Abstract

一种四椭球面LED投影汽车近光灯,包括支架,支架前端装有凸透镜,支架内后部设有铝基板,支架中部装有遮光板,铝基板上、下两个侧面分别装有两个LED灯,每个LED灯对应的支架内壁上均设有椭球面反射镜。本发明中,由于LED光源体积小,可使灯内布局更合理;采用LED光源可使灯内温度降低到60℃以下,大大减少水雾产生的可能性,能延长灯的各部件使用寿命;通过半剖面的设计,在减小体积的同时,充分利用了光源发光效率,减少光线浪费,能节电70%。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车车灯领域及其它用于射灯的领域,尤其涉及一种汽车前照灯。
背景技术
传统的汽车前照灯采用的多是白炽灯、卤素灯,气体放电灯等作为光源。采用投影式的前照灯,远光灯灯光组、近光灯灯光组、投射灯灯光组分别占据了灯体的大部分体积,从而使整灯外形设计受到很大限制。传统前照灯点亮后,灯内温度较高,极易产生水雾,影响外观和灯的其它部件寿命,而且耗电量也较大,不利于节能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种节约能源、寿命长、体积小的四椭球面LED 投影汽车前照灯。
为了解决上述技术问题采用以下技术方案:一种四椭球面 LED 投影汽车近光灯,包括支架,支架前端装有凸透镜,支架内后部设有铝基板,支架中部装有遮光板,铝基板上、下两个侧面分别装有两个 LED 灯,每个 LED 灯对应的支架内壁上均设有椭球面反射镜。
铝基板上装有四个LED 灯,相邻LED 灯的发光方向相反;在铝基板的上方和下方分别设有两个椭球面反射镜。
四个 LED 灯发出的光经过各自对应的椭球面反射镜反射汇聚于凸透镜的交点。
铝基板上带有散热器。
本发明中,由于 LED 光源体积小,可使灯内布局更合理;采用 LED 光源可使灯内温度降低到 60℃以下,大大减少水雾产生的可能性,能延长灯的各部件使用寿命 ;通过半剖面的设计,在减小体积的同时,充分利用了光源发光效率,减少光线浪费,能节电 70%。

具体实施方式
实施例 1 :如图 1 所示,一种四椭球面 LED 投影汽车远光灯,包括支架 2,支架前端装有凸透镜 1,支架 2 内后部设有带有散热器的铝基板 5,铝基板 5 上、下两个侧面分别装有两个 LED 灯 3,相邻 LED 灯的发光方向相反;每个 LED 灯 3 对应的支架内壁上均设有椭球面反射镜 4,在铝基板 5 的上方和下方分别设有两个椭球面反射镜 4。四个 LED 灯发出的光经过各自对应的椭球面反射镜反射汇聚于凸透镜的交点。
LED 灯为大功率白色光源,椭球面反射镜能对 LED 灯发出的光线进行反射和光线重新分布。工作原理:电源接通后,LED 灯发出的光通过椭球面反射镜反射后,经过遮光板遮挡一部分光线,再经过凸透镜后可形成清晰的明暗截止线射出。
实施例 2 :如图 2 所示,一种四椭球面 LED 投影汽车近光灯,包括支架 6,支架前端装有凸透镜 1,支架 2 中部装有遮光板 6,支架 2 内后部设有带有散热器的铝基板5。
其他结构同实施例 1。
实施例 3 :如图 3 所示,一种彩色 LED 投影射灯,铝基板 5 上、下两个侧面分别装有两个LED 灯,从前到后依次为红色LED 灯3a、绿色LED 灯3b、蓝色LED 灯3c、白色LED灯3d,相邻 LED 灯的发光方向相反;红色 LED 灯 3a、绿色 LED 灯 3b、蓝色 LED 灯 3c、白色 LED 灯 3d 分别对应支架内壁上设置的椭球面反射镜 4a、4b、4c、4d。通过四个不同颜色 LED 的明暗混色,产生各种不同颜色的灯光。

1.一种四椭球面 LED 投影汽车前照灯,包括支架,支架前端装有凸透镜,支架内后部设有带有散热器的铝基板,其特征是:铝基板上、下两个侧面分别装有两个LED 灯,每个LED灯对应的支架内壁上均设有椭球面反射镜。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的四椭球面 LED 投影汽车前照灯,其特征是:铝基板上装有四LED 灯,相邻 LED 灯的发光方向相反;在铝基板的上方和下方分别设有两个椭球面反射镜。
3.根据权利要求 2 所述的四椭球面 LED 投影汽车前照灯,其特征是:四个 LED 灯发出的光经过各自对应的椭球面反射镜反射汇聚于凸透镜的交点。
4.根据权利要求 3 所述的四椭球面 LED 投影汽车前照灯,其特征是:支架中部装有遮光板。
5. 根据权利要求3 所述的四椭球面LED 投影汽车前照灯,其特征是:所述的四个LED灯的颜色不同,从前到后依次为红色 LED 灯、绿色 LED 灯、蓝色 LED 灯、白色 LED 灯。
