本发明公开了一种加强型阻水电缆,涉及电缆技术领域,本发明包括多条电缆芯,每条缆芯线包括导体和包裹在导体外的松套管,多条电缆芯外依次设置有内护套层、芳纶加强层、阻水层、外护套层,内护套层内包裹有多条用于防止电缆芯受潮的填充绳,内护套层内还包裹有中心加强件;本发明结构简单,双重抗拉抗拉性能好,双重阻水阻水效果佳,同时这种电缆延长了电缆的使用寿命,降低了使用成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,更具体的是涉及一种加强型阻水电缆。
背景技术
电缆的应用非常的广,常见的主要应用在电力系统、信息传输系统等,电力信息的电缆包括市话电缆、电视电缆,光线缆等。
随着电力系统、交通系统的快速发展,电缆被广泛用在港口、水电站、过江隧道等场合,特别是南方等潮湿多雨区域,电缆常常要在潮湿环境中稳定工作,这就对电缆的阻水性能及抗拉性能提出了更高的要求,目前,大多电缆阻水和抗拉效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明了克服上述技术不足,提供抗拉强度大、阻水效果好的电缆。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
一种加强型阻水电缆,包括多条电缆芯,每条缆芯线包括导体和包裹在导体外的松套管,多条电缆芯外依次设置有内护套层、芳纶加强层、阻水层、外护套层,内护套层内包裹有多条用于防止电缆芯受潮的填充绳,内护套层内还包裹有中心加强件。
进一步地,所述内护套层是厚度为0.5~1.2mm的PE材料,所述的外护套层是厚度为1.5~2.1mm的AT或PE或PLC或PUR材料。
进一步地,所述中心加强件由直径为0.15~0.22mm的涂塑钢丝复绞而成。
进一步地,所述的阻水层由两层聚酯带基材中间夹有吸水材料层制成,在阻水层与芳纶加强层之间填充有丙烯酸类阻水粉。
进一步地,所述阻水层包括从内向外的干燥填充剂层、膨胀阻水绳层、径向挡潮层,所述膨胀阻水线包括涤纶布的基层和粘接在基层上的膨胀微粒,膨胀微粒的材质为纤维素、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸聚合物。
进一步地,所述中心加强件由直径为0.15~0.2mm镀锌钢丝复绞而成。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明结构简单,方便制造,生产成本低,芳纶加强层加上内护套层包裹的阻水绳,双层阻水具有很好的防潮阻水效果;芳纶加强层和中心加强件双重抗拉结构的设置,增强了本发明的抗拉强度。
2、中心加强件由直径为0.15~0.22mm的涂塑钢丝复绞而成,增大了电缆的抗拉性能,增加了电缆的强度。
3、通过阻水带由两层聚酯带基材中间夹有吸水材料层制成,在阻水带与芳纶加强层之间填充有丙烯酸类阻水粉,并被机械压实,所述阻水带的外部由塑胶护套包裹,阻水防水效果好。
4、所述的阻水层包括从内向外的干燥填充剂层、膨胀阻水绳层、径向挡潮层,所述膨胀阻水层包括涤纶布的基层和粘接在基层上的膨胀微粒,膨胀微粒的材质为纤维素、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸聚合物。当水进入到径向挡潮层一部分水被吸收,当进入膨胀阻水绳层时水分被快速吸收,膨胀颗粒吸水后膨胀数倍,使膨胀阻水绳层内空间填满阻止水分进入,从而达到防水防潮的目的。

实施例
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种加强型阻水电缆,包括4条电缆芯1,每条缆芯线1包括导体1-1和包裹在导体1-1外的松套管1-2,多条电缆芯1外依次设置有内护套层3、芳纶加强层4、阻水层5、外护套层6,内护套层3内包裹有多条用于防止电缆芯1受潮的填充绳2,内护套层3内还包裹有中心加强件7。
所述内护套层3是厚度为0.5~1.2mm的PE材料,所述的外护套层6是厚度为1.5~2.1mm的AT或PE或PLC或PUR材料。
所述中心加强件7由直径为0.15~0.22mm的涂塑钢丝复绞而成。
本实施例中,芳纶加强层加上内护套层包裹的阻水绳,双层阻水具有很好的防潮阻水效果;芳纶加强层和中心加强件双重抗拉结构的设置,增强了本发明的抗拉强度

本实施例是在实施例1的基础上做了进一步优化,具体是:
所述的阻水层5由两层聚酯带基材中间夹有吸水材料层制成,在阻水层5与芳纶加强层4之间填充有丙烯酸类阻水粉,并被机械压实,所述阻水带的外部由塑胶护套包裹,阻水防水效果好。
所述阻水层5包括从内向外的干燥填充剂层、膨胀阻水绳层、径向挡潮层,所述膨胀阻水线包括涤纶布的基层和粘接在基层上的膨胀微粒,膨胀微粒的材质为纤维素、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸聚合物。当水进入到径向挡潮层一部分水被吸收,当进入膨胀阻水绳层时水分被快速吸收,膨胀颗粒吸水后膨胀数倍,使膨胀阻水绳层内空间填满阻止水分进入,从而达到防水防潮的目的。
所述中心加强件7由直径为0.15~0.2mm镀锌钢丝复绞而成。

1.一种加强型阻水电缆,其特征在于,包括多条电缆芯(1),每条缆芯线(1)包括导体(1-1)和包裹在导体(1-1)外的松套管(1-2),多条电缆芯(1)外依次设置有内护套层(3)、芳纶加强层(4)、阻水层(5)、外护套层(6),内护套层(3)内包裹有多条用于防止电缆芯(1)受潮的填充绳(2),内护套层(3)内还包裹有中心加强件(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加强型阻水电缆,其特征在于,所述内护套层(3)是厚度为0.5~1.2mm的PE材料,所述的外护套层(6)是厚度为1.5~2.1mm的AT或PE或PLC或PUR材料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加强型阻水电缆,其特征在于,所述中心加强件(7)由直径为0.15~0.22mm的涂塑钢丝复绞而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加强型阻水电缆,其特征在于,所述的阻水层(5)由两层聚酯带基材中间夹有吸水材料层制成,在阻水层(5)与芳纶加强层(4)之间填充有丙烯酸类阻水粉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的加强型阻水电缆,其特征在于,所述阻水层(5)包括从内向外的干燥填充剂层、膨胀阻水绳层、径向挡潮层,所述膨胀阻水线包括涤纶布的基层和粘接在基层上的膨胀微粒,膨胀微粒的材质为纤维素、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸聚合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的加强型阻水电缆,其特征在于,所述中心加强件(7)由直径为0.15~0.2mm镀锌钢丝复绞而成。
