Abstract
本发明公开了一种高挂枪支架充电桩,包括箱体,所述箱体前侧设有前门板,前门板一侧与箱体铰接;箱体上通过电缆线连接有充电枪;前门板上开设有方形槽,充电枪前端穿过所述方形槽并放置在箱体内;箱体顶端左右两侧对称设有两个挂枪支架,电缆线悬挂在挂枪支架上。本发明结构简单,设计合理,将原来设置于前门板上的挂枪支架设置在箱体顶部,受力强度高,即使长时间使用也不会损坏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电桩,具体是一种高挂枪支架充电桩。
背景技术
充电桩其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,安装于公共建筑(公共楼宇、商场、公共停车场等)和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电。充电桩的输入端与交流电网直接连接,输出端都装有充电插头用于为电动汽车充电。充电桩一般提供常规充电和快速充电两种充电方式,人们可以使用特定的充电卡在充电桩提供的人机交互操作界面上刷卡使用,进行相应的充电方式、充电时间、费用数据打印等操作,充电桩显示屏能显示充电量、费用、充电时间等数据。
现有的充电桩的挂枪支架设置在前门上,使用时间较长后会使门板变形损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高挂枪支架充电桩,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高挂枪支架充电桩,包括箱体,所述箱体前侧设有前门板,前门板一侧与箱体铰接;箱体上通过电缆线连接有充电枪;前门板上开设有方形槽,充电枪前端穿过所述方形槽并放置在箱体内;箱体顶端左右两侧对称设有两个挂枪支架,电缆线悬挂在挂枪支架上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述前门板采用铁板制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,设计合理,将原来设置于前门板上的挂枪支架设置在箱体顶部,受力强度高,即使长时间使用也不会损坏。

请参阅图1,一种高挂枪支架充电桩,包括箱体1,所述箱体1前侧设有前门板4,前门板4一侧与箱体1铰接;箱体1上通过电缆线5连接有充电枪2;前门板4上开设有方形槽,充电枪2前端穿过所述方形槽并放置在箱体1内;箱体1顶端左右两侧对称设有两个挂枪支架3,电缆线5悬挂在挂枪支架3上,结构牢固,不会损坏前门板4,提高了设备的使用寿命。
进一步的,本发明所述前门板4采用铁板制成,前门板4表面喷涂有防锈蚀涂层,成本低廉,结实耐用。
本发明结构简单,设计合理,将原来设置于前门板4上的挂枪支架3设置在箱体1的顶部,受力强度高,即使长时间使用也不会损坏。

1.一种高挂枪支架充电桩,包括箱体(1),所述箱体(1)前侧设有前门板(4),前门板(4)一侧与箱体(1)铰接;箱体(1)上通过电缆线(5)连接有充电枪(2);前门板(4)上开设有方形槽,充电枪(2)前端穿过所述方形槽并放置在箱体(1)内;其特征在于:箱体(1)顶端左右两侧对称设有两个挂枪支架(3),电缆线(5)悬挂在挂枪支架(3)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高挂枪支架充电桩,其特征在于:所述前门板(4)采用铁板制成。
