本发明公开了一种防潮电缆,涉及电缆技术领域,解决了普通电缆阻水性差和抗拉性差及防火性差的技术问题,本发明包括多根电缆芯,每根缆芯线均包括导体和包裹在导体外的内绝缘层,多根缆芯线外依次设置有阻水带层、铝箔屏蔽层、铜带螺旋绕包、隔氧层、外护套层,阻水带内部空隙处设置有阻水填充绳,阻水填充绳内设置有加强缆芯,强缆芯的材料为镀锌钢丝,隔氧层为厚度为0.2~0.4mm,并且宽度为5~15mm的云母带或玻璃纤维带;与普通电缆相比阻水电缆阻水效果好,抗拉性能强,防火效果好,这种电缆延长了电缆的使用寿命,降低了使用成本。

本发明涉及电缆领域,更具体的是涉及一种防潮电缆。
背景技术
电缆的应用非常的广,常见的主要应用在电力系统、信息传输系统等,电力信息的电缆包括市话电缆、电视电缆,光线缆等。
现有的电缆大多结构功能单一,有些电缆具有一定的防水作用,但是在电缆敷设及敷设后,电缆损坏时有发生,此外电缆接头处理不好等,都会使进水或水气进行电缆中。因此在一些场合下对电缆提出了防水要求。
在我国,基础设施建设不断投入,电力电缆的需求日益增加。不同的地区对电力电缆有着不同的性能要求,如在港口、码头、水库、隧道等地区,由于湿度较大,对电力电缆的防水性能提出了较高的要求或在一些因意外造成高温的地方,普通电缆容易损坏。
发明内容
本发明了克服上述技术不足,提供了一种防潮电缆。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:
一种防潮电缆,包括多根电缆芯,每根缆芯线均包括导体和包裹在导体外的内绝缘层,多根缆芯线外依次设置有阻水带层、铝箔屏蔽层、铜带螺旋绕包、隔氧层、外护套层,阻水带内部空隙处设置有阻水填充绳,阻水填充绳内设置有加强缆芯,强缆芯的材料为镀锌钢丝,隔氧层为厚度为0.2~0.4mm,并且宽度为5~15mm的云母带或玻璃纤维带。
进一步地,所述外护套层的材质为厚度为2~6mm的聚氯乙烯外护套。
进一步地,阻水带层由两层聚酯带基材中间夹有吸水材料层制成,阻水带层和铝箔屏蔽层之间填充有丙烯酸类阻水粉,所述阻水带的外部由塑胶护套包裹。
进一步地,阻水带层包括从内向外的干燥填充剂层、膨胀阻水绳层、径向挡潮层,所述膨胀阻水线包括涤纶布的基层和粘接在基层上的膨胀微粒,膨胀微粒的材质为纤维素、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸聚合物。
进一步地,所述铜带螺旋绕包采用厚度为0.1~0.18mm的铜带螺旋绕包形成。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明结构加单,阻水带层由两层聚酯带基材中间夹有吸水材料层制成,在外阻水带与涂塑钢丝层之间填充有丙烯酸类阻水粉,并被机械压实,所述阻水带的外部由塑胶护套包裹,阻水阻水效果好;
2、阻水填充绳内设置有加强缆芯,强缆芯的材料为镀锌钢丝,增大了电缆的抗拉性能;
3、隔氧层为厚度为0.2~0.4mm,并且宽度为5~15mm的云母带或玻璃纤维带防火效果好。

实施例1
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种防潮电缆,其特征在于,包括多根电缆芯1,每根缆芯线1均包括导体2和包裹在导体2外的内绝缘层3,缆芯线1外依次设置有阻水带层5、铝箔屏蔽层6、铜带螺旋绕包7、隔氧层8、外护套层9,阻水带5内部空隙处设置有阻水填充绳4,阻水填充绳4内设置有加强缆芯10,强缆芯10的材料为镀锌钢丝,隔氧层8为厚度为0.2~0.4mm,并且宽度为5~15mm的云母带或玻璃纤维带。

所述铜带螺旋绕包7采用厚度为0.1~0.18mm的铜带螺旋绕包形成。

1.一种防潮电缆,其特征在于,包括多根电缆芯(1),每根缆芯线(1)均包括导体(2)和包裹在导体(2)外的内绝缘层(3),缆芯线(1)外依次设置有阻水带层(5)、铝箔屏蔽层(6)、铜带螺旋绕包(7)、隔氧层(8)、外护套层(9),阻水带(5)内部空隙处设置有阻水填充绳(4),阻水填充绳(4)内设置有加强缆芯(10),强缆芯(10)的材料为镀锌钢丝,隔氧层(8)为厚度为0.2~0.4mm,并且宽度为5~15mm的云母带或玻璃纤维带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防潮电缆,其特征在于,所述外护套层(9)的材质为厚度为2~6mm的聚氯乙烯外护套。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防潮电缆,其特征在于,阻水带层(5)由两层聚酯带基材中间夹有吸水材料层制成,阻水带层(5)和铝箔屏蔽层(6)之间填充有丙烯酸类阻水粉,所述阻水带的外部由塑胶护套包裹。
