Abstract
The invention provides an earphone which comprises a shell, an earphone wire, a loudspeaker unit and a wire knot fixing piece, wherein the loudspeaker unit is accommodated in the shell and is communicated with the earphone wire; a first cavity is formed between the wire knot fixing piece and the loudspeaker single body, and a second cavity is formed between the first notch and the shell; the wire knot fixing piece is provided with a bass pipeline and a connecting channel for communicating the first cavity and the second cavity; the bass pipeline is connected with the first cavity and isolated from the second cavity. By using the invention, the intermediate frequency of the earphone can be adjusted correspondingly by using the double rear sound cavities, and the acoustic performance of the earphone is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of acoustics, in particular to an earphone with double rear sound cavities.
Background
With the wide application of portable electronic products such as high-quality smart phones and pads, people have higher and higher requirements on earphones which can be used in cooperation with the portable electronic products, and the portable electronic products also have high-fidelity sound quality performance which can vividly reproduce various sound effects when the small size of the portable electronic products is required. In addition, no matter what kind of electronic products are, in order to make users listen to the sound signals provided by the electronic products without interfering with other people, the earphones have become a necessary accessory for each electronic product, and in addition, the earphones also provide better sound transmission for the listeners, so that the listeners can clearly hear and understand the sound content.
At present, an earphone is generally provided with a rear sound cavity, and a part of the earphone provided with double rear sound cavities is generally formed by connecting and conducting the two rear sound cavities in series through holes or pipes and the like, so that the problems of large amplitude of a middle and low audio frequency region, unobvious middle and low audio effect and the like exist.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide an earphone to solve the problems of large amplitude of the mid-low audio frequency region and insignificant mid-low effect caused by the serial connection of the two rear acoustic cavities through the holes or tubes of the existing earphone.
The invention provides an earphone which comprises a shell, an earphone wire, a loudspeaker unit and a wire knot fixing piece, wherein the loudspeaker unit is accommodated in the shell and is communicated with the earphone wire; a first cavity is formed between the wire knot fixing piece and the loudspeaker single body, and a second cavity is formed between the first notch and the shell; the wire knot fixing piece is provided with a bass pipeline and a connecting channel for communicating the first cavity and the second cavity; the bass pipeline is connected with the first cavity and isolated from the second cavity.
In addition, preferably, the housing is provided with a rear chamber tuning hole, and the rear chamber tuning hole is communicated with the connecting passage.
In addition, the preferable structure is that the bass duct and the connecting channel are positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the knot fixing piece; and on the same cross section of the earphone, the bass duct and the connecting channel are located on the diameter of the knot fixing piece.
In addition, the preferable structure is that the middle part of the thread knot fixing piece is provided with a thread passing channel; the wire knot of the earphone line is fixed between the loudspeaker monomer and the wire knot fixing piece, and the earphone line is arranged out through the line arranging channel.
Furthermore, it is preferred that the down-track channel, the connecting channel and the bass duct are located on the same diameter of the knot securing member on the same cross-section of the earphone.
In addition, the preferable structure is that the earphone also comprises an earphone handle arranged on one side of the shell; wherein, a wire channel corresponding to the wire following channel is arranged in the earphone handle, and the earphone wire passing through the wire following channel is led out by the wire channel.

By utilizing the earphone, the wire knot fixing piece and the rear end of the loudspeaker single body form a first cavity, the gap of the wire knot fixing piece and the shell form a second cavity, and the first cavity and the second cavity are communicated through the connecting channel; moreover, the bass pipeline is connected with the first cavity and isolated from the second cavity, the intermediate frequency of the earphone can be adjusted through the cooperation of the first cavity and the second cavity, and the tone quality of the earphone is improved.

Detailed Description
In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of one or more embodiments. It may be evident, however, that such embodiment(s) may be practiced without these specific details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices are shown in block diagram form in order to facilitate describing one or more embodiments.
To describe the earphone structure of the embodiment of the present invention in detail, the following description will discuss a specific embodiment of the present invention in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a partial sectional structure of an earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 shows a cross-sectional structure along a portion a-a in fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 together, the earphone according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a housing, an earphone cord, a speaker unit 3 accommodated in the housing and electrically connected to the earphone cord, and a wire-tie fixing member 4 disposed in the housing, wherein a first gap is disposed on a side of the wire-tie fixing member 4 away from the speaker unit 3, a first cavity 5 is formed between the wire-tie fixing member 4 and the speaker unit 3, and a second cavity 6 is formed between the first gap and the housing; the wire knot fixing piece 4 is provided with a bass pipeline 10 and a connecting channel 7 for communicating the first cavity 5 and the second cavity; the bass duct 10 is connected with the first cavity 5 and isolated from the second cavity 6, i.e. the bass duct 10 is connected with the first cavity 5 and indirectly connected with the second cavity 6 through the first cavity 5.
The first cavity 5 and the second cavity 6 are both rear sound cavities of the earphone, a rear cavity sound adjusting hole 8 is formed in the shell, and the rear cavity sound adjusting hole 8 is communicated with the connecting channel 7; the one end of first cavity 5 is connected with bass pipeline 10 and back chamber tuning hole 8 simultaneously, switches on with second cavity 6 through back chamber tuning hole 8, and second cavity 6 is connected with back chamber tuning hole 8, switches on with first cavity 5 through back chamber tuning hole 8, not with bass pipeline 10 lug connection.
Specifically, the bass duct 10 and the connection channel 7 are located on the upper and lower sides of the knot fixing member 4, and on the same cross section of the headphone, the bass duct 10 and the connection channel 7 are located on one diameter of the knot fixing member 4. As shown in fig. 2, in the cross section of the earphone passing through the rear cavity tone tuning hole 8, the connecting channel 7 is arranged right above the knot fixing piece 4, the bass pipeline 10 is arranged right below the knot fixing piece 4, the connecting channel 7 and the bass pipeline 10 are formed under the common matching of the knot fixing piece 4 and the casing, one side of the first cavity 5 is communicated with the bass pipeline 10, the other side is communicated with the connecting channel 7, and the connecting channel 7 is connected with the second cavity 6.
In one embodiment of the invention, a down-line channel 9 is provided in the middle of the knot-fixing element 4; the knot of earphone cord is fixed between loudspeaker monomer 3 and knot mounting 4, and the earphone cord is followed out through following in the same direction as line passageway 9, on the same cross section of earphone, lies in the same diameter of knot mounting 4 along line passageway 9, interface channel 7 and bass pipeline 10. Because one end of the earphone wire is connected and conducted with the loudspeaker unit 3, and the other end of the earphone wire is led out from the shell and is electrically connected with an external equipment terminal, the wire following channel 9 is obliquely arranged in the wire connecting and fixing piece 4, and the purpose of leading the earphone wire out from the shell is achieved.
The earphone of the embodiment of the invention also comprises an earphone handle 11 arranged on one side of the shell; wherein, a wire channel corresponding to the following wire channel 9 is arranged in the earphone handle 11, the earphone wire passing through the following wire channel 9 is led out by the wire channel, and the bass tube 10 also extends into the earphone handle 11 and is connected with the wire channel. Wire knot mounting 4 is direct contact between one side of keeping away from loudspeaker monomer 3 or first cavity 5 and the casing, bass pipeline 10 extends to earphone handle 11 back, and not switch on with second cavity 6, and one side and the interface channel 7 of second cavity 6 switch on, and the opposite side of second cavity 6 is enclosed construction, can avoid second cavity 6 and bass pipeline 10 directly to switch on to utilize first cavity 5 and second cavity 6 to adjust the intermediate frequency of earphone.
It should be noted that, in the earphone of the present invention, the larger the volume of the second cavity 6 is, the higher the intermediate frequency resonance peak of the earphone moves, and the first notch on the knot fixing member 4 is an avoidance set for forming the second cavity 6, and the volume of the first notch directly affects the size of the second cavity 6; the first notch can be set to be a step-shaped structure (as shown in fig. 1) or a curved structure, and the shape and volume of the first notch can be adjusted according to the product size, production requirements and the like, and is not limited to the structure shown in the drawing.
In addition, the connecting channel 7 connecting the first cavity 5 and the second cavity 6 can also be an arc-shaped or curved-surface structure, that is, a second notch of the arc-shaped structure is arranged on one side of the wire-bond fixing piece 4 close to the shell, and the second notch and the shell are matched to form the connecting channel 7.
In another embodiment of the invention, the shell comprises a back shell 2 with a conical structure and a front shell 1 which is matched and connected with the back shell 2; the shell 1 is provided with the phonate hole of earphone in the front, one side that loudspeaker monomer 3 kept away from knot mounting 4 forms the preceding sound chamber that switches on with the phonate hole, and first cavity 5 and second cavity 6 form two back sound cavity structures.
In order to prevent the wire knot of the earphone wire from extruding the loudspeaker single body, the wire knot fixing piece 4 is of a conical structure, the sectional area of one side, close to the loudspeaker single body 3, of the wire knot fixing piece 4 is larger than that of one side, far away from the loudspeaker single body 3, of the wire knot fixing piece 4, an accommodating groove which is sunken towards one side, far away from the loudspeaker single body 3, is formed in the end face, close to the loudspeaker single body 3, of the wire knot fixing piece 4, and the wire knot of the earphone wire is limited in the; the in-line pipeline is positioned in the containing groove and is communicated with the containing groove, the wire knot of the earphone wire is fixed in the containing groove, and the other end of the earphone wire is led out through the in-line pipeline.
In addition, the horn unit 3 further includes a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system; the vibration system comprises a vibrating diaphragm and a voice coil attached to one side of the vibrating diaphragm, and the magnetic circuit system comprises a magnetic conductive yoke, a magnet fixed on the magnetic conductive yoke and a washer fixed on the magnet, which are sequentially arranged.
Specifically, the magnetic circuit system of the horn unit 3 may be configured as a single magnetic circuit structure or a double magnetic circuit structure; when the magnetic circuit system is of a double-magnetic circuit structure, the magnets comprise central magnets and side magnets arranged around the central magnets, and the washer comprises a central washer and a side washer which correspond to the central magnets and the side magnets respectively; form the magnetic gap between center magnet and center china department and limit magnet and the limit china department, the voice coil loudspeaker voice coil hangs and establishes in the magnetic gap, and it is outdated that there is audio current to flow when the voice coil loudspeaker voice coil that is in magnetic field, can receive an alternating propulsion to produce alternating motion to drive vibrating diaphragm vibrations, and then promote the air repeatedly and the sound production.
In the earphone, the shell is sleeved with the ear inserting rubber sleeve and the tuning sheet for adjusting the acoustic performance of the speaker monomer; wherein, the tuning sheet is screen cloth, sponge or non-woven fabrics. The in-ear rubber sleeve can be made of materials such as silica gel or high-elasticity polyester and can be tightly contacted with the auditory meatus after being inserted into the auditory meatus so as to isolate sound from entering the middle ear and the inner ear and achieve the aim of sound insulation. One end of the earphone line is connected with the loudspeaker single body, and the other end of the earphone line is provided with an earphone plug which is matched with an external portable electronic product (external terminal equipment) for use.
According to the earphone provided by the invention, the first cavity and the second cavity are communicated with the rear cavity tone adjusting hole through the connecting channel; and, the volume of second cavity is big more, and earphone intermediate frequency formant moves toward the high frequency more, can realize the regulation to earphone intermediate frequency through first cavity and the cooperation of second cavity jointly, improves the tone quality and the performance of product.

Claims (9)
1. An earphone comprises a shell, an earphone wire, a loudspeaker unit and a wire knot fixing piece, wherein the loudspeaker unit is accommodated in the shell and is communicated with the earphone wire; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
a first notch is formed in one side, away from the horn unit, of the wire knot fixing piece;
a first cavity is formed between the wire knot fixing piece and the loudspeaker single body, and a second cavity is formed between the first notch and the shell;
a bass pipeline and a connecting channel for communicating the first cavity and the second cavity are arranged on the wire knot fixing piece;
the bass pipeline is connected with the first cavity and isolated from the second cavity;
the middle part of the knot fixing piece is provided with a straight-line channel;
the wire knot of the earphone line is fixed between the loudspeaker unit and the wire knot fixing piece, and the earphone line is arranged out through the line arranging channel.
2. The headset of claim 1,
and a rear cavity sound adjusting hole is formed in the shell and communicated with the connecting channel.
3. The headset of claim 1,
the bass pipeline and the connecting channel are positioned at the upper side and the lower side of the knot fixing piece; and the number of the first and second electrodes,
