺寸相匹配。
本发明根据实施例和例子来描述,很明显,同样的一个方法可以以多种方式变化。这样的变化不应该认为是偏离本发明的精神和范围,对本领域的技术人员所有的这些变化或调整明显地是被包括在本权利要求的保护范围内。
Claims (3)
1.一衣服,它包含织物ECG-臂-电极(110LA和110RA),其特征在于,所述织物ECG-臂-电极被设置在所述衣服内,使得当所述衣服被穿上时,所述织物ECG-臂-电极被设置在邻近最接近肩部肌肉的覆盖胸肌主要肌肉的最外面区域的身体皮肤处。
2.如权利要求1所述的衣服,其特征在于所述织物ECG-臂-电极是编织电极。
3.如权利要求1所述的衣服,其特征在于,在所述衣服内的所述编织的ECG-臂-电极的定位是设置成与该衣服的尺寸相匹配。
