平衡风嘴,属于流体技术领域。包括风箱、出风板,所述出风板可拆卸式固定在风箱的出风口,在与风箱出风口的垂直方向的一端设有进风口,在与风箱出风口的垂直方向的另一端封闭;在箱体内设置导风斜板,导风斜板将风箱隔成两个腔体,导风斜板从进风口处距离出风口最远端逐渐向出风口倾斜。通过导风斜板来均衡风压,避免了一端出风一端不出风的问题,然后通过风量平衡多孔板进行风量二次分布,通过两次风量分布,其出风均匀,应用在薄膜类生产中,其热风从风嘴内排出,温度均衡,同时通过风压达到指定产品悬浮空中加热,悬浮稳定;悬浮输送、加热避免了产品与外部装置物理接触而产生损伤。

技术领域
本发明属于流体技术领域,具体涉及一种在一定的区域内均衡风量的一种风嘴装置,主要是一种制膜行业膜生产系统中使用的风嘴装置。
背景技术
目前工业上加热风管中,由于进风口集中,出风分散的原因,导致出风平面的风量大小及压力不均,导致一定空间内温度不均衡,风压不等,无法满足现代化高技术含量的产品制造要求,导致产品合格率低。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种平衡风嘴
本发明包括风箱、出风板,所述出风板可拆卸式固定在所述风箱的出风口,在与所述风箱出风口的垂直方向的一端设有进风口,在与所述风箱出风口的垂直方向的另一端封闭;在所述箱体内设置导风斜板,所述导风斜板将所述风箱隔成两个腔体,所述导风斜板从进风口处距离出风口最远端逐渐向出风口倾斜。
本发明在所述导风斜板与所述出风板之间设置风量平衡多孔板,所述风量平衡多孔板与所述出风板平行,所述风量平衡多孔板与所述出风板之间设置一定的间距。
本发明所述风量平衡多孔板厚度为1.5~2.0mm。
本发明所述风量平和多孔板上平衡孔直径公差小于0.2mm。
本发明通过导风斜板来均衡风压,避免了一端出风一端不出风的问题,然后通过风量平衡多孔板进行风量二次分布,通过两次风量分布,其出风均匀,应用在薄膜类生产中,其热风从风嘴内排出,温度均衡,同时通过风压达到指定产品悬浮空中加热,悬浮稳定;悬浮输送、加热避免了产品与外部装置物理接触而产生损伤。

具体实施例
如图1、2、3所示,本平衡风嘴包括风箱1、出风板2,出风板2可拆卸式固定在风箱1的出风口3,在与风箱1出风口的垂直方向的一端设有进风口4,在与风箱1出风口3的垂直方向的另一端封闭;在箱体1内设置导风斜板5,导风斜板5将风箱1隔成两个腔体,导风斜板5从进风口4处距离出风口3最远端逐渐向出风口3倾斜。在导风斜板5与出风板2之间设置风量平衡多孔板6,风量平衡多孔板6与出风板2平行,风量平衡多孔板6与出风板2之间设置一定的间距。
优选的,风量平衡多孔板6厚度为1.5~2.0mm。
优选的,风量平和多孔板6上平衡孔直径公差小于0.2mm。
风量平衡多孔板的开孔率根据出风速度风压决定。

1.平衡风嘴,包括风箱、出风板,所述出风板可拆卸式固定在所述风箱的出风口,在与所述风箱出风口的垂直方向的一端设有进风口,在与所述风箱出风口的垂直方向的另一端封闭;其特征在于在所述箱体内设置导风斜板,所述导风斜板将所述风箱隔成两个腔体,所述导风斜板从进风口处距离出风口最远端逐渐向出风口倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的平衡风嘴,其特征在于在所述导风斜板与所述出风板之间设置风量平衡多孔板,所述风量平衡多孔板与所述出风板平行,所述风量平衡多孔板与所述出风板之间设置一定的间距。
3.根据权利要求1所述的平衡风嘴,其特征在于所述风量平衡多孔板厚度为1.5~2.0mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的平衡风嘴,其特征在于所述风量平和多孔板上平衡孔直径公差小于0.2mm。
