本发明涉及一种垃圾的烘干搅碎装置,包括进料筒、套装于进料筒外周的出料筒、转动安装于出料筒端部的搅碎帽及安装于出料筒外壁的热风腔,进料筒的外壁与出料筒的内壁之间具有环形导料空间,所述进料筒的一端转动安装有进料斗,另一端与搅碎帽之间具有导料间隙;所述进料筒中安装有螺旋进料轴,所述螺旋进料轴上螺旋安装有进料刀片,螺旋进料轴的一端贯穿所述进料斗并通过传送带与进料驱动电机的驱动轴连接,螺旋进料轴的另一端靠近进料筒的端面;所述出料筒的侧壁具有与所述热风腔连通的进风孔,所述进风孔朝着出料方向倾斜设置。

一种垃圾的烘干搅碎装置
技术领域
本发明涉及环保设备领域,特别涉及垃圾的烘干装置。
背景技术
垃圾处理过程中,需要将垃圾中的水分去除,通常采用烘干设备实现。现有用于垃圾烘干的设备主要为烘干箱,利用热风对着烘干箱中的垃圾吹,将垃圾吹散并加快垃圾中残留的水分的蒸发。现有的烘干箱由于缺少将垃圾搅碎的功能,故垃圾的烘干效率还较低,亟待进一步改进。
发明内容
针对上述现有烘干箱存在烘干效率低的缺点,申请人进行研究及改进,提供一种垃圾的烘干搅碎装置,具有搅碎和烘干功能,提高垃圾的烘干效率,利于后期的焚烧、热解气化处理。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种垃圾的烘干搅碎装置,包括进料筒、套装于进料筒外周的出料筒、转动安装于出料筒端部的搅碎帽及安装于出料筒外壁的热风腔,进料筒的外壁与出料筒的内壁之间具有环形导料空间,所述进料筒的一端转动安装有进料斗,另一端与搅碎帽之间具有导料间隙,所述导料间隙连通所述环形导料空间与进料筒内腔;所述进料筒中安装有螺旋进料轴,所述螺旋进料轴上螺旋安装有进料刀片,螺旋进料轴的一端贯穿所述进料斗并通过传送带与进料驱动电机的驱动轴连接,螺旋进料轴的另一端靠近进料筒的端面;所述出料筒的侧壁具有与所述热风腔连通的进风孔,所述进风孔朝着出料方向倾斜设置;所述搅碎帽包括转动安装于出料筒端部的端帽及安装于端帽内侧的搅碎头,所述搅碎头上靠近所述进料筒端部的一侧具有弧形搅碎面,所述弧形搅碎面上间隔布置有搅碎凸起;所述端帽与固定轴连接,所述固定轴通过同步带连接搅碎驱动电机。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进:
靠近所述进料斗的出料筒的端部固定安装有环形出料腔,所述环形出料腔的底部安装有出料斗。
所述进料驱动电机还通过主动齿轮、从动齿轮、传动轴及同步带与进料筒连接,所述进料筒的转动方向与螺旋进料轴的转动方向相反。
所述搅碎头为中空结构,搅碎头与端帽外侧的进风管连接,其弧形搅碎面上间隔设有进风口。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明的烘干搅碎装置,采用螺旋输送、切割结构与端部的搅碎结构相结合,实现连续切碎,对垃圾物料的充分切碎;通过环导料空间的连续分散热风烘干,其烘干效果好,保证后续垃圾的充分燃烧。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本实施例的垃圾的烘干搅碎装置,包括进料筒1、套装于进料筒1外周的出料筒2、转动安装于出料筒2端部的搅碎帽3及安装于出料筒2外壁的热风腔4,进料筒1的外壁与出料筒2的内壁之间具有环形导料空间5,进料筒1的一端转动安装有进料斗6,另一端与搅碎帽3之间具有导料间隙7,导料间隙7连通环形导料空间5与进料筒1内腔;进料筒1中安装有螺旋进料轴8,螺旋进料轴8上螺旋安装有进料刀片9,螺旋进料轴8的一端贯穿进料斗6并通过传送带与进料驱动电机10的驱动轴连接,螺旋进料轴8的另一端靠近进料筒1的端面;出料筒2的侧壁具有与热风腔4连通的进风孔21,进风孔21朝着出料方向倾斜设置;搅碎帽3包括转动安装于出料筒2端部的端帽31及安装于端帽31内侧的搅碎头32,搅碎头32上靠近进料筒1端部的一侧具有弧形搅碎面33,弧形搅碎面33上间隔布置有搅碎凸起34;端帽31与固定轴35连接,固定轴35通过同步带连接搅碎驱动电机11。
靠近进料斗6的出料筒2的端部固定安装有环形出料腔12,环形出料腔12的底部安装有出料斗13。从环形导料空间5中的已被搅碎的垃圾导入至出料斗13中,最后进入炉体或者汽化炉中。
为提高进料效率,降低进料阻力,进料驱动电机10还通过主动齿轮14、从动齿轮15、传动轴16及同步带与进料筒1连接,进料筒1的转动方向与螺旋进料轴8的转动方向相反。采用一个电机同时驱动进料筒1与螺旋进料轴8,结构紧凑、占用空间小。
为进一步提高垃圾的烘干效果,搅碎头32为中空结构,搅碎头32与端帽31外侧的进风管17连接,其弧形搅碎面33上间隔设有进风口36。搅碎头32对垃圾搅碎时,还通过热风进行初步烘干,烘干后的垃圾进入环形导料空间5中再次烘干。
本发明的烘干搅碎装置,工作过程为:
垃圾从进料斗6进入进料筒1中,螺旋进料轴8转动时驱动垃圾向前推送,并且进料筒1也同时转动,垃圾在推送过程中在进料刀片9的作用下初步切碎,垃圾进入导料间隙7中,在搅碎头32的转动下再次搅碎,搅碎后的垃圾进入环形导料空间5中,并不断被向前推挤,启动热风腔4的风机,热风进入环形导料空间5中,对垃圾进行烘干处理,烘干后的垃圾最后进入环形出料腔12,通过出料斗13导入至炉腔中。

1.一种垃圾的烘干搅碎装置,其特征在于:包括进料筒(1)、套装于进料筒(1)外周的出料筒(2)、转动安装于出料筒(2)端部的搅碎帽(3)及安装于出料筒(2)外壁的热风腔(4),进料筒(1)的外壁与出料筒(2)的内壁之间具有环形导料空间(5),所述进料筒(1)的一端转动安装有进料斗(6),另一端与搅碎帽(3)之间具有导料间隙(7),所述导料间隙(7)连通所述环形导料空间(5)与进料筒(1)内腔;所述进料筒(1)中安装有螺旋进料轴(8),所述螺旋进料轴(8)上螺旋安装有进料刀片(9),螺旋进料轴(8)的一端贯穿所述进料斗(6)并通过传送带与进料驱动电机(10)的驱动轴连接,螺旋进料轴(8)的另一端靠近进料筒(1)的端面;所述出料筒(2)的侧壁具有与所述热风腔(4)连通的进风孔(21),所述进风孔(21)朝着出料方向倾斜设置;所述搅碎帽(3)包括转动安装于出料筒(2)端部的端帽(31)及安装于端帽(31)内侧的搅碎头(32),所述搅碎头(32)上靠近所述进料筒(1)端部的一侧具有弧形搅碎面(33),所述弧形搅碎面(33)上间隔布置有搅碎凸起(34);所述端帽(31)与固定轴(35)连接,所述固定轴(35)通过同步带连接搅碎驱动电机(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾的烘干搅碎装置,其特征在于:靠近所述进料斗(6)的出料筒(2)的端部固定安装有环形出料腔(12),所述环形出料腔(12)的底部安装有出料斗(13)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾的烘干搅碎装置,其特征在于:所述进料驱动电机(10)还通过主动齿轮(14)、从动齿轮(15)、传动轴(16)及同步带与进料筒(1)连接,所述进料筒(1)的转动方向与螺旋进料轴(8)的转动方向相反。
4.根据权利要求1所述的垃圾的烘干搅碎装置,其特征在于:所述搅碎头(32)为中空结构,搅碎头(32)与端帽(31)外侧的进风管(17)连接,其弧形搅碎面(33)上间隔设有进风口(36)。
