本发明地温能源一体空调机是由压缩机、换热器、储气罐、四通阀、支架、后板、侧板、风机、表温器、膨胀阀、管子、风道外罩组成,表温器设置在风机正上位置,风机出口设置朝上方向,风机下面设置换热器、压缩机、储气罐、四通阀,膨胀阀设置在表温器与四通阀中间、表温器由内通式细铜管和铝片组成,由于通过一种分体安装方法焊接是在大的空间进行,所以保证了焊接方便性和质量,彻底解决了一体机安装时由于管件质量要求高,很难生产出合格产品的问题。

背景技术:随着人们物质生活水平的提高,追求生活质量的要求越来越高,居住空间的调温设备也逐步增加,现今空调大部分是使用压缩工质的调温空调,还有利用地下水资源的温度进行降温的水冷空调,单纯地使用压缩工质的调温空调,会使电能使用量增加,单纯利用地下水资源降温,会使地下水资源使用量增加,由于地下水的温度在15度左右,一般只能制冷不能制热,所以既能充分节约利用地下水资源,又能使空调电能降低的使用要求,成为空调研究的方向,而地温能源一体空调机就有此功能,但此机在生产安装过程中,由于压缩机必须始终与地面垂直,一般安装完压缩机、换热器、机外壳后,与之连接的铜管焊接就必须在机壳体内进行,由于机壳空间的限制有限,焊接铜管连接设备时易造成别的元件高温损坏,而且焊接质量受到影响。
发明内容:本发明就是通过一种安装方法,把一体地温能源空调机由原来的先分体安装,再加外壳,最后铜管连接,改为先分体安装,再铜管焊接,最后加外壳,彻底解决了一体机安装时,由于压缩机必须始终保持与地面垂直焊接管件空间限制的问题。
本发明是由压缩机、换热器、储气罐、四通阀、支架、后板、侧板、风机、表温器、膨胀阀、管子、风道外罩组成,表温器设置在风机正上位置,风机出口设置朝上方向,风机下面设置换热器、压缩机、储气罐、四通阀,膨胀阀设置在表温器与四通阀中间、表温器由内通式细铜管和铝片组成,铜管外接触性垂直方式设置铝片,铜管和铝片是以有规律有序排列设置,四通阀是以只有选择任意两个阀口相通方式设置,根据工艺设计需要进行调配,膨胀阀控制工质流量,压缩机的作用是把低压气体变为高压高温气体,换热器以传导的方式把地下井水温度散发出来,表温器以与空气对流方式传递热量。
本发明的安装方法是:先造支架,此支架具有定位各机件方位的作用,根据表温器、压缩机和换热器底盘的方位确定支架上其相应设置的固定方位,在支架底盘上设置压缩机和换热器工位,在支架支撑顶端设置表温器工位,并设法使其在一体工位固定,然后对表温器和压缩机、换热器进行铜焊连接,由于此方式的焊接是在大的空间进行,所以保证了焊接质量。
本发明的安装方法另一部分是:在机壳的后板设置方位上固体好风机,并上好风机外罩,再固定连接两侧板,形成一个三面包围状的半成品机壳。
本发明的安装方法又另一部分是:把支架焊接完的表温器、压缩机和换热器与半成品机壳相对接,用螺丝使机壳底部与支架上放置压缩机、换热器的底部固定连接、机壳顶部与表温器固定。
本发明的安装方法最后一部分是:拆除固定方位的支架,把连接好的机壳与表温器、压缩机和换热器的半成品一体机装上顶板、电盒等,试机正常后,装前面板,组装完成.
本发明由于通过一种分体安装方法焊接是在大的空间进行,所以保证了焊接方便性和质量,彻底解决了一体机安装时,由于压缩机必须始终与地面垂直,焊接管件要求高,空间限制的问题。

本发明的安装方法是:图4,先根据表温器9、压缩机1和换热器2底盘的方位确定支架模具;图1,在支架5底盘上设置压缩机1和换热器2工位,在支架支撑顶端设置表温器9工位,并设法使其工位牢固,四通阀4用管子11连接表温器9和压缩机1、换热器2、储气罐3、膨胀阀10进行铜焊连接,由于此方式的焊接是在大的空间进行,所以保证了焊接质量。
本发明的安装方法另一部分是:图2,在机壳的后板6设置方位上固体好风机8,并上好风机8、风道外罩12,再固定连接两侧板7,形成一个三面包围状的半成品机壳。
本发明的安装方法又另一部分是:图3,把支架焊接完的部分表温器9、压缩机1和换热器2与半成品机壳相对接,用螺丝使机壳底部与支架5上放置压缩机1、换热器2的底部固定连接、机壳顶部与表温器9固定连接。
本发明的安装方法最后一部分是:拆除固定方位的支架5,把连接好机壳与表温器9、压缩机1和换热器2的半成品一体机装上顶板、电盒等,试机正常后,装前面板,安装完成。

1.一种地温能源一体空调机是由压缩机(1)、换热器(2)、储气罐(3)、四通阀(4)、支架(5)、后板(6)、侧板(7)、风机(8)、表温器(9)、膨胀阀(10)、管子(11)、风道外罩(12)组成,表温器(9)设置在风机(8)正上位置,风机(8)出口设置朝上方向,风机(8)下面设置换热器(2)、压缩机(1)、储气罐(3)、四通阀(4),膨胀阀(10)设置在表温器(9)与四通阀(4)中间,表温器(9)由内通式细铜管和铝片组成,铜管外接触性垂直方式设置铝片,铜管和铝片是以有规律有序排列设置,其是特征:安装方法是:先分体安装,再管子(11)焊接,最后加外壳,首先造支架(5),根据表温器(9)、压缩机(1)和换热器(2)底盘的方位确定支架(5)上其相应设置的方位,在支架(5)底盘上设置压缩机(1)和换热器(2)工位,在支架(5)支撑顶端设置表温器(9)工位,并设法使其工位牢固,然后对表温器(9)和压缩机(1)、换热器(2)进行铜焊连接;把支架(5)焊接完的部分表温器(9)、压缩机(1)和换热器(2)与半成品机壳相对接,机壳底部与支架(5)上放置压缩机(1)、换热器(2)的底部固定连接,机壳顶部与表温器(9)固定;在机壳的后板(6)设置方位上固体好风机(8),并上好风机(8)外罩,再固定连接两侧板(7),形成一个三面包围状的半成品机壳;把连接好机壳与表温器(9)、压缩机(1)和换热器(2)的半成品组装,拆除固定方位的支架(5),然后装上顶板、电盒等,试机正常后,装前面板,安装完成。
