Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电子产品保护膜技术领域,特别是涉及一种防辐射抗震型手机膜。
背景技术
在我们生活工作的环境周围存在很多的辐射,对人体有影响的辐射主要有工频辐射和射频辐射两种。所谓的工频辐射是指输变电路及用电设备在周围空间产生的频率极低的辐射,频率一般在50Hz-60Hz;而射频电磁辐射一般是指频率在1000Hz以上的电磁波,比如手机、电视塔、通基座都会产生射频磁场。
手机作为信息快速发展的时代的重要产物,除了是通讯工具外,还在各方面为人们提供服务,已成为人们生活中不可或缺的组成部分。然而手机在正常使用时辐射强度达到6W/m,手机在号码已经拨出而尚未接通时辐射达到12W/m。因此,手机对孕妈妈和胎儿的辐射尤其最大,会改变人体组织,对人体健康造成不利的影响。
因而,有业者发明了可贴于手机上、下表面的手机膜,用于屏蔽手机产生的辐射并且可以保护手机外壳免于磨损。然而一般手机膜的屏蔽效果差,并且抗震性差,极易爆破,进一步影响手机膜的屏蔽效果。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防辐射抗震性手机膜,能够有效提高手机膜的防辐射性、抗震性,延长膜体的使用寿命,并增加膜体的柔软度以及耐磨防污效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种防辐射抗震性手机膜,包括膜体,所述膜体包括基底层、防辐射层、抗震层和耐磨防尘层,所述防辐射层位于所述基底层的上方,所述抗震层位于所述防辐射层的上方,所述耐磨防尘层位于所述抗震层的上方,所述防辐射层包括填充层和嵌入所述填充层的吸波金属粉,所述吸波金属粉的添加比例占所述防辐射层的原料总重的20-30%,所述基底层、所述防辐射层、所述抗震层和所述耐磨防尘层的总厚度为20-80微米。
进一步说,所述填充层的原料按如下体积份数组成:酚醛环氧乙烯树脂10-30份、酚醛树脂10-30份和聚酰亚胺树脂20-40份,其中所述酚醛环氧乙烯树脂与所述酚醛树脂的比例为1:1-3:1,所述酚醛树脂与所述聚酰亚胺树脂的比例为1:4-1.5:1。
进一步说,所述吸波金属粉为铝粉、钛粉、铜粉、石墨粉和镍粉中的至少一种。
进一步说,所述防辐射层的厚度为4-11微米。
进一步说,所述抗震层是EVA橡塑层,所述抗震层的厚度为3-16微米。
进一步说,所述耐磨防尘层的原料按以下体积份数组成:酯多元醇50-60份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯25-64份、聚氨酯树脂20-30份、碳粉10-15份和消泡剂1-5份。
进一步说,所述耐磨防尘层的厚度为7-30微米。
进一步说,所述基底层为钢化玻璃层,所述基底层的厚度为6-23微米。
进一步说,所述吸波金属粉由铝粉、钛粉和石墨粉构成且体积比是1:0.5:3。
上述防辐射抗震型手机膜的制作方法,包括:
步骤一:将防辐射层的原料混合后经搅拌机搅拌均匀,30℃的条件下恒温静置30min,得膜液A;将耐磨防尘层的原料混合后经搅拌机搅拌均匀,45℃的条件下恒温静置20min,得膜液B;
步骤二:将步骤一制得的膜液A和膜液B分别置于3000r/min的离心机中脱气30-40min,去除膜液中的气体;
步骤三:将上述混合膜液A涂布于基底层的上表面,紫外线照射固化20-30min,制成防辐射层;
步骤四:将抗震层的原料涂布于步骤三所制成的防辐射层的上表面,100-120℃的烘干器中烘干10-20min,制成抗震层;
步骤五:将上述混合膜液B涂布于步骤四所制成的抗震层的上表面,50-60℃的烘干器中烘干30-40min,制成耐磨防尘层;
步骤六:将上述多层膜体经压层机高温压合后,得成品。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明防辐射抗震型手机膜包括基底层、防辐射层、抗震层和耐磨防尘层,防辐射层的吸波金属粉能够有效屏蔽手机上的电磁波,降低手机产生的辐射,减少对人体的伤害,抗震层的EVA橡胶层可以减少膜体爆破机率,延长膜体的使用时间,耐磨防尘层采用的酯多元醇和聚氨酯树脂具有较好的强度以及耐磨性。本发明的防辐射抗震型手机膜的膜体薄、质地柔软,优于一般的手机膜。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:一种防辐射抗震性手机膜,如图1-2所示,包括膜体1,所述膜体1包括基底层2、防辐射层3、抗震层4和耐磨防尘层5,所述防辐射层3位于所述基底层2的上方,所述抗震层4位于所述防辐射层3的上方,所述耐磨防尘层5位于所述抗震层4的上方,所述防辐射层3包括填充层6和嵌入所述填充层6的吸波金属粉7,所述吸波金属粉7的添加比例占所述防辐射层3的原料总重的20-30%,所述基底层2、所述防辐射层3、所述抗震层4和所述耐磨防尘层5的总厚度为31微米。膜体的四角为圆弧形,圆弧形有利于膜体有效贴合手机表面,避免膜体四周翘起,减少膜体的使用寿命。
所述填充层6的原料按如下体积份数组成:酚醛环氧乙烯树脂30份、酚醛树脂12份和聚酰亚胺树脂29份,其中所述酚醛环氧乙烯树脂与所述酚醛树脂的比例为1:1-3:1,所述酚醛树脂与所述聚酰亚胺树脂的比例为1:4-1.5:1。
所述吸波金属粉7为铝粉、钛粉、铜粉、石墨粉和镍粉中的至少一种。金属粉的屏蔽效果显著,并且在运输与移动的过程中不会破坏金属粉的稳定性,优于一般的铜箔、铝箔材料。
所述防辐射层3的厚度为7微米。
所述抗震层4是EVA橡塑层,所述抗震层4的厚度为10微米。EVA橡塑具有良好的缓冲、抗震、隔热、防潮、抗化学腐蚀等优点,且无毒、不吸水,其防震性能优于聚苯乙烯(泡沫)等传统发泡材料,

实施例2:一种防辐射抗震性手机膜,如图1-2所示,其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,所述填充层6的原料按如下体积份数组成:酚醛环氧乙烯树脂15份、酚醛树脂10份和聚酰亚胺树脂37份,所述耐磨防尘层5的原料按以下体积份数组成:酯多元醇56份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯52份、聚氨酯树脂21份、碳粉10份和消泡剂1-5份。
实施例3:一种防辐射抗震性手机膜,如图1-2所示,其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,所述填充层6的原料按如下体积份数组成:酚醛环氧乙烯树脂10份、酚醛树脂24份和聚酰亚胺树脂34份,所述耐磨防尘层5的原料按以下体积份数组成:酯多元醇51份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯47份、聚氨酯树脂30份、碳粉11份和消泡剂3份。
实施例4:一种防辐射抗震性手机膜,如图1-2所示,其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,所述填充层6的原料按如下体积份数组成:酚醛环氧乙烯树脂20份、酚醛树脂30份和聚酰亚胺树脂23份,所述耐磨防尘层5的原料按以下体积份数组成:酯多元醇57份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯30份、聚氨酯树脂20份、碳粉15份和消泡剂2份。
实施例5:一种防辐射抗震性手机膜,如图1-2所示,其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,所述填充层6的原料按如下体积份数组成:酚醛环氧乙烯树脂17份、酚醛树脂21份和聚酰亚胺树脂20份,所述耐磨防尘层5的原料按以下体积份数组成:酯多元醇50份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯62份、聚氨酯树脂28份、碳粉14份和消泡剂5份。
实施例6:一种防辐射抗震性手机膜,如图1-2所示,其余与实施例1相同,不同之处在于,所述填充层6的原料按如下体积份数组成:酚醛环氧乙烯树脂23份、酚醛树脂19份和聚酰亚胺树脂40份,所述耐磨防尘层5的原料按以下体积份数组成:酯多元醇54份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯39份、聚氨酯树脂22份、碳粉13份和消泡剂4份。
上述防辐射抗震型手机膜的制作方法,包括:
步骤一:将防辐射层的原料混合后经搅拌机搅拌均匀,30℃的条件下恒温静置30min,得膜液A;将耐磨防尘层的原料混合后经搅拌机搅拌均匀,45℃的条件下恒温静置20min,得膜液B;
步骤二:将步骤一制得的膜液A和膜液B分别置于3000r/min的离心机中脱气30-40min,去除膜液中的气体;
步骤三:将上述混合膜液A涂布于基底层的上表面,紫外线照射固化20-30min,制成防辐射层;
步骤四:将抗震层的原料涂布于步骤三所制成的防辐射层的上表面,100-120℃的烘干器中烘干10-20min,制成抗震层;
步骤五:将上述混合膜液B涂布于步骤四所制成的抗震层的上表面,50-60℃的烘干器中烘干30-40min,制成耐磨防尘层;
步骤六:将上述多层膜体经压层机高温压合后,得成品。
本发明的工作原理如下:本发明防辐射抗震型手机膜包括基底层、防辐射层、抗震层和耐磨防尘层,防辐射层的吸波金属粉能够有效屏蔽手机上的电磁波,降低手机产生的辐射,减少对人体的伤害,抗震层的EVA橡胶层可以减少膜体爆破机率,延长膜体的使用时间,耐磨防尘层采用的酯多元醇和聚氨酯树脂具有较好的强度以及耐磨性。本发明的防辐射抗震型手机膜的膜体薄、质地柔软,优于一般的手机膜。

Claims (8)
1.一种防辐射抗震型手机膜,包括膜体(1),其特征在于:所述膜体(1)包括基底层(2)、防辐射层(3)、抗震层(4)和耐磨防尘层(5),所述防辐射层(3)位于所述基底层(2)的上方,所述抗震层(4)位于所述防辐射层(3)的上方,所述耐磨防尘层(5)位于所述抗震层(4)的上方,所述防辐射层(3)包括填充层(6)和嵌入所述填充层(6)的吸波金属粉(7),所述吸波金属粉的添加比例占所述防辐射层的原料总重的20-30%,所述基底层(2)、所述防辐射层(3)、所述抗震层(4)和所述耐磨防尘层(5)的总厚度为20-80微米;
所述填充层(6)的原料按如下体积份数组成:酚醛环氧乙烯树脂10-30份、酚醛树脂10-30份和聚酰亚胺树脂20-40份,其中所述酚醛环氧乙烯树脂与所述酚醛树脂的比例为1:1-3:1,所述酚醛树脂与所述聚酰亚胺树脂的比例为1:4-1.5:1;
所述耐磨防尘层(5)的原料按以下体积份数组成:酯多元醇50-60份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯25-64份、聚氨酯树脂20-30份、碳粉10-15份和消泡剂1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射抗震型手机膜,其特征在于:所述吸波金属粉(7)为铝粉、钛粉、铜粉、石墨粉和镍粉中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射抗震型手机膜,其特征在于,所述防辐射层(3)的厚度为4-11微米。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射抗震型手机膜,其特征在于:所述抗震层(4)是EVA橡塑层,所述抗震层(4)的厚度为3-16微米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射抗震型手机膜,其特征在于:所述耐磨防尘层(5)的厚度为7-30微米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射抗震型手机膜,其特征在于:所述基底层(2)为钢化玻璃层,所述基底层(2)的厚度为6-23微米。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防辐射抗震型手机膜,其特征在于:所述吸波金属粉由铝粉、钛粉和石墨粉构成且体积比是1:0.5:3。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防辐射抗震型手机膜的制作方法,其特征在于,包括:
步骤一:将防辐射层的原料混合后经搅拌机搅拌均匀,30℃的条件下恒温静置30min,得膜液A;将耐磨防尘层的原料混合后经搅拌机搅拌均匀,45℃的条件下恒温静置20min,得膜液B;
步骤二:将步骤一制得的膜液A和膜液B分别置于3000r/min的离心机中脱气30-40min,去除膜液中的气体;
步骤三:将上述混合膜液A涂布于基底层的上表面,紫外线照射固化20-30min,制成防辐射层;
步骤四:将抗震层的原料涂布于步骤三所制成的防辐射层的上表面,100-120℃的烘干器中烘干10-20min,制成抗震层;
步骤五:将上述混合膜液B涂布于步骤四所制成的抗震层的上表面,50-60℃的烘干器中烘干30-40min,制成耐磨防尘层;
步骤六:将上述多层膜体经压层机高温压合后,得成品。
