Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present application, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary and intended to be used for explaining the present application and should not be construed as limiting the present application.
The method, device and system for processing the household appliance fault according to the embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for processing a failure of a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present application. The household appliance fault processing method of the embodiment can be executed by adopting a cloud server, and specifically comprises the following steps:
step 101, receiving current household appliance fault code information reported by a user terminal, wherein the current household appliance fault code information is sent to the user terminal by household appliances through a wireless local area network.
The user terminal can be a mobile terminal, such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer or a wearable device, such as a smart watch, and the user terminal and the household appliance are connected through a wireless local area network, and the household appliance can be controlled through the user terminal.
The user terminal and the household appliance are connected in a wireless communication mode (for example, WiFi is used as a connecting medium), the user can trigger the self-detection function of the household appliance in APP on the user terminal to trigger the household appliance to perform self-detection on each module in the household appliance, when the household appliance detects that each module in the household appliance is defective, the corresponding household appliance fault code is returned to the user terminal, and the user terminal can report the household appliance fault code to the cloud server.
Certainly, the user terminal may report the current home appliance fault code information in other manners, for example, the user terminal may not be actively triggered by the user, but may perform self-detection in real time when the home appliance device is in the power-on state, and when a defect is detected, send the fault code corresponding to the defect to the user terminal; or, the household appliance performs self-detection in a periodic mode in a starting state, and sends household appliance fault code information corresponding to the defect to the user terminal after detecting that the household appliance has the defect; specifically, the household electrical appliance performs self-detection in a periodic manner, the household electrical appliance can perform self-detection once every hour or once every four hours, and the time of the specific period can be set according to actual needs.
And 102, acquiring the current geographical position information of the user terminal.
Specifically, the specific way of acquiring the current geographic location information of the user terminal may be by using a GPS (Global Positioning System) or a base station, where the base station Positioning is a coarse Positioning technology for acquiring the location information based on a signal tower, and the Positioning accuracy is slightly lower than that of the GPS, but the Positioning capability is stronger and is less limited by a geographical area.
The user terminal and the household appliance used by the user are necessarily located in the same climate area under the condition that the local area network wireless communication connection is established, so that the obtained geographical position information of the user terminal is the geographical position information of the household appliance. Wherein the geographical location information comprises: the geographical location information comprises longitude information and latitude information; the current user terminal, namely the climate area where the household appliance is located, can be determined through the longitude information and the latitude information, and further, the current user terminal can also comprise height information.
And 103, determining a fault solution corresponding to the current fault of the household appliance according to the current household appliance fault code information and the current geographical position information of the user terminal, and feeding back the fault solution to the user terminal.
In this embodiment, since the reasons for a certain failure of the home appliances in different location areas may be different, the failure solution most suitable for the home appliance may be determined according to the current home appliance failure code information and the current geographical location information of the user terminal.
After the cloud server determines the fault solution corresponding to the current fault of the household appliance, the user terminal may actively query the fault solution corresponding to the current fault from the cloud server, or the cloud server may actively send the corresponding fault solution to the user terminal. The user terminal can show the fault solution and other information to the user in a detailed image-text mode, for example, the fault code, the reason of the fault, the fault solution, which deeper problems may be caused by the fault, and the like can be included, so that the user can know the problems and potential dangers of the household appliance used currently more clearly, professional problems become simpler and clearer, and user experience is improved.
It should be noted that when the home device detects more faults, a plurality of home device fault codes are correspondingly generated, and each home device fault code may correspond to a fault solution.
Specifically, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a household appliance fault processing method according to another embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, step 103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 is further refined, and the specific step 103 may specifically include:
and step 1031, determining the current region information to which the current geographic position information belongs.
The cloud server or the user terminal may preset a corresponding relationship between the geographic position and the region to which the geographic position belongs, or the cloud server may calculate a current region range corresponding to the current geographic position information according to the acquired geographic position information and a preset algorithm. The determination manners of the area ranges corresponding to different geographic locations may be the same or different, for example, a circular area formed by taking the coordinate of the geographic location as a center of a circle and taking the predetermined distance L as a radius may be used as a set area range according to the obtained geographic location information, and the area range is used as the current area information.
Step 1032, inquiring preset household appliance fault codes, area ranges and a mapping table of fault solutions, and determining the fault solutions corresponding to the current household appliance fault code information and the current area information.
For example, the mapping tables of the appliance fault code, the area range, and the fault solution may correspond as follows:
for example, when the appliance fault code E01 occurs, the environmental humidity in a different area, such as the area of the guangdong province, is high, and the corresponding solution is to contact the customer service for further maintenance. If the area is north China, the environment humidity of the area is low, air is dry, and the corresponding solution is to replace the main board. And if the voltage is in the Xinjiang area, the voltage of the area is unstable, and the corresponding fault solution is to restart the household appliance for retrial.
Of course, how to determine the fault solution corresponding to the current fault of the household electrical appliance according to the household electrical appliance fault code information and the geographical location information of the user terminal may also be implemented by other implementation means, for example, the user terminal may preset climate and power supply information corresponding to the geographical location of the user terminal, and the geographical location information reported by the user may carry the climate information and power supply information of the geographical location, so that the cloud server may directly obtain the environment information of the household electrical appliance corresponding to the user terminal, so as to determine the optimal fault solution.
According to the household appliance fault processing method, the current household appliance fault code information reported by the user terminal is received, and the current household appliance fault code information is sent to the user terminal by the household appliance through the wireless local area network; acquiring current geographical position information of the user terminal; and determining a fault solution corresponding to the current fault of the household electrical appliance according to the current household electrical appliance fault code information and the current geographical position information of the user terminal, and feeding back the fault solution to the user terminal. Therefore, the fault solution corresponding to the current fault of the household appliance can be obtained based on the household appliance fault code and the geographical position information of the user terminal communicated with the household appliance through the wireless local area network, so that the fault solution provided for the household appliance is more accurate and more targeted.
Further, fig. 3 is a flowchart of a household appliance fault handling method according to another embodiment of the present application; the present embodiment is based on the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and further includes:
step 201, sequencing the determined household appliance fault codes reported in the current area according to a preset rule, and establishing a household appliance fault code database in the current area.
Then, after receiving the current appliance fault code information reported by the user terminal, the method may further include step 202: and updating the household appliance fault code database in the current area according to the received current household appliance fault code information reported by the user terminal and the preset rule.
It should be noted that the number of the user terminals in the current area may be many, and the determined home appliance fault code reported in the current area is a home appliance fault code reported by a plurality of user terminals in the current area.
Wherein, step 201: sequencing the determined household appliance fault codes reported in the current area according to a preset rule, and establishing a household appliance fault code database in the current area, which specifically comprises:
and sequencing the occurrence times of the household appliance fault codes from high to low according to the occurrence times of the household appliance fault codes reported in the current area, and establishing a household appliance fault code database in the current area.
Since the more times the household appliance fault code appears, the higher the frequency of occurrence of the fault corresponding to the household appliance fault code is in the current area, the research and development personnel can improve the household appliance fault repeatedly when designing the next generation of products, namely, the practical situation of the user is counted, so that the quality of the household appliance product is improved to the maximum extent.
It can be understood that, because the fault codes of different home appliances that have faults may be different, in this embodiment, the sorting of the home appliance fault codes should be performed according to the fault codes of the same home appliance, so as to better count the service performance of the corresponding home appliance.
Of course, the manner of sorting the household appliance fault codes reported in the determined current area according to the predetermined rule may also be other manners, for example, the household appliance fault codes may be sorted according to the time sequence of receiving the household appliance fault codes; or, the home appliance fault codes may be sorted according to the severity of the fault corresponding to the home appliance fault code, and the specific sorting manner may be set according to actual needs, which is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
The method for processing the household appliance fault also counts the household appliance fault codes reported by all user terminals in the current area so as to feed back the household appliance fault codes to the after-sales departments and the research and development center mechanisms of the household appliance suppliers in time, on one hand, the after-sales departments can actively find out what faults occur to the household appliances of the users in the areas in charge of the after-sales departments and provide active after-sales technical support for the household appliances, so that the after-sales service level is improved, meanwhile, the research and development center can obtain technical data which have higher probability of occurrence of fault information of the series of products and have higher probability of occurrence of the fault caused by what reason, and the method is beneficial for avoiding and upgrading the occurrence of the fault when the research and development mechanism distributes the next generation of similar products, so that the effect of submitting the product quality is achieved.
