技术领域
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,尤其是涉及一种核电站用防火电缆。
背景技术
2003年我国首次将核电纳入国家电力规划之中,标志着我国核电工业由原先的适度发展进入到加速发展的阶段,为降低核电成本,国家确定了自主化、国产化的发展宗旨。由于核电站特殊的使用环境,对运行设备要求很高,核级电缆除具备良好的电性能外,还必须具备低烟、无卤、无毒、阻燃、耐辐射、耐热、防火等性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请人提供了一种核电站用耐热屏蔽型防火电力电缆。本发明电缆具有耐高温、高阻燃、防腐蚀、低烟、无卤、无毒、高度柔软和耐辐射等优异的性能。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种核电站用耐热屏蔽型防火电力电缆,由中心向外分布为:绝缘线芯、填充料、阻燃层和外护套;
所述绝缘线芯由内向外包括导体、隔离层、绝缘层;所述导体为镀锡铜导体绞合结构,所述隔离层为合成云母带,所述绝缘层为耐热硅橡胶;
所述填充料为低烟无卤阻燃聚烯烃;
所述阻燃层由内向外先由耐热聚酯薄膜构成隔离层,隔离层外设置镀锡铜丝编织层和铝塑复合绕包层组成的复合屏蔽层,屏蔽层外绕包一层无卤低烟阻燃带,阻燃带外挤包高阻燃隔氧层;
所述外护套为陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶硫化弹性体。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明以陶瓷化耐火硅橡胶硫化弹性体作为外护套,线芯导体采用特殊绞合方式,电导率高,生产工艺简单,体积小,重量轻,成本低,防火耐火性能优越。该产品已达到国外同类产品水平。
